That makes me remember what happened when I was in the university. There was this exam I missed in 300L. I thought the exam was by 4pm little did I know it was by 8am, I was in the reading room reading for the exam that morning and they were writing the exam... and no body called me to notify me when the exam was going on so I missed it. It was very devastating for me... I called my course rep, he told me that there is nothing I can do about it. The only option I know is through broking which I consider as a sin.
I just prayed it and asked God to take control, so when result came to my greatest suprised I got "B" in that course that I didn't write.

Let me explain anytime you see LORD in capital letters in the BIBLE it refers to YAHWEH or JEHOVA but lord is talking about smaller personalities like JESUS. Now what David said there is JEHOVA said to JESUS sit at my right hand until I make your enemies your footstool
Read Matt 22:43-44 you will see that Same verse quoted telling us that David in spirit spoke about JESUS. It is the same with Psalm 16:10
