I think what you intended on saying is that Russia has more Nuclear warheads than the US....having more Nuclear heads is different from having more Nuclear Capability. Also, you forgot to mention that, the continual decrease in USA Nuclear warheads are intentional and they are in a part with Russia to continue to decrease the numbers....when it comes to Nuclear weapons, more is not better or superior, capabilities matters.

The bulk of Russian Nuclear warheads includes active and inactive warheads assigned to military delivery vehicles, plus warheads waiting to be disabled.

The US have more strategically deployed Nuclear Warheads compare to Russia, these includes warheads already mounted on ballistic missiles ready to go; warheads already stationed on different US bombers, US Navy ships, etc....many of these right at Russia's backyard in Europe.

Gun violence in the USA tends to follow the population density of the city and has no direct colleration with the party in city, state of the federal government.

Also note that Republicans are more liberal when it comes to gun policies, whereas Democrats are more conservative, therefore if Republicans are at the head of government at these US population centers, there will be more guns on the street, translating to more gun violence.
