Nothing new in having a child amongst young people in South Africa. From my observation, most youths have at least a child outside wedlock, it's crazy. Promiscuity doesn't seem to be a big deal over there.

Always consult your doctor before taking on physical challenges when you get to the age of 35 above.

Many people you see looking healthy actually have health challenges, that's why we should be careful not to go about fighting carelessly.

Do women still marry under 30? I haven't seen any in a long while. Seems the average age of marriage for a woman is now 30 to 35 and men is between 35 to 40.

The modern woman doesn't marry as early anymore, most women want to graduate and settle in their career before getting married. This has also caused an increase in the birth of special needs children. All my opinion and observations.
