habsydiamond:Below makes sense and was also written in bold in the news up there. Imolita said the reason she told the defendant to get a condom was that she thought it would give her the chance to escape. |
Emu4life:Why pretend? All it takes for the war to end is for Russia to pack their invading army and equipment out of Ukraine. If Putin so much wants the war to end, this is the simplest way |
socialmediaman:You are right that they loot our money. However, I feel sometimes we are harsh on them in this kind of circumstances. Normally, for someone like Buratai, it shouldn't be an issue training his sone in any aviation school with legitimate money made during his service. He attained great heights in his career. But can you blame anybody for taking out their frustrations on them? No, because they are greedy humans |
Bad news for Cameroon |
Continue to rest on Wantaregh |
Sleekcode:I think he did not say anything out of order to warrant insults. Truly, some people just run to abroad without any plan whatsoever, mostly with dubious agents pushing them. Yes, his kids may be schooling there but that is exactly what he is saying. They are there for a purpose well planned. Anyone is free to do so as long as you have a plan and purpose. |
Sad. Space bookeres are irritating |
Corruption at it again |
jeromestarks:Well, it is not cast in stone that the husband to be will reject her after getting the video. It depends on alot of factors. Her world may crash or may not. Ideally, it is not a good thing to do such, just move on. You may crash her world and you never know what she on the other hand will do |
CheapHomes1:simple questions. I gave you simple answers but maybe you are not capable of comprehending them. I am sure you will still ask the same question. The answer now will be silence which has a popular saying attached to it. |
CheapHomes1:stare |
CheapHomes1:constant |
CheapHomes1:check the meaning of the prhase "close minded" or the word "dogmatic". I used them purposely. Your question does not have a definitive answer. It all depends. PTSD can lead to a soldier killing 100 people civilians or not, it can lead to about anything. So nothing is cast in stones here Mr. Such cases can be determined on individual basis by people who have technical knowledge on the subject matter. Not someone without knowledge in the comfort of their rooms typing |
CheapHomes1:Once you answer my question, you can see where I am driving at. We Nigerians are so close minded and dogmatic on issues. You clearly concluded indiscipline caused the shootings whereas you don't even have a faint idea of what went on there. If you see my statement that you quoted, I was careful with my choice of words, using most likely there, therefore leaving other options open as well which is the sane thing to do considering I don't know what transpired there. However, you are so sure about your indiscipline theory as if you headed the investigation panel of the case. Some even concluded the errant soldier is a repentant Boko Haram whereas his identity was not even disclosed. The soldier killed a fellow soldier and wounded another but you are here talking so much about civilians. What is the ratio of civilians affected here? 1 is to 2, meaning the number of affected soldiers double that of civilians. However, like I say, Nigerians are generally close minded and can conclude on something they have no idea on in the comfort of their homes. |
CheapHomes1:is PTSD capable of making a soldier kill his colleague and a civilian? |
CheapHomes1:But can PTSD make a soldier shoot at people and his colleagues? |
CheapHomes1:off point, simple question is PTSD real? |
CheapHomes1:Thank goodness you even mention PTSD yourself which means you know and acknowledge its existence. My question now is, do you mean to say PTSD is selective and affects only Americans or saner clime armies alone excluding Nigerian military? Yes indiscipline is in Nigerian army but that does not mean they are immune to PTSD . By the way, there is a thin line separating the two especially if you are not a professional or close to the situation. You will categorize the effect of PTSD to indiscipline. |
Franking:He was shot dead on the spot by his colleagues |
This is sad. Most likely, the effect of war taken a toll on the soldier. It is rare but sometimes happens to soldiers who have spent long time in wars. It is also funny how many know all Nigerians are already concluding that the earrant soldier was a repentant Boko Haram recruited in the army. I wonder how they will react when for example the name comes out to be Moses Olakunle, Obinna Chukwueze etc. I bet if the guy that knocked down a general was a Muhammad, many of these mongers would have concluded he was a repented terrorist in the army. But because he is an Ebun or whatever, everywhere is quiet in that angle |
God bless you this wonderful gesture especially to a widow. More to you so that you will continue to a blessing to others |
Two of you useless parties should getat |
faoogoke:There are always loopholes in laws. ASUU can go on strike base on withheld salaries as a fresh strike. Again, I don't know exactly what they mean by no work no Pay in this case. You sign agreement, refuse to honor, renegotiate and refuse to honor, the, the workers do industrial action and you are talking rubbish. Even if they don't go on strike, what's the point of resuming when nothing will happen at the schools. The newly registered unions are also of no use as ASUU still hold the aces. The withheld salaries will eventually be paid by this government or the next. Why waste everyone's time? |
mukthar2000:You broke it yourself. Kindly google the type dog he is talking about and see for yourself. Moreover, the man said a training school project is already going on, meaning in the future, the cost will reduce. What else do you want of him? |
This is not right. Whose money is he using for these donations. I don't get it. He may even be responsible for the cost of all their foolish meetings abroad. I don't just understand this waste |
Kingcalls:Exactly what I am trying to say. Lagos has some attributes suitable for business hence it's attraction to people all over. It is beyond favoritism or former capital. Was calabar not a capital? Is Abuja not a capital? Why are businesses not concentrated there? Right now, in terms of security, who will want to invest or move business to say north or east when there is sit at home, bandits, terrorist etc. Lagos is better secured for both Nigerians and foreigners alike, one of the reasons for people's choice. It will interest you to know that, British airways has diverted it's flights from Abuja to Lagos for security reasons currently. As you say, Lagos proximity to the ocean also counts. But again, that does not stop any state from getting a license to develop ports in their states. Lagos just finished the Lekki port and they got permission for badagri port few weeks ago. |
Kingcalls:Some statements are not just worth making in an argument. I am not a Lagosian or Yoruba but this your assertion is meaningless. First of all ask the Igbos what brought them to Lagos or better still who brought them to Lagos. Lagos did not park a train in south east or anywhere to load Igbos and bring them here. Something about Lagos attracted them that they did not see it somewhere. So stop thinking if they leave, they will not, because they will loose |
Okoroawusa:The thing enh. Well, many Nigerians never tire on top of the suffering impose by APC and PDP |
OPICANTO2223:I think they need to call attention to it. It is not a good thing that Doctors are leaving the system in that magnitude. And ofcourse, the impact of doctors leaving will put more stress on the system than nurses leaving. I believe the turn over of nurses is far more than that of doctors across our schools. Therefore it is going to be easier to fill nurses gaps than doctors |
OPICANTO2223:So how does your assertion dispute the fact that we are short of doctors and our health care system is decaying daily? And please, why do our leaders Japa to treat ear pain, head ache etc if you are trying to dispute this report. One ekwerenmadu is still in prison in UK for the fact that, as a leader, he has no confidence in our health care system |
emonis88:Are you sure you did not quote me in error? I am struggling to find any tribal issue in my comment. Kindly point it out to me please |
Interesting. Chidinma has a long way to go on this case. |
