Government of rebuttals |
How is theatre arts now sociology? Just like every area in Nigeria, journalism has gone to the dogs. Mediocrity is the order of the day in this country. Nothing is gotten right. |

The yahoo boys are still a small fraction of the youths in this country. There are many hardworking guys who are doing well, same with responsible girls. The problem we have is that the bad eggs seem to make the most noise. Many hardworking people are grinding daily. |
Let them enjoy. If Christians were permitted to marry more than one wife, they'll be less single girls being side chics and breaking homes. |
Teatoseen:Drop your contact |
Festac in Amiwol Local Government is an eyesore. I'm shocked at what the place has become. No single motorable road. Some people say the chairman gives all the allocation to you know who. Others say it has been left to fall apart because it's an igbo dominated area. Whatever the reason, it's a big shame. The chairman should be shot.

When you lose your loved ones and you see their most prized possession being abandoned and no one cherishes it, then I realized that everything is futile. Strive for comfort and a good life but not at other people's expense. Also help those around you. Life is for the living. |

Email at jazzpha@ymail.com. Make an offer here, if serious, you'll get contact details. The few things I sold here, i met a lot of unserious nuisance who just kept chatting aimlessly and asking silly questions on WhatsApp even when they didn't have a dime. |
You must be a British living in naija. A typical Nigerian knows malaria is not a problem, except you're very poor and can't afford treatment. Even them, poor people manage to treat it with herbs. My kids have had malaria a lot when they were young but their body has acclimatised. Travel if you want, but don't blame it on malaria. Treating malaria twice a year is child's play, they was a time in my life that malaria was coming every month like a period. That time has passed, thankfully, we nor die. |
You've decided to leave, what's the point of the story then? Move on. |

Nigerian needs vehicles? With the millions of cars lying in car stand for years? Nigerians need food, healthcare, medical care and shelter, not vehicles. |
Many people are too dumb to understand. This is not an achievement, it's an obligation. The repayment period is about to elapse and the country is obligated to repay. This is the third repayment, even the Buhari government that borrows everyday managed to repay two installments. People don't seem to understand the gravity of mess we are in. They make everything political. |
If you aren't comfortable with them, walk away. You can't force people to act in a certain way. Be a lone ranger if it'll make you a better man. |
People have been dismissed from organisations, both public and private for not doing NYSC and forging their certificates, just like the case of Kemi, former Minister of Finance. Better open your own business if you don't care about NYSC. Any attempt to avoid it can have terrible consequences in future. |
Ask the elders in your family what to do. Leave us the youths to deal with progressive issues |
Not only suspend the people put in charge, throw them in jail. This country is a mess. Criminals should be shot at sight. All the metal manholes in Lagos has been vandalised. Even bridge railings and metals have been vandalised. Cursed people. |
They get what they deserve. We are all in it together, no special market for anybody. |
Treadway:That's a disaster then. |
Very, very honest write up. These are the the kind of threads we need, not the constant war between diasporans and those here. Choose your poison but know your poison. |
Its a pity, however, there's insurance. |
All the theories men write about the red pill and emancipation of men from women manipulations fly out the door when men are hôrny. Men actually know that most women have nothing to offer and are selfish beings, however, the innate need for sexual satisfaction drives men to still do stupid things just to get laid. No amount of book writing or propaganda will separate men from women. It's biological. |
Merry100:Leave experience for the experienced. I've been in so many work spaces in different spheres and believe me, most successful achieving woman usually rides on the back or dk of men to get that successful status. Yea, a handful of women have fought genuinely to get to the top, but only a handful. We know what we know. And by the way, not to judge, you may want to research how your Alakija became very successful. Enough said. |
Hardworking housewives are the real bosses. It's not easy managing a home, a man and kids. Kudos. It's even much better when she has a side hustle. It's better to be a housewife with a fulfilled family life than a slay queen working class lady being passed around by different bosses, becoming an old hag and regretting it later, asking if it was worth it. |
Whilst this is true, it's not easy for some women also. Some genuinely want a decent man but can't find. Some want a man they are attracted to and can connect with but can't find. As a man, don't ever pray to marry a woman who doesn't find you attractive, you'll hate yourself. However, majority of girls are carried away by fantasy and allow men whom they like and find attractive get away because he doesn't meet their financial expectations, forgetting that the average man will always progress with time. |
Decent women ain't hard to know, anyone stuck with a bad wife should blame himself. You go and marry a wild girl and you expect a peaceful home? You dey play. |
Be an achiever, nothing else matters. The look on their faces when the older looking guys announce, "this is our boss". The look on people's faces and the immediate respect is priceless, it never gets old. |
Most of the people who grew up in single and dysfunctional homes are growing up to question marriage. Can't blame them, they never had the privilege of a proper home and a mentor. Benefits of marriage to a man: He has kids to call him father Gets a woman to give up her name for his He gets to have a loving family he can actually call his own. Only a lazy man complains about providing for a woman who sacrifices her life for him and the kids who are his legacy. A man gets companionship and sex in a committed and happy union like marriage. When you grew up in a decent home and you in turn find a decent woman, you'll enjoy marriage as a man. Providing is the least concern of an ambitious man. What matters most is finding a woman who isn't ill mannered and a hôe. |
