He was never exonerated by the Muller report. Muller simply said he cannot prove that there was collusion, giving the circumstances of the investigations, and he cannot exonerate Trump of obstruction of Justice.

Agreed that there is a no love lost between Trump and popular media, but what does that have to do with anything. Obstruction of Congress is a made up crime. Trump asserted executive privellege and requested his colleagues not to appear before the witchunt committee led by Schiff. He went to thecourts seeking an interpretation . Schiff does not want to wait for the court, because they badly need to impeach the president on Wednesday.
Going to the third branch of govt is now an obstruction of Congress and now is an impeachable offence.

Are you insinuating that executive privileged stops the executive arm of government from being answerable to the congress? So whenever the congress summons the president or any other member of the executive, he can cite executive privileged to avoid answering to congress. I wish Hillary (through Obama) had cited executive privileged to avoid testifying to congress in the numerous Bengazi and email server investigations.
You are saying the executive is no longer answerable to the legislature. That's the very definition of dictatorship. Because, the legislature is supposed to represent the people.

Yes, the president can demand investigations if he thinks a crime had been commited, like he demanded investigations into the FISA warrant that started the Russia interference probe. He can however not demand personally for foreign leaders to investigate the Bidens or any other US citizens (especially with blackmail ). He has the justice department who can liaise with other countries through legitimate means to investigate crimes commited in foreign countries.
The irony in this whole Biden issue is that Barr and the justice department wanted nothing to do with the Ukraine issue.

It will be an interesting senate trial. The senate would try Joe and Biden Biden, Hillary Clinton, Adam Schiff and probably Obama instead of Trump. So finding any of them gully automatically means Trump is innocent.

Even if she is a serial cheater, how does that justify violence. If the guy is convinced she is a serial cheater, why not simply walk away? If she is serial cheating now, what will happen after marriage?

I quarrel with the lady hiding her phone from the guy. Both parties should have full access to each other's phones in a truly loving relationship, my grouse with the guy is the violence - both physical and verbal.

First you need to come clean with your mum. First you need to go closer to her and talk to her about everything going on in your life, then gradually let her know you were raped. Don't hammer it straight like that, you can start by letting her know you are no longer a virgin. If you marry the guy, he will hold this information over your head like an albatross.

If you term Buhari's 6 odd month's stint as military head of State as an illegitimate government, then what will you say of decree 24 of 1999 otherwise known as the 1999 constitution given by Abdulsalam Abubakar? Is it a legitimate document? Was the government of OBJ and others since then legitimate governments?

What of Gowon that created 12 states, Obasanjo that created 19 states, IBB that created 21 states and Abacha 36 states, are all the states illegitimate?

Even the government of Shagari was imposed by Obasanjo, an illegitimate government according to you. Can the Shagari government then be considered legitimate?

So what are we saying? A crime is a crime no matter how long! Has he apologized to the Nigerian people? Was he given a state pardon? By who?

You are not talking reasonably. Are you insinuating that of all the people that participated in a coup in the history of Nigeria, only Buhari should be brought out and prosecuted. Are you aware that a military coup often involves dozens of military officers? What of all the other military officers and civilians that had participated in the history of Nigeria? What of civilians that served and cooperated with military regimes? What of shonekan that was installed by IBB, a coup plotter himself.

Femi Falana and Galileo Fawehinmi were never charged for treason. Very few Nigerians have ever been charged with treason. Most of the time IBB locked up many people for years without any charge. How do you think COUP PLOTTER as a word came about? It is someone who plans but does not necessarily carry out the action of a coup.

You need a crash course on law.

Simply plotting a coup is going too far, simply hearing of a coup and not immediately reporting it will get you jailed if you escape the death penalty.

Unless you are insinuating all former senior military officers both alive and dead to be prosecuted and killed (those not already dead).

Is this the best you can come up with? Where did Buhari say he is planing a violent change of government? He was talking about the up coming elections. He was reiterating his willingness to participate in the elections and saying he and his supporters will not accept the outcome of a rigged election. If he lost the elections and then called out his supporters to violence, then you will have a point.
You know the fanatical north is violent prone. Buhari just rejecting the results of the elections is enough to spur them to violence as witnessed in the 2011 elections. He doesn't even have to specifically call them to violence.

Now contrast that to sowore who called for a violent change of government and was actually going around organising the change after loosing the elections.

Even though I detest the invasion of the courts by DSS, granting Sowore bail is judicial rascality. Treason like other serious crimes like murder and armed robbery is not bailable. The FG should have followed the same law and appeal the bail at the court of appeal. It was wrong of the FG to take the law into its own hands.

You have no idea of what law is. Intent is sometimes viewed as serious as the crime itself. You don't wait until someone is murdered before you arrest someone threatening murder. A mere threat is enough to warrant arrest and investigation, and if it was discovered that the person has clear intent and means of commuting murder, he can be locked up.

Provide link where Tinubu or Buhari threatened to change the government by revolution, violence or any unconstitutional means.

Yes the guys from Niger delta threatened to bring down Nigeria? how? By disrupting crude oil production, not by attempting to change the government unconstitutionally.

Yes, the video has been debunked. Even the person who posted the video who happens to be a flat earther debunked his own video. People thought the rocket hit something because the rocket suddenly stopped spinning, and the rocket stopped spinning because of a stabilisation mechanism installed by the manufacturer. It was all explained by the person that posted the video. The rocket was eventually recovered and there was no evidence of it hitting anything.

You said there is a video of a rocket hitting an invisible barrier when someone tried to launch a rocket into space, I asked you to show video proof, you posted a proof of an amateur rocket attempting but failing to launch into space. I answered that the video is untenable because an amateur rocket cannot beat the Earth's gravity and launch into space, because it takes huge velocity (11km/s) to break the Earth's gravity. NASA's rocket has 3 different rockets to launch into space. The 3 fuel tanks as high as a five story building. The space capsule to be launched into space sits atop the fuel tanks. That's why each space launch costs tens if not hundreds of millions.
That video has been debunked.
What I am saying is you can used videos to support your opinion, but not make the videos the opinion

Government does not allocate oil Wells, they allocate oil blocks. Once you have been allocated an oil block, you can dig as many wells as you like. If you like you can dig 1000 oil wells. It's just like digging a water bore hole.

Besides, foreign oil companies (IOCs) account for over 70% of Nigeria's oil production (shell alone account for about 50%), so all the indigenous oil companies do not account for up to 30%. So this narrative that northerners own 90% of Nigeria's oil is false.

Because the videos are someone else's opinion, and there are millions of videos on YouTube with hundreds of opinions. I want to debate your own opinion and understanding. It would be counter intuitive for us to be debating a subject using other people's videos. It is ok to post videos to provide source and to further explain your opinions, but to base the argument other other people's opinion is not acceptable.

Besides, most people don't like following links outside this site.
Why is it so difficult for you to summarise your opinion of the what you understand from the video? Sometimes people have different understanding of the same evidence or source.

You debunked by posting videos? You have been boasting that YOU have debunked all globe earth theories, and you now say you posted videos to watch. Are you the one that made the videos? It seems to do not even understand the videos you posted. You think people will have the time to watch some useless videos and then immediately believe whatever is said there in.

Maybe I should post long videos also as a response to your videos.

If you had any idea of what your videos are talking about, you would have taken each point and debunked them as you understand.
