Write out the innate qualities of the two guys, I will help you make a decision.

Meanwhile, can you explain what you mean by one is intellectually advanced than the other? What is your yardstick for measuring their intelligence? school work or how they solve problems?

When you start your school, stay either in the university's dormitory or rent an apartment close to the school.

This will help you to minimize contact with him.

You are not in any dilemna except that you are being overtaken by your passion and lust.

When you reach the Jerusalem of this your ex, I am sure your eyes will clear.

Love is not emotion and emotion is not love bro.... If you have been looking for a way to divorce your wife because of an ex, there is no

point creating story about it. Just do what you have to do and save the woman emotional and psychological torture of your non-commitment.

@Tgirl4real and Royal roy,

I am of the opinion that some posts should never make the front page where it will be bastardised.

Case in point is that of the lady asking for solution about her sexual experience. It is wrong to move it to front page. She is already getting reasonable advices.

Please disregard if she asked for it herself.

Thanks

yellowpawpaw: Mr B, I gat u but what happens to the phrase" I think he/she is obsessed with me. Literally meaning I think he lvs me so much to most people and also how is it an infatuation?
Depending on the understanding of the person making the statement. If the person made it with full understanding of the word obsession, she needs to run for her dear life. But if it was made with lack of understanding of what obsession means, she needs to be schooled about the true meaning.

Family › Re: Is Obsession Sign Of Love In A Relationship? by bellong: 9:18am On Dec 19, 2013
To start with, let us define love and obsession.

According to Merriam-webster dictionary, Obsession can be defined as follows

1. : a state in which someone thinks about someone or something constantly or frequently especially in a way that is not normal

2. a persistent disturbing preoccupation with an often unreasonable idea or feeling.

Love on the other hand according to the usage is defined thus

1. a (1) : strong affection for another arising out of kinship or personal ties <maternal love for a child> (2) : attraction based on sexual desire : affection and tenderness felt by lovers (3) : affection based on admiration, benevolence, or common interests <love for his old schoolmates>

2. warm attachment, enthusiasm, or devotion <love of the sea>

3. a : unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another: as (1) : the fatherly concern of God for humankind (2) : brotherly concern for others

Comparing the two words, Obsession has often unreasonable attached to it. Hence, it can make the obsessed to do what is not right. In this case, obsession is not love but infatuation and lust.
Family › Re: Problems With Sex Is Ruining My Marriage by bellong: 9:11am On Dec 19, 2013
aaronson: I know it sounds immoral but sex with your spouse to be is definately needed just so you know your partner's sexuality appetite and other problem because marriage is a life time investment with child bearing as profit to the blissful matrimony, some people are just so religious to know the technical truth even Jesus had to tell Abraham to lie to a king that sarah was his sister and The Same God still told Samuel to tell saul that he was just passing by to go to the mountain for prayers when truthfully he was going to the house of jesse to anoint david as king,so would you say God has made these people lied or that's simply WISDOM
This is one of the reasons why Christianity and churches have become something else in the country today. Maybe I should ask you the question Philip asked the Ethiopian Eunuch "Understandest thou what thou readest?.."

Why not proffer a probable solution than dribbling backwards?

@Op,

You have seen a medical specialist who told you your problem is psychological. Have you ever experienced a painful sexual encounter in the past that created this fear?

Meanwhile, I will say that you both devote more time on pre-intimacy so that you can be naturally lubricated well before penetration. You may need to work on your fear of pain. Once, its in, it doesn't pain that much.

Do not let anybody tell you that the problem is because you never did it prior to tying the knot. Sexual intercourse in marriage involves patience, understanding, willingness, education and communication. It doesn't matter whether a man has experience or not, what matters is his willingness to learn, explore and understand the right buttons to press in his wife.

kmcutez: Give me a better solution than this.

Even the God of the Bible had to use flood to destroy the whole world, except one family that survived. Are you now saying he can't be trusted with a position that requires critical thinking?

Now let me hear you clap for yourself.
In contrast, you are comparing your assumption with someone who made decision based on perfect statistics? To begin, how did you arrive at your 99% figure?

You know, I do not usually read posters' previous posts but I have to do for yours to understand why you came up with such a pathetic figure. The only thing I found is that you are obsessed with Males..........

I wish you luck in your quest

Family › Re: Pls What Should I Do? by bellong: 10:52am On Dec 18, 2013
On a lighter note, you are now the apple of your father's eyes. The best you can do for now is to use what you know to the overall advantage of the family.

I do not know your dad, if what I am writing here will be a disadvantage in the long run, please disregard the advice. The fact that your dad is keeping it a secret from your mum shows that despite his atrocities, he still has that little fear and respect for her. If I were in your shoes, this is what I will do if my dad cannot open up to my mum himself.

Will study the areas where he is not living up to his responsibilities and have a talk with him to amend them for the good of the home using the information for negotiation. He will have to start treating my mum with the respect and attention she deserves even if he is not ready to disclose his secret. He must also attend to the needs of the children at home, if he has not been doing it before now. In essence, the information will be used to the family's advantage.

Caveat: Only do what I mentioned above if your dad is a type of person you can negotiate with. Meanwhile, why not ask for an opportunity to meet your half-brothers....

drnoel: Its not just a subtle kind of disrespect for the wife´s people which the wife brought it on herself and her people its also a vielled threat. Now ladies listen well and listen good. This is done in igbo tradition and am sure the husband must be igbo. I know cos my uncle who is igbo did it to his wife. Now, I don´t know if its done in the yoruba custom cos none of my yoruba relatives have done such yet. Maybe cos yoruba ladies know how to respect their husbands and elders unlike our igbo sisters since its not really taught at home.
It depends on what the wife did. In my uncles case his wife served his uncles and brothers the wrong part of cow that was killed during a celebration. The brothers and uncles felt insulted and insisted he sends her home to punish her so she had to take suspension for 4 weeks. She went home and came back fatter than when she was at my uncles home.

The case can't go to the media now since a court process has been initiated. The best bet before now is to get media attention before the court process

The bolded does not necessarily mean he did it.

Meanwhile, to the matter, since he couldn't control his vessel despite having a girl friend, the best bet is to wait for her to deliver the baby and do a DNA test to confirm paternity.

Please note that the fact she is pregnant does not mandate your brother to marry her.

You are still within the age bracket of pleasure in relationship. Most of your peer group do not understand the essence of relationship, hence the reason for your mum's actions.

You believe your description above is restricted to a particular country? No country is free from percentage of her populace exhibiting irrational and crass behavours. The fact that one single person took action against the norm means every other person does that?

Yes, the man acted wrongly and did what was uncalled for. However, how many of us here have not acted irrationally before against the norm? If the man in question were my brother, I would have known what to tell him but will never descend to ridiculing a majority because of the actions of a minority.
Family › Re: My Wife Needs To Be Re-trained, Then I Sent Her Back To Her Parents. by bellong: 10:37am On Dec 17, 2013
In an attempt to condemn the action of one person, can we at least add decorum by refraining from generalising a whole tribe, culture, tradition or race because of the supposed sin of few.

It is never a good attitude painting everybody with the same brush because of the offense of a minute percentage of people. Doing it does not add weight to your argument nor evidence to your claim.

Treat individual as individual on the basis of his/her character and please desist from collective judgement. It doesn't go well with some of us..

Thank you for your message. Once we have finalised the programs offered in Semester 2, 2014 we will re-assess your application and contact you.

Thank you & kind regards,
This is a general response to cases like yours. It simply means during the Semester 2, your documents will be re-evaluated against new rules (if any) for the program of your choice. If it meets up, you will be offered a new admission and if not, you will be advised on what to do.

Do not panic, its only a general statement.
