There are Mansions for the People of God in Heaven. No Hunger! No Sorrow! No death! No pain in Heaven.

THE TRUTH ABOUT HELL FIRE
Hell was not Created for Human. Hell was Created for the devil, His agents and demons but Humans who Chose to Reject God and the Free Gift of Salvation from Jesus Christ will all be in Hell Fire.

Who are the spirits in Prison?

Some scholars put up a theory that they are the souls of old testament saints in hades . The point is that Jesus went down below to proclaim His death and resurrection to these souls.

But the question is why would Jesus preach to only the old testament saints?

Some also theorized that Jesus went to hades to goad or further condemn His enemies.

This doesn't make any sense at all. What would the Lord gain from preaching to condemned souls? Would that make them repent?

Looking at these three verses above, it seems there's a syntax issue during translation.

In v18, Peter writes about the resurrection of Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit. This is clear.

But v19 is tricky. It seems the "he" refers to Jesus. It appears Jesus went to preach to the spirits in prison, especially when you read from the previous verse. This has already been disproved, however.

The risen Jesus didn't have to preach to the spirits in prison. But somebody did.

So who could this be.

Well, looking at the three verses in context, the only person who could have done it would be Noah.

Noah is called the preacher of righteousness (2 Peter 2:5)

By that same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead, Noah went to preach during the time of the flood, when the ark was being prepared, in Genesis 6. Only eight souls were saved while the the disobedient perished.

In other words, Noah went to preach when the ark was being prepared to those whose spirits are now in prison.

If after reading this passage, you still don't believe that there is a place of torment where the wicked go to according to the very words of our Lord Jesus, then you are a child of the devil and you will not escape the damnation of Hell.

Do you know it is wickedness to see the truth of God's word and deny it. God is warning people of the danger of Hell so they can correct their ways but you are telling people otherwise. Answers to these questions won't change your unbelief. The Scripture has overwhelming evidences to prove that hell fire exist. You claim Hell is the physical grave. Hell is not the physical grave. Let's look at a few Scripture and see how it will sound like replacing the word hell with grave.

If Hell is the physical grave, both the righteous and wicked people are buried there. But the Scripture says it's the wicked that goes there. Hell can therefore not be grave. How does it sound to say that the wicked shall be turned into grave? It sure doesn't make sense.

2.Withhold not correction from the child: for if thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die.
Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell.(Proverbs 23:13-14).

Hear, the Bible says we should discipline our children so as to deliver their souls from hell. If hell is grave, the child will be buried in it whether you discipline him or not.

In addition it says that the soul may depart from it. Souls are not buried in the grave. Only lifeless bodies are buried in the grave.

3And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: (Mark 9:45).

Here the Bible says that the fire in hell is never quenched. Is there fire in the grave?
