KingAzubuike: So because say you dey military con mean say you no fit do side business to make a decent living again... Even your family members .. this is all shade's of gobbledygook
sinceraconcept: Maybe boys dey shine her Kongo dey pass her around like ronte and she come dey code when you come. Your sister knows her better and probably knows she is opposite of all she's displaying
Your sister is probably dating her... #LesbianTinz It may also be that your sister sees her as her younger sister and would want to keep it that way... But why didn't your sister sponsor her to further her education?
landmark86: Am a fresh graduate that just got a job with a private organisation. Last month I was transferred from our headquarters to one of our branches here in Akure, Ondo State.
I stay in my elder sister's house right now cos I moved in last year December but have met with an agent who promise to get me a good apartment soonest.
To cut my story short, my sister has a house girl/lady which was so caring to me. Am 29yrs and still single not that I have never dated before, just that it never worked well while I was in school.
The house maid of my sister is 25yrs and a school cert holder but due to some reasons she couldn't further her education but still willing if she can get help.
She's a pretty, caring, very neat and also intelligent. And my sister also takes her as a sister not an house help.
Lastly weekend, my sister came back from an event and saw me and her catching some fun (I mean gisting and playing games) in the house and she got provoked.
She called me in and asked what is the relationship between me and her but I told her the basic truth that though we are just friends but I wish I could date her and my sister shouted on me NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not even when am alive.
Now I keep asking my self some question; Is house help not a human being? Is it a crime in dating/marry them? Is it a crime for a graduate to marry non graduate/illiterate ?
Please help a brother cos am in love with her. Thank you.
Mad people in this country .....so its a new government house that is of paramount importance and not the welfare of her citizens who all run to Lagos to beg or carry out other sub-human activities ...sad!
Settlement of collected tolls would be an issue except its handled centrally by a toll payment service provider that would also operate in those other states, that way the eTag is uniform and a central wallet which when funded could be debited from any of the toll points nationwide and funds settled to the state the toll was debited for.
Humphrizy: Okay.. Nice one, but it's still within Lagos state... Am only trying to extend it to other 35 States including FCT... Like for instance; Anambra state (Onitsha head bridge) If they decide that every motorist that wants to make use of the road should have e-tag(s) Windscreen of cars will be filled up with stickers.
It's a welcome development Thoo... Cos I know some states will not like to dive into it sooner nor later.
I wonder how they intend achieving this though. Perhaps on the PTSP level or PTSA level. E de be for them oooo
postbox: As part of its commitment to facilitate the development of the Nigerian payments system and deepen the adoption of various electronic payment options available to users, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has identified the predominant use of Single messaging format for POS transactions as an obstacle to the use of pre-authorisation as a mode of payment in Nigeria.
In order to enable pre-authorisation and Sales-completion of card transactions, the CBN hereby directs as follow:
a)All merchant acquirers are required to obtain Acquirer Device Validation certification or the applicable testing completion notification from CBN licensed card schemes. b) By this directive, all POS Terminals must have the capability for transaction pre-authorisation and sales completion. c)PTSA (NIBSS) to ensure that only banks that have conducted and obtained PoS Terminal Validation Certificate for pre-authorisation and sales- completion from the relevant card schemes, have their PoS Terminals registered on the Central Terminal Management System. d)All card issuers are required to build the capability and enable the processes for pre-authorisation and sales-completion of transactions. e)Card Schemes are also required to provide online simulators for acquirers and issuers to test their systems, when necessary.
This circular takes immediate effect, but with a deadline of July 31, 2020 for full compliance, after which appropriate sanctions would be imposed for contraventions and non-compliance.
Ghana seem to understand the gains to be made trading with neighboring countries as well as travels, tourism between both.... Nigeria unfortunately does not believe in all of that. They're satisfied with their oyel money
The rate at which MMF yields are spiraling downwards is alarming. ARM MMF is 9.71% while StanbicIBTC MMF 8.78 today ....will TB rates go up in the new year? Or this is as a result of panic or festivities in the air?
He's done well. If he furnished the building with the latest medical equipment and get the qualified personnel to man them, this could be a deal breaker for the south east. An integrated medical-tourism package in the making.
Haaa! 30K uploading fee keh? Which one be user fee again ...100% fake and should be reported to EFCC
Ikky2020: @justwise. My fiancé is applying for a visiting visa in January to the Uk. He is a contractor and has a closing balance of 7+M in the business Acct, with over 2M in the personal Acct. He is applying for 6 months visiting as we plan to wed in May 2020. I am settled here with a good job and my own house. I hold a British passport. We got introduced to a guy that a close friend has used several times in processing Uk and shenge visa. He gave a list that included 98k for visa fee, 30k as uploading fee, 50k as users fee, 40k hotel and tickets etc. I was surprised and brought to his attention the home office visa fee of 12something dollars, less than 50 k. He gave me loads of excuses and maintained the embassy has all this hidden charges. Officially we have a list of what is needed to apply for a visa, please can you give me a list of what is needed? Also why insist on hotel and ticket reservations ? Is that the norm? My fiancé is 58yrs old with a good Business in Nigeria. Please @justwise and the very knowledgeable team of helpers, give me pointers for this application. Thank you all and happy celebrations.
I hope he does same to the Abraham Adesanya roundabout along the same axis. It's a major bottleneck in that area.

Usually advisable to change your locks after renting a new apartment ....workers who worked there may have duplicated the keys before handing over. Sorry for your loss.
Mike4S: I came back from the the church on Sunday only to see my apartment rummaged. My gas cylinder that I just filled, my new electric iron that is still intact in the packet, my new stainless vacuum cup, aso ebi 2 each 6 yards and Polish and brush were all carted away.
What really surprised me is my key being intact and no sign of break and enter from any part of the apartment.
Air of mystery still surrounds how my apartment was robbed.
I want to go and just drop statement with the police. Hope that one will be welcomed? Guys I need your contributions. I just packed in there. It's somewhere opposite Lagos Business School along Lekki Epe express way
Fight the root cause and not encourage the solution being applied as palliative. Encouraging Street traders instead of protecting them.
NwekeUG: Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has given reason why he has not chased traders off the streets of the state.
According to IgbereTV reports, Makinde said his decision was as a result of his experience as a boy street trader at Yemetu, an Ibadan neighbourhood.
The governor said this at the Oja Oba Central Mosque, Ibadan, during a special prayer to commemorate his 52nd birthday.
He said, “Somebody said that I was quoted as saying that I would not chase away street traders without providing them with alternatives. Yes, that is true because I know the mentality of street trading. I once sold bread by the roadside in Yemetu.
“I said so because we cannot send them away until we provide an alternative for them. And we have started enforcing that. We did that at Ojoo where we asked people not to trade at the point where we want to situate our modern terminus.”
Makinde thanked the people for praying with him and wishing him well.
He said, “Your prayers are important to me. It doesn’t matter if we have a multitude. What we have here is a quality crowd.”
