My brother, you have said it all. Nigerians and God! It is only a child that thinks that the moon shine only in his father's compound. We always wait on God to do virtually everything for us even for ordinary things we could do our selves. Na real shock de wait for super eagle - Croatia and Iceland no be moimoi. They have excellent back fours and solid keepers. These two areas are the super eagle weakest points.

The red carpet and fanfare are for him to agree on Morocco's demands and intentions. When you treat somebody right and honor him will all respect, his thinking will some how be impaired and will be wired to act in a manner that will make you happy. That's the game Morocco is playing. They want to enter the West African market by becoming ECOWAS member and get Nigeria support on Western Sahara problem.

Today i was denied. A very sad and disappointing experience.
Hubby and i were very confident we would get visas. Unfortunstely the blonde lady had other plans for us.

I answered most of the questions because hubby was holding our 2 year old son who was fast asleep. All our documents were with me. Neatly filed.

This happened in Lagos, today in the morning. We came into town from PH lastnight and were right on time for the interview.
I wore my best pants and jacket, did my hair and makeup( as advised on here)lol

I have noticed that sometimes, when they have made up their mind not to give you, they wont want to see your documents. But when they want to give you, that's when they ask for document

I will advise you stay back and continue with your high-paying job. As a single lady, boredom will "kill" you over there. This Canada immigrant thing is always good when you are married and probably with kids. Your situation in Nigeria is far better than that of millions. Go on vacations, treat your self well, continue to grow and develop on your job. You can always reapply for the Canada immigrants program. Don't just rush into uncertainty. Many people that were successful in the immigrant program are still unemployed even after more than two years. Some are into what they call "finishing " school just to get accustomed with Canada way of life and how to adapt. Is not a guarantee that you will be successful. Some are doing jobs far below their qualifications and below the jobs they had in Nigeria. Think please!

When AGIP moves the headquarters to Lagos now, they will start complaining. I have said it before, Nigeri- Delta is their own worst enemy. Youth organizations are destroying businesses in that area. My friend couldn't establish a common barbing saloon because community youth wouldn't allow him do anything.

Trust me, it is a matter of time before AGIP moves back to Lagos

Bro, they are not greedy, rather they are very uncomfortable with poverty. People seems comfortable with poverty in Northern Nigeria unlike south where people do everything, though sometimes through good or bad means to extricate themselves from poverty just for the sake of their unborn children
