A man who claimed his wife died a couple of years ago, got the shocker of his life when he spotted his ‘wife’ in Lagos with another man who was taking her somewhere on a bike.

The man identified as Okechukwu James Uwa from Ezzagbo in Ebonyi state said he was travelling to Aba when he made a quick stop in Lagos to see an old colleague and while moving through Oshodi saw his ‘dead’ wife.

The shocked man said of the incident: my wife died of motor accident two years ago which I have finished her burial but am shocked to see her with a man who was conveying her in his motorcycle. At first, I hesitated until I summoned courage and when I called her by her name, on turning to see me she disappeared.

According to online sources, the man she was with on the bike fainted and had to be resuscitated and when questioned about the woman said he had been with her for a period of 8 months.

He also said that she moved in with him after they met in a church

According to the man: ‘She told me she was all alone in Lagos working but told me she was from Ebonyi state. I have many times requested that I meet her people but she would decline saying that her people are evil’.

Have you ever find yourself in a situation where nothing else matters but the church you attend?

We were ready to give up anything in the course of promoting our denomination over others.
The moment anyone identity him or herself as member of our church we shout, oh! Glory.

There was so much love, we do almost everything together, sharing with one another, not letting the poor among us feel the impact of their situation. And we did so many great things on stage ranging from classical choreography, drama, beautiful songs. And most importantly we went for evangelism together everyone participating ernestly, distributing tracts and sharing the love of christ to others.

But in all these, trust me, we were never fulfilled.
The moment church closes and i arive my neighbourhood seeing so many children of my age in agony, poverty, frustration many of which never had the opportunity to enjoy what I was enjoying at home, in church and in school, I then knew that something is terribly wrong with this system of things.

Then i begin to ask myself this question, how is it possible to replicate this so much love i feel in the church such that it can be extended to these children in the society?

The first time i visited the UK was after my secondary school. Over there i noticed that few people of my age go to church.
All the young talents and ideas were never displayed on church stages, church was much more boring and within a short duration we were already at home.
But at home, everyone were mindful of their business.
We hardly see our neighbours children outside, talkess of knowing whether they are poor or agonized frustrated people or they are extremely rich.
Everything was much more balanced and for a long time i never felt bad of seeing poor people around.
It then occured to me that an organized system is working here.

Now, the question is, since we have so much love in our churches and our society does not feel a dime of the impact , i know we are all quick to blame the government of the day.

But we all have responsibility here as youths of this nation.

You will have to respect the wish of other people and go to a quiet place you alone and do the prayer.

Disturbing other people in any form is a sin, except they are not complaining.

To crown it all, he willingly died that we all should have eternal life which we all are currently enjoying.

But sadly, many Christians have deliberately refused to believe that they already have this eternal life in them and they are still hoping for the day they will be raptured, an event that will never come. This has been identified as one of the reasons many Christians have refused to see this earth as their home and showcase their love for the creation with all their Ernest heart.

Now, being a religious person or church going christian is one thing,
loving your neighbour as yourself is another thing entirely .

Christianity will only profit your physical body when you live a maximum living outside the church. At home, your office, school or where ever you find yourself.

Lastly, i want to say that is never easy to love. You have to sacrifice your time and resources to learn first or take education very seriously

Have you wondered why kaduna state governor Ahmed el-rufai introduced laws restricting religious activities especially church musics not to be played in vehicles and streets?

When a christian commit sin he has broken the law (the 10 commandments). That means he is no more keeping the works of the law, and when that happens his salvation cannot save him from the consequences of his action.
For instance, if the christian commits armed robbery and he is hanged to death by the law, there is nothing his salvation as a christian can do to save him from that death,he must face the law and consequences of this action. This is where faith without work is dead applies. Remember, the thief who accepted Jesus at his crucifixion was killed as well. His decision to accept christ at that point did not stop his execution.
But that notwithstanding, when he died he was saved from going to hell simply because he believed in christ before he was killed. At this point, faith without works is dead, do not apply anymore.
