There are many "special circumstances" that might even be deemed as valid grounds for abortion.

Rape is terrible whether it leads to conception or not.

However, that being said, I am not sure if killing the baby thus conceived will make things totally better for the rape victim, but then, anyone can argue about it.

The rapist is the bad person, he should be dealt with. What did the baby do to deserve to be killed? The worst such a girl can do is to give out the child for adoption. That child can even become a source of joy to a childless couple somewhere.
