There are many things that God cannot do:
1. He cannot lie
2. He cannot change
3. He cannot sin
4. He cannot break a promise.
5. He cannot mess with man's freewill.
6. He cannot kill himself
7. He cannot kill the devil (at least until the appointed time)
Lol, i'm sure the OP is trying to stir up people's faith that God can solve their problems.

This one don dey blind oh. Offering is not done solely with the aim of trying to get rich. It's a responsibility and duty.

LordReed:
What has happened is that people are still holding on to outdated notions of what marriage is supposed to be when the societal conditions that surround marriage have taken a drastic change. They are putting new wine in old wineskins, both the wineskin and the wine will be lost. We seriously need to reevaluate what marriage is in this modern age. Maybe we should begin to formalise marriage as a strict contract like we do in business, none of this wishy washy till death do us part nonsense or head and neck analogies people hold on to. Marriage must evolve like all things or become extinct.
Actually the reverse is the case. People have lost the first and biblical principles of marriage, that is why it doesn't work for them. It still works for those that make it work.

So you agree the slaughtering of babies in your bible is bad? Good.
So rest abeg. Because I've started replying you, you're now happy, quoting me everywhere.
This is my last message to you anyways.
You can keep quoting.
Read properly hypocrite. You will justify your preferred forms of killings for your limited understanding but scorn any attempted justification for what you feel is wrong. You're simply a powerless intolerant hypocrite. If you are given power, you are no different from your mentors like Mao and Adolf.
Like i have explained several times to your folly filled self, i quote you or anyone because it is a open public forum. You have a right to reply or ignore. It is not a privilege or breakthrough like you feel. Try talking intelligently, productively, directly and physically with real and established people around you. Make an impact in your life and world instead of constantly putting solace in thinking you have an alpha omega reply importance on a faceless forum.

Good move, it is proactive. For those asking if Covid moves only in the night. Curfew or lockdown is a limiting factor. The lesser the movement, the lesser the spread. Roaming up and down and social gatherings in the night will be limited, hence limiting potential spread in the state. In more developed countries, people are limiting going out at all costs. There's a lot of effort to work at home or from home if possible etc.

Lol, Religion really makes one dull and irrational in cases like this.
Imagine trying to justify abortion, or mercy killing, or the massive slaughter of chickens in December. Hypocrite.

Clown. So you'll employ someone based on his religious beliefs and not what he has to offer?
You feel Jesus is white, he feels Jesus is a gay black man. So what's your problem?
You'll do same too if you're to point the gun so stop being an hypocrite. Would you employ that righteousness guy you loathe or some fanatic that would blow up your office to the glory of his god?

Christianity Etc › Re: The Practice Of Prayer. by Image123(op): 11:28am On Jan 10, 2021
A few years ago, I told some Pastors that God answers all prayers. Some of them were shocked and I could see it on their faces. In The Redeemed Christian Church of God, when the Pastor in charge of a Parish cannot solve a problem, he escalates it to the Pastor in charge of the area. If the problem continues to defy all solutions, it will continually be passed up the chain of command until it reaches the General Overseer. Now, who does the General Overseer take the problem to? There is no one I can run to but Jesus Himself. I not only run to Him; I stay with Him in the place of prayer until the problem is solved. If you would pray persistently, soon your testimony would also be “God answers all prayers”. John 16:24 says:

“Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.”

Some people unknowingly stop praying just before their breakthrough. Why do they stop? Perhaps they think they are disturbing God. Is it not God Himself who said we should ask that our joy may be full? ls it not Jesus Himself who told the story of the widow and the wicked judge in today’s Bible reading Why then should you stop praying when your prayer has not yet been answered? In my early years as a Minister, there were prayers I made for many years before I saw answers. I prayed for fifteen years so that I would be able to heal the sick by mere waving of the hand. I did not stop praying after a few years, I persisted and received my answer. What is that long-awaited desire of yours for which you have stopped praying? It is time to start praying again, that your joy may be full.

You may wonder why God can’t just answer you after praying once or twice. Well, He is sovereign. He will choose when to answer you. Also, some requests do not yield result with ‘two-minute’ prayers. You have to press in the spirit to be able to shift such things in the physical. Some other times, God may be using that situation to build your faith (1 Peter 1:7). Whatever the case, don’t get weary when you don’t receive answers immediately; keep praying.

God promised In Matthew 7:7-8 that when you ask you will receive, when you seek you shall find and when you knock, doors will be opened unto you.

Persist in prayer until He answers. He is a prayer answering God.

Actually, the reason why it is impossible for God(s ) to exist is what the writers of religious books documented about God(s)!!!!!!!!!
They stated that God(s) once existed alongside nothing!!!!!!
Since it's impossible for nothing to exist,it is also impossible for God(s) to exist!!!!!!
Ultimately, the religious books are baseless!!!!!!!!!
See yourself again, you did not answer my question or follow up on my answer to yours. You just went off tangent on why it is impossible for God to exist. i asked "Why do you believe in money?" Care to answer? Putting 10 exclamation marks after 1+1=4!!!!!!!!!!!!!! does not make 1+1=4. Discuss intelligently.

Since you have chosen to disregard the other contents of my post,I will also disregard you.
Why should I regard someone that chooses to repeat his or her questions instead of considering the responses to such questionshuhhuhhuhhuh?
i did not disregard the contents of your post, lol. You said i did not answer your question, i said same. So i simply made a reasonable and logical demand. List the questions neatly and clearly and then the answers neatly and clearly. If you have answered, simply copy and paste them in front of the questions or something. You too, number your questions clearly and let's talk. Very simply.

Since we are both demanding for our questions to be answered cheesy, maybe we should do it properly. i will number my questions so that you don't miss them.

1. Can you explain how DNA suddenly appeared?
2. Can you give one example of an intelligent design that just happens by chance?
3. Did the Burj Khalifa just happen by chance or intelligent design?
4. Were lives and properties destroyed during the ENDSARS protest of October 2020 in Nigeria?
5. Since "atoms are not destroyed" can we say nothing was destroyed in Lagos?
6. What do you define as Intelligent?
7. Can you give us three examples of things that are intelligently designed and why?

You see I'm not talking of just Deeper life,as I just use the organization to cite an instance, heard Mountain of fire is doing the same thing at yaba. But look at other organizations like banks, where do they have thier headquarters? that's right at marina on the ISLAND why didn't they build their hq at Gbagada or Yaba or even Bariga but on the Island,or will you say again that their banks was established after there was Victoria island as you said before
and even embassies of countries most of them have their offices at either Garki or Victoria island but what is restricting churches from having their headquarters there now I'm not talking of deeper life alone...
Those are business districts, smh. Most of the businesses and transactions take place there. Those are not in estates or people's houses are they? How many people are in those offices? Does any of them have five thousand people coming in for services with cars? How can you sanely compare that to church headquarters that reported host 30 to 50 thousand people at a go. Someone said talking about the president make him lose sanity, lol. i think further talk about these inanities puts one at similar risk. cheesy cheesy
