Lastly, highly inflammable fuel is very volatile, accompanied by gases. If these gases are subjected to heat, they expand thereby increasing pressure. When the rusted and weak metal are subjected to intense internal pressure, they give way and burst. The gas and liquid of course will ignite and explode.

So what is there in what you wrote that has to be re-read?

Besides, in the design of structures or components, who factors in the possibility of damage when estimating lifespan?

Lifespan of structures are estimated on the basis of ideal conditions and that is why warranties do not cover damage not due to normal usage.

A rusted pipeline with inflammable liquid can burst on its own on a very hot weather day. Heat will cause expansion and the weak metallic pipe can burst while its content goes up in flames.

The Department of State Services says it has begun disciplinary action against its personnel found to have been negligent while on the entourage of the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), on Thursday in Argungu, Kebbi State.



It also denied killing one Mohammed Guddare, who beat the security cordon to get close to the president, while posing for a group photograph.

The DSS in a statement by its Public Relations Officer, Peter Afunanya, said a preliminary investigation showed that Guddare was an overzealous enthusiast of the President.

The statement read, “The Department of State Services wishes to dismiss reports making the rounds that presidential details killed the intruder that tried to break the security cordon to attack the President and Commander-in-Chief, Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR at Argungu, Kebbi State on 12th March 2020.

“The Service wishes to clarify the issue as follows: One Mohammed Jammil Guddare made overzealous but futile attempt to have an unauthorised handshake with the President thus breaching security protocols.

“He was stopped by Security details and arrested for a thorough investigation.

“Preliminary investigation reveals that he is not a hostile person but an overzealous enthusiast of the President.

“The Service has reviewed the video of the incident and is taking measures against its personnel found to have been negligent in their duties.”

I was denied tourist visa sometime in 2015 due to my financial status.After leaving my former employer late 2016,I got another job 2017 with a Telecommunication company in PH.My monthly salary is N345,000 after tax.I get commission for every products I sell and another commission on any contract I bring to the company cause we are allowed to bring contracts and get commission.These commissions are paid into my salary account.I would like to reapply again.I have the following documents

Cover letter explaining about the other money in my account aside my salary
6 Month Payslips

I have been recently given admission to study at Estonia university for masters degree (on Scholarship). Due to the fact that there is no Estonian embassy in Nigeria, I am seeking to obtain the Estonian Visa from the Estonian embassy in the UK (although I'm considering other places such as Egypt, Israel and Turkey)

So at it stands, I have my uncle in the UK that have lived there for about 20 years with his wife amd kids (all UK citizens) and works as a medical doctor. I want to see if I can get an invitation from him so that I can apply for a short tourist visa to come to UK just for the reason of obtaining the Estonian student visa from the embassy there (although not stating rhis in ky application for obvious reasons).

What i want to know is,

2. How much will it cost?
3. How long does it take to obtain the visa if he invites me?
4. How do I go about it?
5. Any other consideration and advice?
