Anyone who is caught with a minor as a house help should be given 50years behind bars, if you must need a domestic help employ adults and pay them for the job they render to you. The use of minors as domestic help is bad and we all should kick against it, as for the suspected killer she should be prosecuted for murder ASAP.

I have been taking care of my mother since before I got married, I have other brothers older and younger but they are not financially buoyant. (So they claimed) I did not mind this but kept on caring for her ( house rent, feeding, other bills). Although it's a burden to me, but she is my mother. Now my wife suggest that any money I want to give to her should pass through her (I will send to my wife then she sends to my mother) or she does the sending and I later pay her back. Her claim is my mother is fetish with my money. I'm confused can this be true? Sometimes my mother will make simple money request my wife would say I should ignore her. She says she is taking me for a fool. I am beginning to get tired of this whole thing. Please help with advice or opinions.

That man is strong.

That assertion does not remove the fact that the money belongs to Delta government and the legality of its ownership is not in dispute. That a man uses his own money to lavish on frivolities does not mean the bank will reject his request for withdrawals.
If FG wants to borrow the money they should request same from delta government with required contracts entered into by the two parties, if legal battle breaks out I don't see FG winning, you can't tell the owner of a money what to do with it.
There are two ways to it either FG supervise projects to be done in delta with the money or hand over the money to Delta state government.
