salford1:/ I am glad that you acknowledged that he "applied" and was never conscripted. It is known as occupational hazard. Even in countries where they are paid well, police officers get killed by criminals too. / |
/ Where is that guy that hired Rikov Photography for breakfast love shoot? Come and read some stories. / |
/ How someone who lives and drives around in Owerri will support anything Rochas surprises me. When this people cry, I just ignore them because they are the architects of their misfortune. Owerri is a shithole. I went and saw nothing. Poor Imolites. */ |
When they are more interested in N100 than security, caution is thrown to the wind. Our security personnel are not security conscious at all. Just watch them. // |
princeSammyz:/ Blame the idiotzs that stay home and be slaughtered. They have read and heard Miyetti Allah's position. Yet they see Fulsni folks patrolling their cities and keep calm. Then the inevitable happens. Miyetti Allah have by their utterances declared war on the Middle belt but people of that region chose to play the ostrich. Oh well... / |
/ Mad and dangerous drivers who have no business behind the wheel....mad rush to nowhere. They think giving right of way is a sign of weakness. Keep corruption aside, go and observe drivers on Nigerian roads and try convincing yourself that we are not animals. / |
/* Even the ones who later killed their spouses went through this phase. ![]() And Rikoy Photography happened to be present. Ok. // |
/ Middle belt aways sitting on the fence...Kanu goaded them into taking a position by aligning them with Biafra. They shouted "one Nigeria" and even bragged about supporting the Nigerian troops during the war. The question is: Gowon and co....how market? Your masters are orchestrating and supervising the ethnic cleansing going on in your zones. I wish you all the luck. */ |
sarrki:/* You must have not been to Owerri recently. It will take a miracle to put Owerri back in shape even in the next 20 years. */ |
/* Shouldn't Nigerians be praying for interruption of Nigeria version of democracy? Massacres, looting, rigging and lawlessness are not attributes of democracy. Nigerians should stop deceiving themselves because what they have is not democracy. / |
BabaRamota1980:/ Noise may be bad but silence is worse. Define cowardice. / |
/ He should have used the money to move her to a better apartment. / |
BabaRamota1980:/ Silence while under oppression is the hallmark of civilization? Now I understand why Soyinka regrets sharing this universe with some folks. */ |
ChiefAzubuike:/ I support you sir. Fuel attendants have every right not to sell in kegs if customers don't give them N50 just as policemen have right to shoot any driver that refuses to part with N50. SARS? They should walk around with POS for easy transfer. They must all make up for their paltry salaries. / |
/* Shouldn't they be talking to ophthalmologists instead? */ |
dainformant:/ His badge shows that he is a nurse and not a doctor. Just saying... */ |
Mr2wealth:/ No need calling God. God left Nigeria a long time ago. Not even mini-gods can tolerate the high level of deception and hypocrisy among Nigerians. Almighty God cannot be mocked. I dare say that no Nigerian will make heaven. They are not interested in heaven anyway. Their interests are only in financial breakthrough. */ |
/* I thought SARS was created to tackle armed robbery while EFCC handles financial crimes. It seems SARS is usurping the functions of other LEAs. */ |
rotecch77:/* That's why there is good, better, best. But good is still acceptable. We worry when it is bad. */ |
/* I must admit... Nigerian builders are magicians. From wood that are rarely straight to blocks that are not proportional, it takes a magician to build a house that is straight. I went into the gutter and what I found was quiet challenging. A job that should take less than two week to complete ended up running for three weeks because of the "cut and join" needed to get things somewhat right. I will post pictures soon. */ |
BeijinDossier:Owerri looks like someone dropped some bombs on that city. Rochas took the city back to 17th Century. Shoddy construction works. From Orji to Wethedral road to Ama Hausa area to new Owerri, the city is the real definition of shithole. It is very disgusting indeed. It will take at least 20 years to rebuild Owerri from the shambles that Rochas reduced it to. / |
Owerri is a shithole. Orji to Wethedral rd to the new Owerri...it is a demolition derby. One would think a couple of B2 bombers manned by inebriated pilots went crazy over there. / |
// Sharing formula gone wrong? Occupational hazard. |
/ Rule 1: Don't marry someone you slept with on the first date. The problem is that the "professionals" know this rule and apply it well. The innocent ones may follow their heart and let their feelings get better part of them. Then as a young lad, you are using sex as a primary factor in marriage...oh well. Unless you want to marry a virgin, you will not be sure of what you are getting into until after the marriage ceremony. You must have made some emotional connection with someone you'd been chatting with for over six months. It is different from meeting someone down the street and taking her to bed. The question is: Should she marry a man who sleeps around with ladies he meet online? Both of you are equally risky to each other if you really want to be meticulous in your assessment. The saddest part is that you are not man enough to be getting married if you are relying on your friends to pick a wife for you. Friends come and go. Your wife is 1+1= 1. Odd calculation? You will find out later in life. */ |
I am from that part of Anambra where gravel (brownish stones) are in abundance. Rarely do you see houses built with granite. I am yet to hear of buildings collapsing around my area. Granite is better but gravel gets the job done as well. It is a matter of choice and how much one can get sucked in by granite suppliers. I did all my works in the village with gravel and have never had any issues. Order washed gravel that comes with limited sand and your work will stand the test of time. */ |
DIYhackers:I was at a car wash when a black RX350 and a silver Toyota Camry 2012 body style pulled in to wash their cars. Both had Abuja license plates. I counted a total of 9 guys dressed in black T-shirts and blue jeans that came out from both cars wearing fake/faded gold chains, watches, ear-rings while some had braids. They were muttering something about #fvck SARS otherwise very boisterous. By mere looking at them, they fit the profile of "food is ready" for SARS. Appearance matters a lot and Law enforcement officers all over the world rely on appearance for profiling. Come to think of it, there are reasons why people dress in a certain way. Some fellas like to talk about human rights, USA, and all that forgetting that it is the same USA where the cops are using blacks for target practice. There is a very wide margin between other criminals and intelligent criminals. Wannabe criminals are the worst. / |
/* This is the biggest insult to Yoruba people. Joe has succinctly preempted their response to insolence, hate, injustice. What manner of people stay down in the face of oppression? */ |
Necessity will be created to make search necessary. Back to square one. */ |
EzendiEgo1:/* You do understand that this is a meeting between US and North Korea and not an age contest. Pride goes before failure. */ |
