Okay, here's the thing

A friend of mine got married less than a year now. He has this habit of sometimes waking up at night (anytime between 2:00am to like 5:00am) and go to the leaving room to watch TV (mostly weekends). Most if the time, he is back in bed before 5:00am.

But his wife gets mad at him for leaving her side. He said that she is usually fast asleep in this period, it's not like they're going to have sex, or have a conversation or anything. She just wants him to be in bed beside her.

He thinks it's he didn't do anything wrong... I think so too

Please married men in the house, do you experience this too? Is my friend wrong to watch TV in the living room at night leaving his wife's side or is the woman just over reacting?

Women like cuddling especially sleep time

Tell him to ask the wife to choose either to have a telly at in the room and she won't complain about the lights reflection and noise

Or she will have to endure since he doesn't do it all the time

But the good thing is that if they have little kids that disturbs at night, he should carry the child through out that period and she will not complain

U wear boxer 2 days straight yet u open mouth to say girls smell. They hardly groom.their body.

The average naija body is a breeding ground because of the humidity. When we do clean up, we use only soap and water. Sometimes only water. Is that one clean up?

Germs breed mostly in the kitchen and bathroom. And on the body, ur boxers, bushy private parts etc.

Guy, meet a dermatologist. A simple culture will show what's wrong with u and adequate treatment administered.

Even the sweat that drops from guys during sex is toxic to the skin of the women

It is in the skin layer but when you become pregnant, it will pop out more because pregnancy also comes with its own skin reaction

I think its an allergy your skin must have reacted to certain things like food environment drugs, creme, even drink or water

What was gained for them to pay #500, 000 thousand for bail

I guess he was not in good terms with family and friends, even wife and kids

A friend has been going through a health challenge on his left leg for over a year now.

He ran 4 different types of tests on the leg but the outcome of the tests is a fungal infection.

It started like a small boil, after it got bust, little by little it turned to what it is today.

It doesn't pain him but only scratches him

All recommended drugs prescribed to him all this while have not yielded any positive results.
Even some recommended local ways too all to no avail.

No one knows were help come from, that's why I decided to help him post it here.

Any suggestions that will help him will be appreciated.

Good morning all, please I need your advice on this, I am a recent graduate of polytechnic and I have complete my Nysc and currently I have been offered a job as a contract staff of access bank with 85k per month and now I have been shortlisted for an interview in a federal university for d post of technologist at the ICT centre of d sch, now I am confused on what to do maybe to attend the interview and drop the banking job I just got not up to a month.

As a HND holder how much will I be paid and I was told I won't be able to go further until I spent a certain years.

Job security wise, federal is more better and safer to private jobs

Even if it takes up to 2yrs before you can go to school, use that opportunity to safe for your schooling

I'll go first.

I had to collect an envelope from NIPOST. Met with the woman in charge and she had this air of importance all around her.

At first, she checked my receipt and delayed me for about 20 minutes at the counter without telling me where she is going to. She just left me there. I didn't talk. I waited.

Then, she asked me to write my name and address at the back of the envelope. And left me for another 10 minutes or so.

Then, she came back to tell me to sign at the front of the envelope. I did that too. But I wondered why she didn't ask me to do this at a go.

All in all, I spent almost 30 minutes to collect an envelope that shouldn't take up to 5 minutes.

If Nigeria is to move forward and progress, the reform should start from these government agencies.

One thing that scares the hell out of me about my girlfriend is her attitude. When you talk about a disrespectful and unsubmissive lady, my girlfriend is the headquarters of all the disrespectful and unsubmissive ladies I've ever met. Even if she does something good, I don't tend to notice it because her bad attitude has already overshadowed the good side of her

Even if she acts respectful to me, it's so obvious she's only forcing it since it's a trait she lacks. Just when a little brawl ensues, curses and abusive words are usually not far-fetched from her mouth. She has even insulted my family before during a heated argument. The only thing my girlfriend is yet to do is to beat me up

I believe they say respect is earned but I've done everything a man should do to earn respect from his lady yet this lady talks to me like a kid. No sign of humility at all

My girlfriend is not only dominating but toxic and does not accept correction. She makes it look like giving authority as a man is slavery and she questions my authority every time. The annoying part is that she argues a lot and always wants to be right at all times. Feminism is written all over her to the extent that even in movies, my girlfriend will have the back of a woman who is unsubmissive and disrespectful to an innocent husband.

Although she acts like a respectful girlfriend in the presence of my family but my mom in question is smart enough to know that she's only faking it despite trying all my best to portray my girlfriend as someone that gives me joy in the face of my mom

Before my mom traveled to the UK in September, she sat me down up to three times and advised me to let go of this girl if I really want to spend the rest of life with peace of mind and that if I insist on marrying her, she doesn't have a choice than to respect my decision but she will remind me of her advice which I didn't yield to if I eventually end up as a frustrated man in the future

I've tried to terminate the relationship but she cries and makes the whole thing look like I don't love her and that if I do, I should be able to cope with her flaws. There was even a time she told me she doesn't have a choice than to respect me if I marry her and I was like WTF!

I have decided to call the relationship a quit once and for all since I'm not in for any future drama. I don't want to end up with a woman that will be rude and disrespect me in the face of my own children.

But there's one question I want to ask is that, can a ride girlfriend ever change after marriage? Is it worth taking the risk that she will change with time?

Since the colour of the red flag is not bright enough for you to see and believe that the boat you want to sail is having two captains

That means, it will capsize and guess what, you will get drawn and she will move on to the shore.
Either by swimming or by rescue

She kept lying about this guy who happened to be a medical doctor, I am unemployed but sell phone accessories and do mini importation on the side but doing my Masters.

It happened that one time she told me she was to travel to Asaba to meet her family members, on hearing this I was happy and looked forward to talking to them.

After spending the night at my place I put her in a bus to Asaba, she didn't pick my calls till the next day.

The next day she posted an outing pic of herself in an eatery I didn't see it as anything but it's the next one that broke me.

A guy took a picture of her with her phone while backing a glass door so I could take that he wore a blue shirt I called that day and when I asked playfully to talk to the family members she asked me "what kind of talk is that ?"

Not long from then I got tagged in a picture on her wall on Facebook, low and behold it was a selfie of her and the Medical doctor in blue shirt and the caption "I love you forever, my personal person" someone she said I shouldn't worry about but he is asking her out, that she knew months before meeting me. She was supposed to be away for 2 days and ended up coming back after a week.

On seeing this I called to demand for an explanation if they were related, she sighed cut the phone on me and didn't pick my calls ever again.

She left me for a Medical Doctor!!

One month later now she calls me out of the blue to ask for 2k to buy foodstuffs. Which I gave without saying a word.

Fast forward to today I got a job with the government and relocated to Abuja.

She called me later shedding crocodile tears and begging for me back.

People of Nairaland, what would you have me do? What will you do if you were in my shoes? It's not my fault she didn't see the bigger picture.

She isn't the first woman that has left me for a better person.

Leave her let her go then you try and find out why they do leave you according to your last paragraph

Meanwhile evaluate yourself now that your status has increased and get hooked instead of allowing them playing with your emotions
