Im a woman, and I dont want children. Neither do I want to get married.

Children and Marriage will just cramp my whole being, Lock me down, inhibit my freedom and rob me of my identity.

Im not anti-kids, I don't hate kids. I just dont want them. I dont need children to make me feel like someone. Im already someone

Without family, life will be so boring. . It will be just work work work.. and party atimes... when you're old, you'll be so lonely. .

@ Godmother , the best way to lose weight is to watch what you eat; it's what we eat that manifest in our body.. you have to discipline yourself. .. the exercises you're talking about won't work if you go back to your junk foods, Coca Cola products et al ... Learn the act of healthy eating, that has been my secret. ..

Since I got pregnant and knowing what pregnancy could do to our body, I reduced all sorts of unhealthy foods.. can't be caught buying coke, spirit, meatpie and other flour-made snacks....eettcc. I don't eat after 8pm too and I eat highest three times a day, most times twice... if you go hungry not long after you had a meal, don't go for another food, fill your belle with water or fruits. . With this, you won't add much and can easily lose the added flesh after pregnancy...

So I will say she should first discipline herself as regards what she eats, then complement with exercise.....
it's well, she shouldn't get sad over what people say, they're irrelevant in her life. .. she should just lose the weight for herself and not cos of what people are saying...

E no easy, may God help us not to look like grandmothers after having our children

Nice tip. What if I don't have strength to boil the tomatoes if I bot plenty and want to store, can I freeze it like that without cutting and grinding. Tomato price don rise again hmmm. I wish I can see somewhere were pple use firewood or bigger gas cooker to dry up the tomatoes cos that thing needs patient

You can't freeze without grinding. . If you freeze it that way, e go turn to water...

Except in a refrigerator where it wouldn't freeze, but there has to be constant light. ..

It's even pathetic that people expect you to add after marriage to show that you're 'living fine'.. That's how someone told me I don't "look like a married woman" because I haven't added flesh... said after marriage, a woman is supposed to add, to have that 'motherlike' stature. .

Are you still bleeding up till now? If you're, then I think it's possible you could pass it out.. a week or two after the bleeding, you go and check for any remnants..

If you ain't bleeding, then I'm afraid you may have to do an evacuation. .

Ok, you don't ovulate when you're pregnant hence no period. .. After birth, it takes btw 4weeks to 1yr to get your period back. . More than one yr, in some cases...

So nothing to worry about dear; a pregnant woman isn't supposed to see her period ideally. ..
