This is true. The CBN introduced a policy in December that required for all international cash transfers to Nigeria be in dollars, and not in naira for direct transfers. What it means is that money transferred can only arrive as dollars (and cashed out as dollars) and not automatically converted to naira by banks. But there are other options. Here in the United States, we use WorldRemit. Please ask the person sending you money from abroad to consult his bank. The banks are in a better position to know other transfer options besides WorldRemit.

No one will believe this, but the close proximity of the Niger Republic to Nigeria has been a curse than a blessing to our country.

1. Nigeria feeds the Niger Republic. Much of resources from Nigeria is committed to sustain that barren entity called Niger.

4. They do all the dirty tasks that the northerners would sometimes be unable to carry out alone. For example, during ethnic and religious crises in the North, the almajiri of Niger Republic, those socially and economically deprived vandals from the barren land, are the ones their northern cousins unleash on the innocent southerners.

For most of us living abroad, racism is an everyday experience - something we are already getting used to. 2. He posted the video of his clients bathing stark nude while carrying out his grandiose exorcisms (all with a view to commercialise the business and attract even more customers) which he distributed to the public without, perhaps, the consent of the people featured in that video = PORNOGRAPHY BY OTHER MEANS, ATTACK ON THE INDIVIDUALS' PRIVACY etc.

3. He showed no regard for the national currency by throwing naira notes in the water, which is a criminal offence punishable according to CBN laws.
