The FG has NOT agreed with them and CANNOT agree with them.

NIGERIAN CONSTITUTION:

Section 15. (1) The motto of the Federal Republic of Nigeria shall be Unity and Faith, Peace and Progress.
(2) Accordingly, national integration shall be actively encouraged, whilst discrimination on the
grounds of place of origin, sex, religion, status, ethnic or linguistic association or ties shall be
prohibited.
(3) For the purpose of promoting national integration, it shall be the duty of the State to:
(a) provide adequate facilities for and encourage free mobility of people, goods
and services throughtout the Federation.
(b) secure full residence rights for every citizen in all parts of the Federation.

Section 38. (1) Every person shall be entitled to freedom of thought, conscience and religion, including
freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom (either alone or in community with others, and in
public or in private) to manifest and propagate his religion or belief in worship, teaching, practice and
observance.

Section 33. (1) Every person has a right to life, and no one shall be deprived intentionally of his life, save in
execution of the sentence of a court in respect of a criminal offence of which he has been found guilty
in Nigeria.

We will write this for [s]all to read. Anyone, soldier or not that kills the Fulani takes a loan repayable one day no matter how long it takes[/s] Buhari regime to read, that Buhari regime should not be a useless regime and should speedily rise and act in defense of a Nigerian citizen who has been arrested, detained and sentenced to die in a brazen violation of his fundamental human rights as a Nigerian citizen.
keep deluding yourself! Words are one thing but actions are another! You can't tell me the government is against Herdsmen when they watch them kill hundreds even thousands. You can't tell me the governemnt is against Sharia when many have been stonned/flogged and even executed for having a different opinion from that of religious doctrines. You can continue quoting Constitution but even your SANS and lawyers are not rushing in to help the poor lad, the Nigerian executivegovernment has failed him, the judiciary has failed him and the legislative are a bunch of criminals. TELL ME AGAIN HOW USEFUL YOUR CONSTITUTION IS?

I understand you clearly but I don't agree with that notion or perception that nothing can be done about it. The Kano people can govern themselves anyhow they like but they cannot execute a Nigerian Citizen that has chosen to exercise his fundamental rights granted to him by the Constitution and they cannot execute a Nigerian citizen contrary to what the Constitution of Nigeria dictates as permissible. But I agree with you, that Buhari regime is a very useless and hopeless regime, but as useless as this regime is, we must still speak up and let our voice wake up this useless regime to do its responsibility. Buhari presidency cannot be eating billions of naira as food budget alone every year and be 100% useless. No, we will voice out, so they can do their duty even if na because they are tired of our nagging. Because injustice against one is injustice against all; and injustice allowed somewhere is injustice allowed everywhere. Today it is Kano, if we keep quiet, tomorrow it might be Lagos. When Hitler was rounding up the Jews and taking them to concentration camps, the Germans said nothing and did nothing. Hitler's powers continued to rise until one day, it was not only the Jews that were been hunted to be thrown inside concentration camps to be slaughtered, later even Germans themselves were being hunted when Hitler declared that German's with disability or physical qualities that fell short of his idea of what a perfect human being should be like. By that time, it was too late. So the evil we allow to hunt others today, is the same evil that will hunt us too tomorrow.
You're still comparing apples with oranges! The people of Kano have spoken and most of them are in favor of Sharia law, this comes from their religious doctrination or brainwashing. The ultimate onus lies with the Nigerian government and if they refuse to interfere then there's nothing anyone can do about it. Just look at the lawyers and the judiciary, no one is stepping up to challenge the Sharia judgment which means it has been accepted as the law of the land. Remember, I'm not arguing about rights or morality but reality! You don't go to Russia and attack the Kremlin becuase you don't believe in their system, you don't go to North Korea and insult Kim because they don't practice democracy. In Kano, the people have accepted Sharia law and the governemnt agrees with them, it matters not what people like you and I believe!

It doesn't matter if the people accept it or the Kano State government accepts it, we still have a FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, and since the guy being declared guilty and sentenced to execution for exercising his fundamental right of freedom of speech granted to him by the Highest LAW of the land which is the Nigerian Constitution and does not accept the Sharia sentencing, it is the DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITY of the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA to exercise all the powers of the NIGERIAN STATE vested in its hand to EFFECT THE IMMEDIATE RELEASE of that man. Because first and foremost, that MAN IS A NIGERIAN CITIZEN BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE. He is a Nigerian citizen before being a Kano indigene. It is because Nigeria exists that Kano State as a legal territory exists. Nigeria gave Kano State it's legal identity as a legal entity and jurisdiction. Kano state exists inside Nigeria, Nigeria doesn't exist inside Kano State, so therefore it is Kano state that must dance to the tune of the Nigerian Constitution Law, not other way around.
You're still misssing the point....YOUR NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT HAS GIVEN POWER TO SHARIA GOVERNMENT IN KANO. It matters not what you think, it matters not what you believe....What amtters is that the Nigerian government has foolishly allowed these animals to govern themselves! Do you comprehend?

Enlightenment happened in Christianity when Protestants broke off and split the religion into multiple interpreattions, the same will happen to Islam sooner than later. The Sunni majority will be divided into newer more realistic interpretations!

Oga by your very own logic, you have invalidated your own comment. Kano State in under Nigerian territory and under Nigeria's sovereignty. Nigeria has a Constitution, and the Constitution of Nigeria is the highest law and the FUNDAMENTAL LAW in the land, that supercedes any other supplementary laws. Sharia law is a supplementary law, it is a secondary law and wherever Sharia law and Nigeria Constitution law clash or oppose one another, it is the Nigeria Constitutional law that must be followed and obeyed and Sharia law will be set aside and ignored. The Nigerian Constitution gives every citizen the right to live in any part of the country, subject to the Constitution of Nigeria. So what do you mean by "citizens who do not wish to abide by the law should not live there"? What do you mean by "The law being practiced in Kano is Sharia", are you trying to tell me that the Nigerian Constitution as a law does not function or have jurisdiction of operation in Kano State? Does Sharia law supercede the Constitution? Mtchwwwwwww
If you read my comment and comprehend, you would realize that I gave superiority to the Nigerian Constitution but when you have a clueless and useless government that has chosen to give undeserved power to supplementary laws such as Sharia then what exactly can you do? The law in Kano is Sharia, the people accepted it and the government acknowledges it, let's not pretend here if the govenrment did not support it, they would have put a stop to it in a blink of an eye...So the answer to your question is YES, SHARIA SUPERCEDES THE NIGERIAN CONSTITUTION IN KANO!

Why can't the civilized Muslims educate the barbaric ones?
Same reason the good hearted Nigerians have not stopped the scamming/evil ones from destroying our country. It took Christianity over 700 years to rectify their babaric ways, hopefully the same will happen in the Islamic world sooner or later.

But Sharia Law emanated from Islam?
It is based off of Islam but nothing in the Quran states that you must establish sharia law, just like people were stoned in the Bible for being prostitutes or flaunting certain laws, nowadays most countries have grown beyond that.

It's like saying all the people Christianity has killed in the name of religion such as Protestants leaders, those excommunicated by the Pope, Holy Wars etc was as a result of the Bible. While technically true, it is no excuse for continuing the babaric acts!

You are in one way or the other supporting blasphemy which even your Bible condemned it and provided a necessary judgment for it.

Which of the following are you failing ??
1, Bible
2, Qur'an

The holy books including the Bible is superior to any man-made or written book .

Let #someone who never fails God write Book (Constitution) before I will obey him.

Qur'an is superior to Constitution/Construction.
Technically it is not! In a multi religious country like Nigeria you do not use the Bible or the Quran as the law! The fact that the sharia nonsense is alloweed in the North just exposes how weak the Nigerian government truly has become, even under Abacha, these animals don't dare claim Sharia is superior to the Abacha's laws.

The truth is, you Muslims worship Mohammed and not God Almighty. You are acting according to his law and not what the Quran says. I haven't seen any Muslim that condemns this barbaric act. Rather they are wishing they see those who condemn it so they will kill them too. Most Muslims know this is wrong but they are afraid to speak up for fear of being killed.

Prove me wrong
The truth is you are very simple minded by looking at this from just a religious point of view. The issue here is not strictly religion but one of law. The law being practiced in Kano is Sharia. The law is very specific and citizens who do not wish to abide by the law should not live there. You don't go to China and practice democracy, you don't go to Russia and curse the Kremlin. the problem here is that the Nigerian government has chosen to give these animals more power than they deserve, Sharia law should not supercede the Nigerian Constitution which safeguards freedom of speech, if you must blame anyone BLAME YOUR CLUELESS GOVERNMENT!

Some girls are just plain ignorant, nothing else can descirbe a girl that gets a confirmation from the guy she likes that another woman is spending the night. If a guy is slightly interested in you or cares about your feelings in the slightest way, he would make up some other sh*t like family member is sick, job interview etc.

When a guy does not give sh*t about you, he would show you his true colors no matter how messed up it makes you feel. For f*cks sake the guy already said he's in-love with you, so how can he have guts to say another woman is spending the night and yet you still think he cares for you? WOMAN, SHINE YA EYES!

More to this story than reported! Three things went wrong here:

1. Who called the police? When you call the police in America, you need to be very clear about the situation, don't just shout, " HELP, BLACK MAN TRYING TO KILL ME"!

2. Whenever police asks you to stop or identify yourself, please comply! For every black folks killed by police in the USA, ten times the amount of police have been killed during simple routine stop and search or serving of warrants. Police are humans too, let's not give them a reason to make bad choices!

3. Until guns are banned or drastically reduced, situations like this will never change! In the UK the average police walks around with a baton and perhaps a taser because most criminals don't have guns. In the USA, over 60% of the population is packing. Almost everyone owns some type of gun and any attempt to reach inside your pocket, reach inside a car etc, will result in perceived threat to law enforcement.

Remember Police are trained to spot dangers, their philosophy, "IT IS BETTER TO ASK FOR FORGIVENESS THAN WAIT FOR PERMISSION", Black lives matter but don't act like an ignorant fool by saying f*ck the police!

Family › Re: When Did You Realize Your Spouse Stopped Loving You? by abbey621(m): 6:07pm On Aug 23, 2020
In any situation you find yourself in life, always think about the worst case scenario. In relationships the one that has the most to lose usually hurts the most. Love is the key but peace is the goal, if the person you're with does not give you peace then he or she ain't worth it!

Ask yourself before you commit to anyone, WHAT IS THE WORST THAT CAN HAPPEN?

1. He/she leaves you?
2. He or she cheats on you?
3. He or she bankrupts you?
4. He or she kills you?

Once you have these scenario locked down and you envision what you can do to protect yourself against all or some of it, then you're golden! How do you do this?

1. While dating, look out for signs of rage, signs of not being content and signs of greed.
2. Check out family history, someone without a good upbringing or fear of papa or mama cannot make a good spouse.
3. Ensure there is a belief in God
4.If you do decide to marry, make sure you don't put all your hopes in him or her. Financially always have a Plan B, if you have kids make sure to get a DNA test done. When you marry, try to have children as quickly as possible, this often humbles people and erases doubts.

FINALLY, accEpt that NOTHING IS GUARANTEED IN LIFE except for DEATH, so if he or she leaves you, ACCEPT YOUR FATE & ON TO THE NEXT ONE grin grin
