Uber abi taxify mouthpiece, easy.

I've requested Uber in Lagos, few weeks ago, only for a Toyota Camry 'Tiny Light' to show up feeling cool. And I thought their benchmark was 2006 model cars upwards. Didn't have any problem with that because I only needed transportation at the time, but it was a let down, standards wise.

You can check the car/driver that arrived to pick you up against the car/driver the app told you will arrive.

Uber are very strict about the car/driver and do a regular digital checkup like forcing drivers to upload valid documents and taking their pictures, but since this is not done on a daily basis...a driver who had registered with Ubar with car A, can hop on car B and use it for work the next day..maybe because car A is no longer available or car A was actually temporary borrowed to pass the registration stuff.

The Uber App have many options for you to flag these types of things and that driver will be send packing.

2. After the surgery and removal of her womb, the lady was not informed, even after recovery, going home, became healthy, she was still not told her womb is gone?

3. Sometimes after after the surgery, likely after many months or years, a scan was done by a different Doctor, who now said, she has grown a new womb in place of the old one, but it is very small...and still the woman was not told that...her old womb was removed during her fibrosis surgery and she just grew a new miraculous womb?

4. The wife became pregnant, carried the pregnancy for 9 months and gave birth to a heathy baby and still this miracle was not disclosed to her...that 'honey, so you know, I single handle took the decision to remove your your womb few months (or years) ago during the fibro surgery in order to save your life based on the Doctor's advice and you miraculously grew a replacement small womb that miraculously grew big enough for you to take in and that, this baby is a miracle.

5. And she was only told these 'yesterday' during the baby naming ceremony?

If only the police can say the truth, the guy win the case both in police or in court. Reason because the girl didn't bargain any price with the guy, and again you don't know if is day break or shot time.
For me the guy have try his better to give her what he have so the best thing for the girl to do is to collect it like that and learn her lessons in case of next time.

Sex for money is illegal in Nigeria and as such, one cannot litigate it in any court of law in Nigeria, should they be cheated or short-changed during the processing regarding the money or the act.

The lady is in more problem by her agreeing to having sex for fees. I think points 1&2 isn't true.

1. The card is supposed to be inserted from the side that has the black arrow but when one mistakenly try the other side the machine rejects the card instantly.

2. I've used machines where I had insufficient balance but rather I was notified I couldn't carry on the transaction, and my card was rejected. The only reason I know the ATM holds back the card is when the password is entered wrongly more than once.

ATM machines are programmable and can be programmed to either hold or reject cards should certain conditions be met.

The fact that, the General behave is to reject the card if inserted wrongly, does not make the OP's statement wrong as ATMs can also exhibit those characteristics.

Firstly, US naturalized citizens are not immigrants within US law enforcement mechanisms and congress cannot make any laws that can affect them and the Executive cannot make any EO that can affect them. So any congressman bill, law or executive order that uses the word 'immigrant' is not referencing US naturalized citizens, despite their country of origin.

This is not the same as Green Card aka Permanent Residents, who can be affected by new congressional bills, laws and even executive order, but because of the doctrine of estoppel are optionally excluded from new laws/EO, but that exclusion is not iron-clad as technically they are still under congressional oversight unlike naturalized citizens.

Naturalized Citizens can only loose their citizens via:

1. They reliquencing it voluntary, which is the easiest method.
2. Lied on their application and was caught later.
3. Joined a militant group within 10 years of their citizenship, if the administration chooses they can present their case before a federal judge and it is only the judge that can decide.
3. Refuse to testify in front of congress within 5 years of citizenship, process is same as above.
4. Join foreign military, political government, etc...process is same as above; but this is murky and difficult case for the government if the foreign country is not at conflict with the US and the individual involved declares that, despite his/her ac, their intentions was not to renounce their US citizenship.

And it is a very difficult proposition, it is far easier for a US citizen to renounce their citizenship compare to the Executive branch winning a case of de-citizenship.

Even in cases where the Executive can file the case against you, they have a higher burden of proof and in most cases the status of limitation is 10 years i.e. If you commit the act after you have been a citizen for more than 10 years, the Executive is out of luck, the only way you can then loose your citizen at that point is, if it is discovered that you lied during the process of obtaining your citizenship.

Since 1979 only about 200-300 people have been successfully striped of their US citizens and they are mainly due to war crimes and many of here people voluntarily gave it up in exchange to avoid trial.

I am a Christian and a scientist. I believed that God's creature were perfect and also believed that that after God created the universe, things were not static.

Many things happened in human race down the road that affected our genetics, DNA, environment and universe giving rise to subsequent species, humans and environmental changes.

I also believed that the account of creation given in Genesis was a small spec, so we can understand that God is the originator of everything and not a comprehensive list of every single thing that God created.

e.g. Rain, Equarquake, etc though not directly created by God, but are resultant from natural interactions between things created by God and we have come to accept them as the norm.

I truly believe that, there are interactions like these within human genetics, giving rise to somethings that do not conform to what we will generally look at as been norm. But it is very wrong to pass a judgement that, since they do not conform, then they must be wrong.

Science is trying to understand these things and the Bible say, in the last days, knowledge shall increase and the truth is, there are many things we do not know. I am a XY male, science have told me now that, there are XX males, it will be foolish of me to use my experiences regarding my gender as an XY male to judge how an XX male should judge his...common sense teaches us that; if one person injects Aspirin, that chemical intake will make him or behave differently compare to someone who did not take Aspirin, talkless of someone that has an extra X chromosome than myself.

Now, am not postulating that, this phenomenal is causing the gender identity issue with non cisgender individuals. All am saying is that, there are things we don't know and we should be able to give each other the benefits of a doubt, when someone say they feel certain way internally. Are there liars? Off course yes, there are people who fake it, just to seek certain ends, but this does not diminish from the fact that, there are people, who this is a fact of life to and they never choose to be like this and we should not disbelieve their experiences just like we wouldn't disbelieve every Pastor out there, because there fake Pastors.

Christians should be especially careful here, the Bible never told us to judge sinners in the world, but to Judge believers. Only God judges sinners and draws conclusions on them and the saints according to the Bible will also judge sinners along with God, not now but after the resurrection, when our mortal personalities must haven taken on immortality and our myopic mind taken on all knowing knowledge.

The Bible even said, sinners will do the Will of their father, the devil which is to commit sin. It is unchristianly to be surprise that sinners commit sins and not biblical to expect them to follow the scriptures.

This world is not of God and it is not our own, preach the gospel as Jesus instructed his disciples to do and leave the Holy Spirit to convict sinners of sin.

All these aside, I am truly waiting for a biblical reference that contradicts anything I have stated and I will be happy to recant and thank you for bringing enlightenment.

I truly will take it that, you have not met a transgender individual before.

The truth is, if you have met a transgender male; you will physically prevent him from sharing the same bathroom with your daughter....the same goes for a transgender female, eyes will be rolling in the male bathroom.

There are lots of ignorance around these issues because, they are so distant from us and we cannot relate to these issues.

My position is, looking at the human race in general; if we can have physical birth defects on any part of our body and can even have behavioral defects like madness, but we still believe that God created all these and accommodate and empathize with these people;

Why is it so hard to believe that someone can be created with sexual birth defect i.e. Someone having a sexual outcome that is not among the General norm? And why not accommodate and empathize with these sets as the previous while you keep praying and hoping that God correct their defects miraculously like you do for the previous set?

'Transgenderism' isn't a clear cut mental disease, and as long as the transgendered military personnel are fit to serve physically and mentally, then I see no reason why they should be barred from serving in the military.
