ikorodureporta:And mosques too bro. Or don't Muslims worship in hundreds and thousands too? |
Poloyanabo1:How much are you willing to bet? |
Some people called Abacha loot "savings". Can Diezeani loot not be classified as the same? Just asking please. |
In 1985 the federal government under Maj gen Muhammad Buhari made a decision against Umaru Dikko. When there was no simple way to get Dikko back to Nigeria to face corruption charges they tried to kidnap and smuggle him back to Nigeria. Can that same process not be tried now, at least to bypass the diplomatic passport mumbo jumbo. They can send Fsars there, abi? Na suggestion I bring o. Afterall there has been a lot of highhandedness and abuse of power in Nigeria since 2015. |
lwise:Employ a Nigerian into your company and the next he is looking for means of getting the entire purse of the company! Figures will be inflated for contracts, jobs will be shabbily done, nepotism and tribalism will start, they take advantage of women, frustrate you, etc. Foreigners receive their wages, face their jobs and do their best. |
Drakkernoir:Certainly this will negatively affect the reelection of Donald Trump. I am one of his stunch supporters though. I support him doing all that he can to stop foreigners invading his country. African leaders should copy Paul Kagame by making their economies and societies better for their people. This certainly will keep their people from wandering from country to country. In times like this a good leader has soothing words for his people. Those words show the people that the president continues to be their man. Unfortunately Trump has failed woefully. Hopefully Americans whether blacks, whites, latinos, Asians will ensure that justice is done and equality is effected in the country. |
rationalhuman:Oh so that's what you think? Well there may be better organised hospitals but their doctors are not more spectacular than ours! What about the society? Is it anywhere better than the Nigerian society? No. Everywhere stinks there. What about the people? Highly racist. Now do you know that Indians everyday beg to get jobs in Nigeria? Bros do not rejoice. Go and check all these for yourself. |
FortuneDeGreat:She is an Igbo woman from Ogwashi Uku, Delta state. Ogwashi Uku is an Igbo speaking tribe but found in Delta state in the Niger Delta region. Her husband is from Abia state. If you do not know please ask and get better informed. Cheers. |
Nwanyiogwashi:Who tell you that one? Countless Ogwashi people marry Yoruba people, both male and female. Yoruba is openly spoken freely in Ogwashi uku, Anioma and Delta state as a whole. You dey reach home at all? No do politics with the talk o. Adaigbo amaka. |
seunmsg:What a shame. So what do you think? Between Okonjo Iweala and Agah, who has better chances? Between Okonjo Iweala and South West candidates including Adesina who has better chances to secure the seat for Nigeria? My friend in arriving at that conclusion, the APC led government weighed its chances and looked at opportunities available for Nigeria in WTO? Look there was no way the government would make the wrong choice and risk looking such an important opportunity to another country. Okonjo Iweala's credentials intimidate the biggest names in the federal cabinet. She has connections with presidents and leaders in the economies of other countries. Buhari cannot have such an opportunity to work with such a person - he has been looking for it since the inception of APC government - and lose it. She will get the seat by the grace of God. |
Raxxye:Oga please submit your credentials and contest for any position of your choice so that recycling can stop. |
ObaOfUyo:Only lazy NFA youths turn to crime and murder people so gruesomely like this. Hard working and ambitious youths make great things out of nothing. |
And to see the idiots social distancing adds insult to injury. |
Heavensent01:Put money for ground na abeg. |
Shegunsmart:Political alignments and realignments as they say. Odubu will not win but he will join what is called "Association of past contestants". He will also claim that his supporters will support a particular candidate. He will get assurances. If his candidate wins, money and position don come. That's why he gambled the 22.5m. Bro politics na gambling. |
Heavensent01:Dear friend, in politics everything is possible. The failure of the state assembly gave the national assembly the opportunity to act in its place. Obaseki does not have authority in such matters. He was supposed to make the proclamation and the division between him and Oshiomole revealed itself to all with members showing which side of the divide they belong. APC always seems disjointed and full of political errors. You'd wonder why an APC led federal government has failed to take control in such a matter that involves an APC state. Ize Iyamu is not someone that can be controlled or manipulated by Oshiomole. Ize Iyamu is his own man with his own loyalists. His membership of APC is an added advantage to the APC. The angel that you know is better as they say. The fundamental problem between Oshiomole and Obaseki clearly has to do with the state treasury. Nothing stops a godson from aspiring to be a godfather. Whichever way it goes Oshiomole will lose some political strength. Once again I caution, do not write off PDP. Oshiomole has been leaving APC very vulnerable with his misadventures. PDP will always find ways to defeat them. Truly bro PDP is more politically calculated than APC. |
kunle4toyeyaho:Food for the lawyers. With the move by the deputy governor's lawyers I think there is the likelihood of victory for the PDP there. |
Bamgbose ko Igbosere ni. Jagbajantis intete! |
If previous governments both military and democratic built roads in this manner civilization would have fastened, industrialization would have fastened up. The need for good roads and electricity cannot be over-emphasised if we want our economy and nation to be better. |
Heavensent01:"The consensus candidate will be under his control". Are you referring to Pastor Ize Iyamu in this case? If you are, I'd like you to note that Oshiomole can only be a footstool to the manifestation of Iyamu's ambition. Do not forget that politics is about interests. Iyamu decamped because of his political interest and the only reason Oshiomole picked him is that of all the potential candidates in Edo state, only Iyamu can match Obaseki as it stands today. Oshiomole's interest too came into it. I confidently tell you today that if by any chance Iyamu wins, they will return to square one. Either way it goes, the days of Oshiomole's godfatherism has gone. After all the insults, etc, do not expect Iyamu not to pay Oshiomole back in his own coin. Oshiomole stated that he taught Obaseki and Shuaibu what they know today and that supposedly included how to deal with your godfather. For me if PDP manages to put their acts together, the state will return to PDP. |
zigziggy:Commit a crime and leave the rest. Next wait to see where your ignorance will keep you. |
DonFreshmoney:Have you not wondered why the sudden change of heart by the lawyers to the deputy governor? Why did they withdraw the motion? The DSS man gave evidence after receiving response from their request to NYSC showing that the amendment was made by NYSC at the request of the deputy governor. The amendment was a change of one of the alphabets in his name and it was legally done. With that confidence it can be clearly seen that the deputy governor will win. That case in Bayelsa state is a typical example of "the voice of Jacob but the hand of Esau"; that is APC backing LM and waiting to hijack the seat through the backdoor. |
Weirdberg1:Did you not read where it was said that the got fingerprint evidence? Getting at least one person is a very good start. Noteworthy also is the fact that unravelling murder puzzles is not simple or easy. When our police achieve such feats they must be commended. |
lightangel65i:Muntula! |
PDP waiting patiently to take back their state. Thank God. |
JAMO84:Racism and tribslism began, continues and will never.end in the SW. |
BlowYourMind:Sorry for you. You illiteracy is well rehearsed and well dressed. Hopefully you will not hang yourself. |
Futuragetty:Jealousy, bitterness, anger, lack will never let people like you reason properly. If she chose to be a housewife how does it trouble you? The fame that she attained, how sud you contribute to it? When she started acting and gettinf popular, did you play any part? Infact how many of her movies did you pay to get. I bet you watched all for free. "Agadi ekwe nka". Is it not a practice in the east where you come from for old men whether rich or poor to marry teenagers and young adult ladies? How many have been so castigated in bad light like Ned Nwoko? What is the business of the likes of you what the young woman chooses to do with her life? Mr. Financial adviser mind your own business and face your own life. You are the mumu here and not the man. You did not make his name and wealth for him. Mr. Great potential. Show your own. God has blessed them. Don't let the life and wealth of people that you do not know make you hang yourself. Nonsense boy. |
BobbyHammar:Even all you said do not make sense. Take your time to read through again. If it makes any sense to you then I will talk about it further with you and open your eyes appropriately. |
Sagay212:Exactly. That's what we should have here on nairaland and not some loose mannered people. Please share your thoughts. |
Queenyprinxex:What tables have turned please? What do you even know little child? Hopefully Igbo matter will not lead you to hang yourself. Unfortunately Edo state has so many uncouth youths like you parading themselves all around the world and ruining whatever image Nigeria has left as a country. Will you not first remove the log in your eyes before you take off the speck in another's? Between the Igbos with a landmass and population spanning 7 states and one single Edo state made up of a few unagreeable tribes, which is cursed? Looking at Edo state as a whole, where are the economic landmarks and achievements that you can point to in comparison with the entire Igbo areas or even individual states? How many communities in Edo state can the citizens confidently venture into their farms? Farms of Edo people are daily seized by the same Fulani herdsmen, females like you have been raped and killed right in front of their children and husbands. Uncountable Edo men have been beheaded and the entire country has joined in one voice to condemn the wicked acts of Fulani herdsmen. Your famed charms and fetish powers have not stopped the invasion of Edo lands as they have been totally overrun. I bet you that you cannot even venture to your little village in Edo out of fear of either herdsmen or witches. Mention your village in Edo and I will confidently give you the situation report. Edo is not a problem to the Igbos and will never be. A few reckless children like you must be cautious of the words you say on the social media. |

[/s] Ayo femi if not that you're from Yoruba I for say make you marry from ogwashi but we don't marry Yoruba people before they miner our skulls
