Trust Muslims, we pay good for good and bad for bad just as Moses commanded in the Bible. You cannot be doing evil to me and expect me yo repay you with good, I am not Jesus and I am too small to compare myself to Him(Jesus). Most of those positions are just to fill up numbers. Imagine a position like Minister of State for Niger Delta. That's an extremely useless portfolio especially considering that there is already NDDC (and it's chairman), Minister of Niger Delta and Special Assistant to the President on Niger Delta Affairs . |

Make this ones leaders tomorrow, nothing they will do... Just talk and talk
Is not my job, is not my Job, is the reason we are in this mess called Nigeria, the power they are using for protest is enough to cut those grass down... Oga, it's not the fault of the students but that of the present university management. In the past, all the fields in the university used to be maintained. The present management however doesn't seem to care. Why should medical students who ideally should be facing their clinical postings and studies be cutting grasses in their hostels, when there are people who should be paid to do it? Are they secondary school students? |

So everybody that bears the name Chukwuka or Ngozi or Ifeanyi is Igbo? Have you heard of Ika tribe in Delta state? How many of them identify as Igbos despite answering Igbo names? I repeat your father lacks sense. "...who born you..."? Vatue indeed. 5% of Nigerian population? Ignorant mofo! I said it that you have no sense, and you're proving it further. When it's convenient for you, you count Delta as part of the East. Has Delta even been in the same region with the South East? She said she want the whole world to help him beg the Governor to reinstate her and then pay her, that she still have 13 years of service left before thinking of retirement.
Kogi state government is owing her over two years of salaries.
The woman went on to exposed the Governor, she said Yaya Bello is owing 2 years and when he manage to pay 2 months he will say that he had pay all the whole money, this causes the journalist to burst into laughter.
She said the Governor should pay her because she is hungry and he should not remove any kobo from it, The journalist burst into laughter again.
The woman said she didnt just go to school, that she have her pedigree and other certificate before the Governor came into power in 2015.
She demand the Governor to pay her...

Did you notice this part of the post Lawwali said that the closest school to their home was practically in a shambles, explaining that his daughter might not be able to cope academically in such environment which makes him feel it is necessary to choose an enabling enrolment for her to study. The appropriate assistance would have been to fix that school in their immediate environ, so that other children like her would stop trekking 2km to school everyday, and those who are presenting attending the dilapidated school would have a better quality of education. |

Officialgarri: Okorocha was excess in this case. However, if the bureau of public procurement certifies that the company qualifies to undertake multiple jobs, then it is no problem.
Many governors do this but under the guise of different names for same company. Many politicians I know have multiple companies, either solely owned under different names, or they are in partnership.
In any case, they collect kickbacks.
I know of a governor who awards contract to a company but will force you to allow his own company undertake about 30% of the job Bros, we're talking about a company that was registered 3 months before their first contract of over half a billion Naira. The company doesn't even have a website. Did they have a track record of success in execution of contracts being being awarded such huge contracts? What about the breach of the procurement act? Any justification for it? Don't even try to sound remotely defensive of Rochas, cos it won't work. |

Politics › Re: 'Atiku Is Not Coming Anywhere' - Deji Adeyanju by Kennydoc(m): 9:05am On Aug 01, 2019 |
QuotaSystem: 1. If a candidate loses HIS OWN polling unit, it's a bold indicator that the person has been rejected from the grassroot in his own backyard, which makes that candidate's claim of winning the election in other places against available evidence rather ridiculous. All politics is local.
This is especially so when the candidates party goes on to win other elections in that same PU, underlining the complete rejection of the candidate i.e Atiku.
2. PMB's polling unit which he won by a landslide, is at Daura not Aso Rock. You can't be too shocked by Atiku's disgraceful court outing to realize that .
Atiku cannot win even Ali Nuhu in any election in the North. You were warned but like the proverbial stubborn fly....
BAT for 2023 Buhari's PU is in Daura, his hometown. Atiku's PU is in Yola, but that is not his home town. It's the same way Osinbajo's PU is in VGC. Atiku lost in his PU in Yola just like Osinbajo lost in VGC. I'm sure both of them would have won with a landslide in their own home towns if they voted there. |

Simplyleo: To me, this is a classical case of cure worse than the ailment. The little girl being a child may be thrilled by this "palliative", but in actual sense, it is no where close to the solution of her daily energy-sapping distant trekking.
The energy expended in riding that bicycle is almost double the energy required to trek.
However, may God reward her benefactor for making such attempt, and thanks to social media for bringing up her plight to the public. We pray she eventually get the appropriate assistance.
Also, such a long walk on the lonely path is not safe for a girl of her age, human ritualists are on the lookout. The point in bold is not true. The only time you expend a significant amount of energy riding bicycles is when going uphill or up a slope. Downhill, you're basically coasting. It's only in Africa that bicycles are seen as a sign of poverty. In the largest cities in the Western World, you see people riding bicycle to work. There are doctors that ride bicycle to work even in Europe. |
