Anger control is necessary. You don't just treat people or children anyhow. The mother should report to the school authority.

Won tun de o,,,, even God dey forgive person.
That's not it.

A lot of people commit offences with the mind that they can and will beg their way out of it. And some set of people also believe that once someone begs you, you have to forgive and let them go without taking responsibility for their actions.

They can beg her and she should forgive. But what happens to justice? Another child will still be a victim of the same teacher if proper disciplinary measures are not taken.

There's no need for all these wailing. You agreed to the interest rate. The date of repayment should not be a problem. At least if you on salary, your salary would have been paid long before the date, and you just leave their money in your account for that date..

So what's the issue? When you were desperately in need of the money, you were ok with the terms and conditions. Now that you have spent the money and are faced with the task of repaying, plenty stories have entered.

Please whatever you guys do,don't sweep this under the carpet or listen to begging from the teachers, headmistress or anyone. Let that teacher and the school be punished for such a callous act especially to a defenseless child.

It's good that the boy spoke up. He must get justice.

If they don't like it, it's fine. My kind of person is that, there are people i do call by their names and there are people i do not find it comfortable calling them by their names.
It's just the way we are. For example, I call my brother by name but his wife that is younger than him, I call her aunty. When e reach who to call aunty or brother, we switch.

U suppose to atleast call her sister if not aunty. 8yrs no be 8days na!
Is it your "aunty" or "sista"? cheesy The guy that is older than her that I call ny name nko?

They didn't like it. They preferred to be called by name even though married with kids. But the respect is there. Not all tribes or people do the "mummy", "brother", etc.

That news, ladies don't joke with the title "aunty" esp. around lil gurls, if she is older you must add AUNTY o ! cheesy naa men life simple pass we don't just care.
the expression that follows is what i find amusing, legendary it is
I never liked the aunty thing. In my family we call each other by name. Even my sis that's about 8yrs older than me, na by name.

So to me, it doesn't mean respect. But as you get older, it's inevitable that people will call you aunty.

Nah I'm too unassuming for one small child to try that with me. Besides, I throw their "aunty" back to them and I stay in my lane. But I have seen it happen a lot, and the rudeness is always legendary cheesy

lets just call it a rubber insult, carries no lethal effect, there are times my babe will say brother femi e gbe enu soun, i just smile cos i understand the context
cheesy at the bolded. I gerrit.

Naaah this one is not rubber insult. I'm talking about someone who appears to respect you with all the "brother, aunty" thing but still turns around to insult you even while using the titles. It's very common.

Brother naa respect, besides people usually make that expression in a joking way. make God save nigerians gurls frm those femi

As long as she put respect first, it depict she is not serious about it.
The "brother" she put there is for formality sake. But it doesn't mean they won't insult you with it. You haven't stayed in the west.

Truvelisback:
Good day, Fellas. many naija ladies lack respect for men or should i say home training? That could be the reasons we have so many single ladies without suitors, broken marriages and broken homes. Men Love Respect. If u want a man to show u love and do anything he didn't even intend to do for u, respect him, infact Reverence him. This evening after eating eba, i decided to buy yam and akara outside. So, i met a girl with her mum. The yam was on fire, yet to be done. While standing, she offered me a seat to sit. There was something this girl did that astonished me. Before giving me this yam and Akara, this girl gave me with are knees down while giving me the yam and Akara. How many ladies have and can do this? I was almost tempted to approach her, but i just controlled myself for suspense sake. No1 reason was that, her mum was there. 2. It was my first time buying something there. 3. I don't want to give her mum the impression that my coming there to buy something was because of her daughter. Although, the mum is cool, very friendly and accomodating.
cheesy

Because she bent her knees to greet you, she's respectful lol. Haven't you heard "Brother Femi your head is not correct" cheesy
Family › Re: If It Where You What Will You Do? by ImaIma1(f): 8:26am On Nov 29, 2021
Settle your debts and allow your friend find a way to settle his own. If you keep giving him an easy way out, he won't learn his lesson and will keep going into debt.

Please don't listen to any advice that says you should help him sort out his debt at the expense of yours, especially when you know he is a chronic debtor and won't be able to pay back.

As someone up there said, you cannot love your neighbour more than yourself.
Family › Re: What Can This Family Do? by ImaIma1(f):
She wants to run away. To where? They made their bed, let them lie in it. The people they are going to beg money from most likely have fewer kids.

They should have more children since they are very fertile. What were they thinking they would do with 6 children. Sell them in the market? The "it is God that gives children" gang.

Parents who bring many children to the world to suffer when they know they don't have the means are just wicked.

My brother not experiencing it at all is a bigger problem for some of us, imagine one having to live with parents who are control freaks, then living with roommates in school who don't know what privacy is, then you jump straight into marriage, my brother it means frustration has no break in one's life at all.
In uni, imagine having arguments over if the light should be turned on at night or off, leaving the window open when going out or closing it because one of us will not wash his clothes till all his clothes are dirty and the smell from the heat on his clothes fills the room when everywhere is locked and the moment you open the door the room stinks.
I remember one of my roommates in school used to like to buy meat at night when it was already going bad, because it was cheap. She would come and start cooking it in the room in the night. That shit was annoying. Rotten smelly meat cooking with people trying to sleep.

Sorry if you don't take it serious, but I have experienced it when it happened to my rommie's uncle.

My property > women.
Your roomies uncle is too far. Everyone who I know that lives abroad have their wives with them. In fact most made sure they went together with their wives, family.

The one whose husband left her here, the marriage eventually ended. And bros had a wife over there.

Nairaland always fills the head with cock and bull stories to discredit women, but make their fellow men seem perfect.

Bringing her over so she can ruin his life?

He took the lesser evil here.
Lesser evil indeed. You take all the nonsense you read here on Nairaland too seriously. There are many couples abroad together. They don't have more than one head. The man should have divorced his wife before travelling then.

You sound rather happy about the situation, as if you're fulfilled something like this has happened. It hints that you've not been trying to help; rather, you've been vilifying him before your husband who — correctly — chose to ignore your apparent dislike for the boy.
Nairaland judges. Women are always guilty.

As usual, "blame it on the man."
It should be "as usual, blame it on the woman".

If you don't understand that a married couple should not be apart for that long especially when the man can make her join him, then forget abourrit.

Or are we going to ignore the fact that the brother was most definitely not celibate all those years and also had a side kick? Typical of you men to close your eyes to a man being at fault but to throw the women under the bus.

Both of them are wrong! Guy should have brought his wife over. Or wife should have separated as she couldn't cope.

You guys here don't like the truth if it doesn't match your own narrative or agenda against women.

Lol

If I were a female, I wouldn't marry a first son (with lots of responsibilities).
Well, his father is late, and that leaves him as his mother's husband. So, I share him.

But always gets his younger brothers that are working to send upkeep money to their mum to reduce the burden on him.

I married him because he knows how to strike the balance and know what is more important at a particular time.

If a woman needs the above listed, let that woman mould a man of her choice and engage the man, then pay for grooms price
So bride price pays for infidelity. How come the families didn't inform us of this? So when next a husband cheats, it means he is well within his rights since he paid bride price. See logic cheesy
