Emotional write up but it's never quite that easy. We need to hear the other side first. I've met a number of manipulative and toxic women whom specialise in flipping the script. |
It' has been said that we should concentrate on those who love us but in reality it isn't always easy, especially as there may be no attraction or chemistry whatsoever. A wise adult shouldn't chase love. Look for whom likes you and you like in return. Look for chemistry and one who meets at least a good percentage of your requirements. Leave love for teenagers. |
It had to be a black man. They're the ones endowed with stamina. |
The ball is no longer in your court, it's now in the man's court. Women choose whom to date, men choose whom to propose to. You claim to love him and you're asking for external advice? You don't love him. Love accepts every imperfection. |
We are gradually getting to a state of anarchy. Unfortunately, the rich will enter their PJ's and fly off. The frustrated hoodlums and miscreants will turm on the middle class as the next target. |
Majority of our girls have bad character. Most men only tolerate them for the sole purpose of sex. |
I felt really sad after reading this. However, when I started seeing others saying it's a scam, I'm beginning to wonder also. How heartless will a doctor be to abandon a child because of poor network. It's not like the parent has no money at all. Then the OP now starts talking of Turkey and how he or she sent money to someone there. It will be really crazy if this is cooked up. There's nothing as painful as losing a loved one. I've been there, it's horrible and I pray that this OP doesn't wish such on himself or herself if this happens to be a lie. Every other thing in life has a solution except death. |
Young couple, young love, a good time to marry. |
Every girl seem to have an iPhone and use Brazilian hair. From the cleaners in the office to the receptionist in the hotels. I keep wondering how people are able to afford these things with their 30k minimum wage. The answer has to be men. Nigerian men are known to be 'providers ' at their own expense of comfort. |

JASONjnr:Women think the compensation men need for taking care of them is sex. What men really need is respect amd loyalty. Sex is a mutual thing both partners enjoy. It's not a reward or a gift. |
It's tough being a Nigerian. It's tough being a man. It's tougher being a Nigerian man. It's hell if you're a Nigerian man without money. Please, avoid this at all cost. |
It's a horrible thing to see a dimwit have access to a smartphone and Internet. |
Most poor parents caused the entitlement mentality in the Nigerian girl child. They let them know from an early age that they are a meal ticket. They are the one to redeem the family from poverty. |
Always coming up with nonsense. |
In todays episode of Figment of My Imagination. If you're an aspiring writer, please learn to use words correctly. It's, I sent her lunch, not launch. |
If you must modify what God gave you, please have money to go to a renowned doctor. I don't see anything bad in trying to look better, but have sense. |
Difference between foreign blogs and Nigerian blogs. One enlightens you and one retards you. Go figure. At this day and age, we can hardly find any meaningful and enlightening posts on our own cyberspace. |
lavylilly:You are a dunce. What advice have you given? Is this JAMB question that you have to pick a choice? See this mumu saying C. All these students that still see the world in rose coloured glasses. Some of us with more than a decade of work experience in the corporate world, know that choosing a job requires so many parameters. You sit in your dormitory and choose C for someone you know nothing about, you dummie. Anyone who needs another to choose a job for him should not be working. |
Anyone who comes online to seek advice on job offers has no concrete plan for his life. Nobody knows your needs, strength and weaknesses like yourself. |
Figment of her imagination. This fugly duckling? Women have an overrated opinion of themselves, if not for thirsty men and simps, women should be begging men for attention |
Marwa is a hero, listened to his interview with Jimi Disu on Friday. If we have people like that in all important positions like Power, Ports, Petroleum and CBN, Nigeria wouldn't be in this mess. |
Every profession has its peak, when you get to the peak, it starts to decline. The tried and trusted profession will still be medical. There's no substitute for it. |
Foolish people, do they have a choice? Until they flood the country with new notes, we'll keep having extensions. |
It's not easy asking for such level of faithfulness especially from someone you didn't marry. Every wise couple should endeavour not to be apart for more than 6 months maximum. |
I will never fight the person my partner cheated with, it's my partner that owes me and failed me. Most women don't understand this. |
The signs are always there but emotions don't let people see clearly. Beware of a partner who is always asking 'where are you', 'who is he/she'? Possessiveness is not cool, it's toxic and dangerous and people should avoid possessive people at all cost. Stay away from people who are over possessive, jealous, insecure or have anger issues. |
This country is not for the poor. All the ATMs at Ikoyi and VI have been dispensing new notes since 2 weeks back. |
If people don't love you but don't mind having only sex with you, then you should be worried. At a young age, boys think sex is all that. After a while, you'll develop low self esteem when you realise you're just being used. What differentiates you from the olosho whom every guy wants to bang but no one wants to date or marry? Better search yourself properly and try to find a way to build a great and attractive personality. Sex is nothing!. |
Terrible incident indeed. If she was legally married, then she shouldn't have much to fear, especially if your claim that the properties were in their names. As for consolation, there is no special way than for her to take heart, get to terns with the reality and allow time to heal her. |
All the time, they want me to be fat. I don't know what the attraction with fatness is by Nigerians. I believe some people who body shame you secretly envy you. |
