One of the problem of Nigerians is that they always seen to restrict their view to personality. The issue of Biafra is beyond NK. The Biafran movement is engraved in the heart of every Igbo man, just like everyone, some people are willing to take this movement a little further and any vehicle available becomes a medium. The question we should be asking ourselves should be even in our diversity how can we have a country we believe In, just like every American would say God bless America, in God we trust. The simple answer, is Justice and equity for all. No country progresses when the leaders just emphasises on "let live in peace with one another" without resolving underlying issues of association. We all know the fundamental issues with Nigeria but we allow politicians manipulate us and keep ever dissunited to thier own benefit. That way we can never come together to demand social justice and accountability. IPOB members die for what they believe in, can those against them who believes in Nigeria die for Nigeria? The answer is NO.

In the history of Kaduna, we've never had a governor that's responsive to the plight of Southern Kaduna and committed to ending the age-long crisis in the area than governor Elrufai, who conversely is also the most villified governor especially from the elite whose feeding bottle the governor threw away.

What comes to my mind is the crisis that erupted in southern Kaduna in 2018 when the governor was already airborne. He had to U-turn to Kaduna and spent 48 hours thereafter without sleep, going round the state for assessments and enforcement of curfew and intermittently having security meetings.

There is more tax awareness now and not necessarily by the work of consultant. I think it is wrong by IRS not to employ the best brains and experienced professionals from the established firms. Overtime tax payers have complained about the attitude and the level of competence of LIRS employees. The problem with the SIRS is the failure of trainings and development. The private firm invest heavily to constantly keep their employees updated with new development. The main problem is the collapse of our civil service, hence the subcontracting of tax collection and management to private person, which is not totally bad but a lazy way of solving a problem.

For example, Bosch produces lot of parts for the auto industry. This man could have invested in neighbouring countries but chose to do in Nigeria. Nigerians should embrace cctv at homes and businesses to help resolve crime investigations. I think there should be sensitization on the importance of this little devices to security of life and property. I think there should be a law mandating certain business in certain locations and estates to have cctv. It has been found that cctv discourages criminals. People get security and tracking devices for their cars but leaves the home prone to security breaches. I hope the police is able to get the killers.

Chinese firms are fond of drafting contracts in Chinese language and in some sections English is used, if you are not careful you will end up breaking the terms of contract unknowingly. This guys are so smart they contract away all function to local vendors, transferring most of the risks to those vendors and at same time control the margin. Atleast I know one company in the communications industry that is into this.
