Many years ago, Wande Coal, 9ice, Yemi Sax and AY entertained us in a private and VIP setting in Abuja (Uptown lounge). They were all not as big back then, 9ice was bigger artist then. If whenever you see two people quarrelling, you begin to say things that would fuel the anger of one or the other and cause the quarrel to become more heated, you are a troublemaker. If you have a reputation of always retaliating against anyone who offends you, you are a troublemaker. If you are one who likes to cause quarrels amongst your colleagues, friends or family members, then you are a troublemaker; you need to repent and change your ways.

Many times, we want to make peace, but we don’t want to be seen as a weakling. The reverse is however the truth. It takes strength to control one’s ego, anger and work towards peace. Hence, it is a strong but wise person that will seek peace.

Whenever you’re tempted to fight, remember that unbelievers don’t read the Bible, hence it is we the Christians that model Christ to them. If you claim that the Prince of Peace lives in you and you are the quarrelsome type, many unbelievers will not want that your ‘Prince of Peace’ to live in them. Secondly, making peace with others is one of the prerequisites to making it to heaven on the last day. Hebrews 12:14 says:

A lot of people out there are under the shackles of lust, and it has vehemently corrupted their heart and mind and thoughts. Lust will always dip people into trouble. Jesus Christ said: "Whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart." (Matthew 5:28). Imagine that. It means the curses attached to the person that indulged in the real act of sexual immorality can also follow the one who only lustfully imagined the pleasures in the heart.

I know a lot of people out there are still battling with lust You reading this right now might be one of them. The good news is that, you can be delivered from the demonic stronghold called lust today.

What should you do? Simply follow these steps:

1. Depend On The Finished Works Of Christ

The Bible revealed that the spirit is willing (to yield to the will of God), but the flesh is weak. Immediately after the fall of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, the human nature became brutally perverted, and it was corrupted into becoming an entity that enjoys sin.

Therefore, you must realise that you can't conquer lust with your own futile attempts and strength. What should you do then? Depend wholly on what Christ has done for you. You must first accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. If you haven't do that, say this prayer with sincerity:

"LORD Jesus, I accept You as Lord and Savior. I acknowledged that I'm a sinner. Please, Forgive me all my sins and wash me clean with Your precious Blood. Henceforth, I'm Yours alone. Amen".

When you dedicate (or rededicate) your life to Christ, you will have to die to self, and He will resurrect you. He will give you His Holy Spirit to help you live a life devoid of lust. Please, ask the Holy Spirit for help.

2. Empower Your Mind, Heart And Thoughts With The Word Of God

Your heart and mind can't be empty - it must be occupied and filled with something. To prevent lust from dominating your life, fill it then with the Word of God. Equip yourself with the Word of God, and you will be empowered not to sin. The Bible says: "Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee" (Psalm 119:11).

The Word of God is power, and it will strengthen you to resist sin of all types. Don't forget, you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free (John 8:32).

3. Avoid All Lustful Entities And Appearances

While the Holy Spirit is always available and eager to help, you must also realize that you have your role to play.

You should avoid persons whose lifestyle (dressing, conversations, etc) brings about lust. You should ensure you don't give room for the flesh, and should avoid dirty things that erupts lustful desires and thoughts (dirty magazines, books, movies, music, etc). Don't be in places with an immoral atmosphere (clubs, wild parties, and so on) too. Avoid situations that brings breeds lust (intimate contact with sensitive parts of members of the opposite gender, and so on).

In conclusion, you are destined to live a life of purity and holiness, maintaining an eternal intimate relationship with God through Jesus Christ the Lord. This will empower you to adequately fulfill your destiny and have complete dominion over creation.

I will show you things that you mustn't skip before you marry your fiance or fiancee.

(1) Test of Love: Until you love and get loved, and until the love begins to flow without energy, before you can say you are good to go. If you still put pressure trying to impress your partner to love you, please pause first. Something is wrong somewhere. But when the love flows sweatlessly and selflessly, then you may proceed to marry.

(2) Test of Fidelity: Some people love, but they are promiscuous. But promiscuity is not a characteristics of true love. So if your partner is a promiscuous cheat, pause the wedding. You can take the person for spiritual rehabilitation or deliverance before you proceed with wedding.

(3) Test of Time: Everything, no matter how sweet, palatable and enticing it may look like, can only be validated with time. So no matter how you love your partner or how your partner wishes to marry you, give it the test of time. Give it time to see if whatever you feel or whatever is shown is real. As they normally say "time will tell".

(4) Test of Peace: No matter the sweetness of any relationship, if there is an internal tension of the mind, please go back to God to ask questions. Until you have true and persistent peace, don't marry that person. When the peace is sure, go and marry.

(5) Test of Availability: Whoever tells you there is time for love and time for serious business is not a good partner for you. Love has no schedule! Until you have much access to enjoying your partners availability, don't marry. When I talk about availability here, I don't mean that your partner may not be in situations were you cannot access each other, but even when such situations come, you will still see the urge to be together; not that he or she will be operating an intentional love on schedule.

(6) Test of Tolerance: Until your imperfections are swallowed and until you are able to swallow the imperfections of your partner, don't marry yet.. It is good to have a large heart, but if you find it so difficult to take some things from your partner, do not marry yet until you are able to take it. Marriage is a very long journey.

(7) Medical Test: Don't assume your partner is good and you trust yourselves. Seek necessary medical tests before marriage.

Marriage is not worth it for both side. It always favour oneside than another no matter how most people present it to you.

Things mostly fall apart except if the foundation is strong which in most case it is never. Ladies love conditionally and men too the same. Once both ends can't keep up with their conditions, it will scatter.

Conditions like she got fat, stretch mark, her body, she keeps slutty single friends. For men he got broke, he doesn't care for me, he is never at home etc.

People expect both side will remain the same in everything after marriage which is not possible. After childbirth women will always change mentally and physically. After so much responsibilities men too will always change both financially and mentally.

And if one side manage to remain the same and the other changes, abusive, disrespect, shaming, insult etc will come in, no matter what. It is just standard reaction.

That is why no one or person both in my family,on TV, friends can sell marriage to me. I see it as a sign of weakness from both parties either Lady getting old quickly wants to retire, man getting old looking for legacy (children) etc

Study most married people at events or outing, they look sad and depressed most time but cover it all up with a fake smile. Pssh
