Politics / Re: Labour Declares Nationwide Protest Over Hardship by jimcaddy(m): 1:09am On Feb 17
Honestly it's like strike and protest is wat this Nigerian government understands. We need to come out en masse because this hardship is too much. It was funny before, now it's no longer funny. I'm so pissed off. One pack of small indomie is 250. You never add egg oh. Like do they want to kill us? Why is the government so Insensitive to the plight of its citizens? This selfish mentality by Nigerians is what is digging out graves deeper and deeper. Everyone is so selfish and self centred.

Crime / Re: Senator Patrick Ndubueze Attacked By Gunmen In Imo, Police Officer Killed by jimcaddy(m): 9:46am On Feb 14
Our policemen are always "on top of the situation" despite them wasting an officer due to inferior fire power. This country ehn. How can armed robbers be more equipped than our security agencies. Something that can never happen in America.

Helicopters are the most difficult aircrafts to fly and the most dangerous.

Unlike planes that want to stay on the air, helicopters are constantly looking for a way to kill you.
I swear, I hate helicopters. I think a ban should be put on them. Firstly it's never balanced in the air because of the way it's designed. Any little wind or if the back engine propella should develop the slightest jam or fault, that's the end, it will come crashing down. No be wetin kill that Leicester City chairman too? And hardly do people survive helicopter crashes.
Business / Re: Herbert Wigwe Opened His Mansion In Lagos Weeks Before Crash by jimcaddy(m): 11:31am On Feb 12
Chai. You see life, no one knows tomorrow. If they had said he would die as at two weeks ago, he would have argued it. This life is so fickle. Nothing dey inside. Just be good. Now all the house and cars and everything now. What happens to them? But good thing is that in his stay ok earth, he was able to touch lives. The University which was to kick off later this year, he won't live to see that too. Chai na so person life dey end?

Abeg carrying of gun will not stop kidnapping. The kidnappers have guns of superior quality than yours. So even if you have guns, chances are that you'll even be killed first are high.

Business / Re: Can't Send Dollars To Nigeria Any More by jimcaddy(m): 1:04am On Feb 10
It's good because the policy was daft in the first instance. World remit used to permit just the naira equivalent. It was this same CBN under Emefiele that's changed the policy to receiving in USD. If someone sends me USD, and I cannot exchange it in the bank, it means that I'll be forced to change it at Bureau de Change for a high sum. We are just running around in circles in Nigeria.

I honestly didn't know Nigeria has food reserves.

Abi na audio food reserves?

Who will share the food? On what criteria will the food be shared? How can you ensure the poor gets the food? Will it be sold to vendors who will conceal the source and mercilessly hike the price?

Will it be like the audio free transportation you gave Nigerians during Christmas? Who under this thread benefited from the Christmas free transportation scheme?
walahi me sef I didn't know. My own is, how are they able to preserve those grains over a long time.

Romance / Re: Finding A Wife Is Really Not Easy O by jimcaddy(m): 10:17pm On Feb 06
It's only in Nigeria and amongst Nigerian women that finding a wife becomes difficult. In saner climes, it's different. Women have the capacity and capability to love and to be committed. But not Nigerian women. Many Naija babes are broken mentally, emotionally and psychologically, so they don't have that capability to love a man. They see dating or relationship as a game and an avenue to get financial gains from it. Almost all Nigerian women think alike, social media too isn't helping. So it's really hard to find a wife amongst them. Unless one who is well brought up and less exposed.

Politics / Re: FG Laments High Cost Of Food by jimcaddy(m): 8:48pm On Feb 06
This is not what the masses want to hear. Why aren't you talking about how to reduce the factors of local production such as rising costs of fuel, which leads to rising cost of transportation. Why are you not talking about reducing the multiple taxes imposed on business organisations? Honestly the government seems clueless in my opinion. If everything is even pricey, not food. It's getting worse in Nigeria. The subsidy removal and the high costs of production is what is making price to increase. These companies also would need to break even too. They can't be operating at a loss. The business environment is not friendly at all. If I take 1k to the canteen, I cannot buy food and be satisfied, it's that bad. The rich will only pretend to complain, but they have this money. It's salary earners and business men that are feeling this heat. Now even those who usually would keep quiet and not talk despite the government disappointing, now the thing is biting them hard too, and they are forced to speak up. When we said we wanted a change, people put tribal and religious sentiment inside, forgetting that what is good for the goose is also good for the gander. If the heavens fall down now, they think it's only on the heads of those who didn't support the government that the heaven will fall down on, forgetting that it's on all of us. I am happy that everyone is feeling the bite. I think Nigerians like to learn things the hard way, and we shall learn the hard way.

Politics / Re: OPC Says Killing Of 3 Obas Is Highest Insult To Yoruba Race by jimcaddy(m): 7:51pm On Feb 06
Exactly. The creation of state police is so necessary as these kidnappers or criminals are armed with sophisticated weaponry. I don't know how they are able to afford such weapons and how those weapons get into their hands. Honestly the heat must be brought down to the door step of these criminals who think that they are above the law.

Now this kidnapping is getting scarier as our security agencies are just so clueless as to how to nip this issue in the bud. Everyday they keep holding meetings with service chiefs, only God knows what they discuss about in these meetings. Yet the situation still persists, or let me say, has gotten worse. We are in serious trouble in this country as kidnapping has now become a very lucrative business that every one is going into nowadays. Now we are doing competition with Columbia and Mexican cartels. I wish God can wipe out Nigeria for good. It's better we don't exist anymore.

See I'm loving all these sufferings that we are suffering because Nigerians don't ever learn. The government is a reflection of the people. Serves us right. Shebi the next thing is to run away. Keep running away. Shey if the citizens of other countries too decided to run away from their country, would we see where to run to?
Business / Re: 1978 Naira Exchange Rate With Dollar by jimcaddy(m): 3:11am On Feb 02
Abegi aren't we Nigerians also part of the problem? Shebi it's robot that is in government na. Why do Nigerians hoard dollar inside their houses? Do you think that it is only because of one reason that our Naira is depreciating? So many factors contribute to it. We are the problem of ourselves and until we change our mentality, we will continue to blame government till thy kingdom come.

Na rent money those shops in Lekki dey sell to their customers. So that is why it's only those with armed robber money are the ones residing there. But then again, everyone wants to live fake lives, they know that their finances cannot carry the Lekki lifestyle, but some people will still chuk head.

Do Nigerians think that once you are abroad, then your sorrows are over, and that you become so rich overnight? Do you know the hardship those abroad face? They work their arseeees off daily. No one will dash you free money. Bills, rent, transport will take everything away. It's not easy oh. Yes Nigeria is hard at the moment, but if we can all become United and speak with one voice, then Nigeria will be great again. But as long as everyone remains selfish, self centred, greedy, nothing will change.
