I know of a guy that made so much money in 2015 as part of Jonathan support group, flying up and down with FFK and John Fashanu then. Bought an old house in Ire Akari estate, Lagos, demolished it and put up a solid building. He was an account officer with first bank then before joining Jonathan support group.

Las las, the money go reach every body. I must go home with a Sienna or Toyota bus. That's part of the spoils of participating in campaign. I won't let these their money pass me by this time around.

We live like animals in here in Nigeria and Africa. Oyibo and other western countries takes environment seriously. That is why the poorest of the poor countries in Europe are not any different from the most developed part of Europe in terms of beauty, environment and being an organized society.

It’s not cheaper but it’s worth the extra spend. I use facade cladding on my projects as a step away from traditions; to act as second shell and to also shield the wall against elements. Facade cladding are more easier to care for and require little or no maintenance.

On the church project, I decided to use the facade cladding to cover the weather side of the building which is more often affected by rain, wind and weather.

I did same on Ilé Ode 1 to conceal imperfections during construction.

That's what people don't know. Doing exercises intermittently does not help the body. You have to be consistent. If you don't have time for gym, take a long walk and do some body twisting.

Since I went solo on my career, I haven't failed on my daily exercises. I have time now to do it, take a walk, bike and eat healthy. I don't visit hospital again. I Can't even remember the last time I went to hospital.

Igbos built the catholic and the Anglican churches in their communities. Greater percentage of them have contributed significantly to the building and expansion of catholic churches in Lagos. They do not do Pentecostalism. See building materials Cement hit N4,600 today. Does it even still make sense building to rent again? Investing in property is also a way of hedging against the run away inflation.

I love flat roofs but the problem is getting it right and the fear of leakages. I have seen couples of flat roofs that they later went ahead to use long span to cover again because of leakages.

I saw another building that the building walls were messed up. The whole wall have wetness all over it. If well installed, it is always beautiful.
