Family › Re: My Wife Like To Watch Porn Before Sex by zed7: 2:23pm On May 01, 2023
It took me many years to realise that some women are pointless addicts. Some women have a whole catalogue of porn on their phones.
Porn is an addiction and if this is a true story, your wife needs help.
Family › Re: Job Advise For My Uneducated Girlfriend by zed7: 1:07pm On Apr 27, 2023
Some adults, more often women, feel it's OK to leech on another adult. She says she'll die if you leave her? Really?

Some mothers die and leave their newborn babies and the babies grow up fine. That girl is pathetic for using such pathetic emotional blackmail.

As for the simp who calls himself a boyfriend, better focus on making something out of life and let that girl figure herself out. She's a woman, she'll always get helpers, unlike you who nobody cares if you die or live. Be warned!.

The marriage has obviously hit the rocks. The woman should move on, everybody deserves to have peace.

From her words, they're probably at divorce stage. She seems like a difficult person. What is she filming him for?

Contentment is a great gift. Money will never be enough for a man who is never contented.
I don't know about others, but I consider 150m a decent amount.

Romance › Re: My Girlfriend Did This... by zed7: 2:20pm On Apr 25, 2023
I laugh when I hear kids give advice. You'll hear someone say have sex severally with a cheating girlfriend and then dump her.

So the the best way to deal with a cheat is to give them pleasure? Seems men don't realise that women enjoy the sex process more than men and that sex is actually stressful and the pleasure is majorly in the climax.

If you have a cheating partner, better dump them and run. This talk of have sex till you're tired may actually be what will put the nail in your coffin when you catch an incurable disease.
Romance › Re: Traveling Out, Do I Sponsor Myself Or My Wife by zed7: 1:06am On Apr 23, 2023
That twitter conversation is cooked up. Forget about twitter and reason logically.

If you must go abroad, make sure you are going with your family and also ensure you're going to school if your wife is also going. If the funds is available for just one person, be the one going to school and improving your life.

You're the man, never let a woman do better than you. Men are providers, women ain't. Enough said.
Travel › Re: I Don’t Think I Can Live In Another Country Apart From Nigeria by zed7: 2:23pm On Apr 20, 2023
I've travelled quite a bit and I admire the beautiful scenery and facilities, however I'm not deceived. A holiday is different from living in those countries.

It's one thing to be a tourist, spend some money and run back, it's another thing to start hustling there and living day to day. Personally, I can't cope with the structured life. I'm now too old to readjust and be ordered around.

I like people who can give it all and relocate, I admire their guts. I have friends who have abandoned it all and left, it's hard for me. Maybe I can go there for retirement, when I'm able to have assets here that'll fund my lifestyle there.

Nonsense talk. They'll always be people with good genes. I look far younger than my peers but that's not enough reason to shame them or query why they're ageing.

We will eventually age, it's inevitable. As long as the wife is eating right and working out, she'll be fine. Do your own and leave genetics alone.
Romance › Re: My Partner’s Betrayal Has Pushed Me To Depression , Please Help by zed7: 4:22pm On Apr 19, 2023
We are tired of all these pity stories. Nairaland is on a mission to push the narrative of men being weak as the norm now.
Education › Re: LAUTECH Bans Students From Driving Cars On Campus (pics) by zed7:
Interesting development. Those days, driving on campus was to ease stress, nowadays the cars some students drive shows they want to oppress, cars that their parents can't afford even after 35 years of working.

Unfortunately, most of these cars are bought from proceeds of crimes. Such oppression end up driving many more students into crime as they too need to belong.

The school authorities reason for this ban is not convincing enough though.
Health › Re: Addicted To Coca-Cola by zed7:
Every addiction is horrible. Just keep trying everything to break it or it will eventually take over your life.

I know someone who was addicted to sugar, got diabetes and still couldn't let go, even with an amputated leg. Better get help now.

Give this guy a medal. Modern women just want to take a man to the cleaners.

There are no assets to divide, lick your wounds and move on. He can't be risking his life on the pitch and then you come and split half of his assets.

All famous and wealthy men should read from Hakimi's book.

'Pikin' is not by age but by maturity and sense.

If you were mature, you'd probably have a mature girl who doesn't need to start school first before visiting you.

You'd also not need advice from a faceless forum, you'd know exactly how to take decisions that will be favourable to you.

Romance › Re: South African Man Explains Why Their Girls Love Nigerian Men (pic/video) by zed7: 5:46am On Apr 12, 2023
The early set of 'accidental ' millionaires in Nigeria, those who made money from drugs and yahoo were the first to start this money love in the 90's.

Most of them were not so literate, but they wanted the flash girls. They devised a means to use money to entice women. It worked and it later became a trend.

These days no Nigerian girl will look at you twice if you're broke. Unfortunately, our men have also taken the trend all over the world with them. I feel sad for young men who don't have money in Nigeria. Getting a girlfriend for them is like a pipe dream now.

Well anyone who can afford it should do it. You can't lose betting against Nigeria especially once this new regime is sworn in except you are well-connected politically
This is a general rant now, not directed at you.

Nigerians are lazy, unimaginative and entitled. They think running abroad will give them a great life. When they realise they still need to work hard, they start lamenting and some take to crime.

They say Nigeria is so bad but I see young igbo boys in Asaba, Auchi, Nsukka and some other obscure places making money and buying properties.

The Lebanese, Chinese and Indians come here and set up thriving businesses and even try to get our citizenship.

People talk of kidnapping as a reason to run. How many of your relatives have been kidnapped? How many of your relatives have died of a seizure? Our problem is myopia. Have you visited India, Cambodia or even Swaziland to learn of how people live and their cultures? The world is not UK and US alone.

Other nationalities migrate everyday. Unfortunately, Nigerians migrate because others are migrating. They have no clear cut reason.

Nobody anywhere in the world will have a great life without working hard for it, except you're a trust fund baby. We look down on uber drivers here but go there and drive uber.

People claim to want a better life for their kids and then sell their properties and borrow money. How many of you groom your kids from birth and expose them to opportunities for scholarships and help them learn a sport that can give them scholarships abroad since you're so concerned about your kids.

Most of those claiming to japa for the kids, their kids will end up becoming gays, junkies etc. Their kids will end up as delivery men and security men because the parents lack the values of hard work and critical thinking which they should pass on to their kids.

My kids will have the opportunity to school anywhere in the world, just to broading their horizon and give them choices but the basic foundation has been laid. I have laid a foundation that even if they chose to go to Kenya, they will excel.

A goat in Nigeria will not become a lion in Canada because of the cold.

Not everyone sold houses to move abroad. Not every country is the uk. Not everyone working abroad is doing care job.
Its very essy to psycho analyse you. You're an idealist Nigerian who spends his time on travel section and watching YouTube videos, dreaming of the abroad and hoping to afford it someday.
Learn to listen to some of us who've experienced quite a bit of both ends.

If you have medical procedure they consider not to be an emergency unless you're paying directly from your purse, they make you wait because they too are dealing with shortage of hospitals and personnel. The population is overwhelming the system. But if you intend to pay, you get it now now. Another thing is having your referral stronger worded for you, that's why you should befriend your family doctor wink. Sebi we pay in Naija, where does that still leave us? That option is there.

Meanwhile, they immediately start you on treatment for free on health challenges that are deemed emergency....eg, Cancer. Ask Nigerians who have dealt with major health challenges to explain that process.
See JJC. You entered Canada in 2022 and you're now talking like a veteran? Lol. Please tell me where you stay in Canada and what work you do? Probably still spending your savings and attaching to a friend or relative. It's well.

Give yourself 2 years and come back and re tell your Candaian experience.

Nigerians are never true to themselves. Even the few who try to tell it as it is are accused of not wanting others to progress.

Unfortunately, many people japaing for their kids will end up with kids who become druggies, criminals, transgenders etc. It's harsh but it's the truth. Some people will definitely become a product of their environment.

It will be even worse if those people who japaed for their kids were living at least a decent life before throwing it all away.

Of course, some will have kids who will excel. Experience has shown that the immigrant kids who excel the most are those who have known a bit of hardship and are motivated. Kids who migrate in their teens.

I believe in choices though. Those japaing for their kids should make sure they don't forget to remind those kids that they're Africans and raise them as such. That's why the Indians and Chinese succeed from generations to generations.

It's quite complicated though. When you marry a good woman whom you're unattracted to, you'll always have that occasional resentment for her.

If you marry an attractive woman who makes your life hell, you'd be miserable and wish for that unattractive lady.

It's a terrible place to be in. Personally, it's better to be with one who makes me happy but much better to be happy and have a partner i find attractive.

You want to leave the marriage because of inlaws and not because your husband is the problem? Is that the way it works now?

You need to grow up and grow a thick skin. Many people have it far worse. Some have to live with the husband's family and are maltreated from dusk to dawn. You live alone with your family and you're talking about divorce.

Life is hard, these are some of the challenges of life. As long as your man has your back, you don't have issues. Ignore the family, they'll get tired and come to their senses someday. If we had to run away from every challenge, then we're worse than cowards.
