The principle of redundancy comes in to play when there is excess of manpower, then the workers will be sacked on the basis of who came last into the job, in order words, the newly employed will be sacked ( last in first out). I finished school 2016 and went for NYSC on Abuja 2017. Unfortunately for me, I ran into my best friend supposed fiancée since I know her too well, we bonded till one day she asked to know where I stay in Abuja, but because I was staying with my aunty, I couldn't take her to my place....

One Friday morning I got a call from my bestie that his girl is down, that I should take her to hospital, I left whatever I was doing and rushed down to Apo resettlement. When I got there her fiancée was in good condition to my greatest surprise, she begged me not to let my friend know, that she needed attention and all that. She didn't know it will got to this extent, and I agreed with her and bid her a goodbye but she wouldn't let me go until I kiss her.... I swear I had no option if that would make her free me because she was creating a lot of drama already. I kept cool and avoided this girl till I left abuja after NYSC and never mentioned anything that happened between her and I to my friend.

Fast forward to October 2020, my friend called me that her fiancée has an event to attend in Yaba Lagos for a week and want me to accommodate her since I stay in two bedroom apparent alone, I refused and suggested it was better he get a hotel room for her, my friend said the girl have not been to Lagos that it would be better she stays with someone who's familiar with Lagos. I contacted a female friend I know to see if she can stay with her, but my friend's fiancée' complained the place will be far from where the event would be taking place, my best friend was now seeing me as wicked person and I don't wanna help his girl. I had no option than to allow her to come stay with me, I made sure I invited my sister to stay with me for the one week, to avoid temptation. But my sister couldn't stay for a week because of some personal issues, that's how I was left with my best friend fiancée, I don't wanna talk about what I pass through staying with her alone but I ended up having sex with her which I regretted bitterly, when she left Lagos back to anambra I pleaded with her not to chat me nor call me, but she wouldn't listen. She's always chatty and sending me nude which I finally blocked her.

A week ago, my bestie called me that he was in Lagos and would want us to meet, I was reluctant, because I can't stand him after what happened between me and his fiancée, when I got to the bar (venue) the face I saw around his table were kinda strange aside one of our old friend who was with them. Uncle no even allow me finish greeting before I know it a broken bottle have landed on my hand, his target was my face but thank God I defended on time, that's how my blood spilled everywhere and his friends tried to calm him down while other ones was giving me general beating like a common criminal. By my teen age, I got admission into Nnamdi Azikiwe University alongside my elder brother who was to study Engineering. By the time I was in my finals, my brother was getting ready for IT. One day, his roommate sent for me, he said they couldn't sleep the night before because my brother was talking to himself. Before we knew what was happening, my brother was getting violent and so we took him home and he never got back to finish school.
I proceeded with my education and finished. Went for NYSC. While serving the nation, My Mom died. When I got home, she'd been buried.
But my brother was still mad.

I later got job, took my brother to a Psychiatric hospital and the doctor after examining him said he is Schizophrenic. He was asked to stay in the hospital.
I paid. He then stayed there for one month. When I came to visit him, he pleaded with me to take him home that he didn't like it there.

So I took him home. Every month, I buy drugs for him and he gets injected. He usually puts up a fight but with the help of my younger brother, neighbors and a certain nurse, he receives the injection, forcefully and against his will.
Often times, he pleads with me not to inject him, the very time I obliged him, he scattered things, didn't allow the neighborhood sleep, talked throughout some nights and wouldn't eat sometimes. He looked really sick then but with the injection, one will hardly know he's not normal.
I told him that I won't let him miss his injection ever again.

Now, on Monday, my younger brother woke up and was unusually quiet. He normally wakes up and begins to play music with his phone or he will turn to football channel and watch until I leave for work. But I didn't go to work on Monday and I noticed he was quiet, then I asked him why he's quiet. He didn't respond. After some hours, I asked my Dad if he feels he's okay, My Dad said that he wants to be quiet and that I should let him be.

Then, that night, around 4am, my brother began to talk. He was shouting and some of the things he said were not coherent. He talked out of point. I and my Dad, with my elder brother surrounded him and I couldn't help crying when my Dad was cautioning him to keep quiet and he refused.
Neighbours thought it was my elder brother's voice they'd heard that night but by the time they heard in the morning that it was my younger brother, they visited my Dad in the evening. By then, my brother was still talking and even burnt his clothes yesterday.
My Dad got a few guys to chain him because he was violent yesterday when I left the house.
I know the problem is spiritual. I have prayed, fasted for my elder brother and now this!
I'm so unhappy.

Can someone suggest a place I can take my two brothers to so they can be cured, please.

BACKGROUND:

I had a decent job before I met her and I was responsible for all the decisions I took, which mostly led to favourable outcomes.
However when I met her and began a relationship, I wasn't having the freedom I needed. Any decision I wanted to take without her authorization always ended badly. For example there was a period I wanted to jointly rent an apartment with a male friend of mine. She strongly opposed this but I still went ahead to pay rent. Unfortunately for me, within four months my friend had some issues with landlord and we were both evicted from the apartment. (although I got compensated)

Another instance was when I got paid some bonuses from company and decided to invest in some crypto projects during their ICOs (in 2017). I did some market analysis of these crypto projects before my decision to invest, only for her to advice me against it. She said we should instead, use the money to start farming. I didn't listen to her and went ahead to invest. THE RESULT: the investment that was supposed to take me to the moon now became more worthless than tissue paper! I shed tears because of this.

I now decided to get rid of her, but all plans of mine proved abortive. The more I tried to get her out of my life, the more we were brought together. Can you believe that the day I finally proposed to her was the very same day I tried to make out with an old girlfriend?

A friend of mine went to consult an ifa priest, who told him that my fiance has a cloud of good fortunes around her. But I don't believe in those spiritual mumbo-jumbos! Earlier in the week, I created this thread where I talked about my experience working on multiply roles and asked other nairalanders doing same to share their expereince https://www.nairaland.com/6516467/share-experience-working-multiple-jobs

What i did not mention though is how i got those jobs and others i politely turned down.

It happened that just before COVID-19 wahala kicks in here, I had a protracted issue with my former employer, I tried resolving this dispute amicably, but when all failed i resigned. And almost immediately I got two job offers, one in Lagos that matched my last pay ( which was good pay ) and another outside Lagos that didn't.

As expected I accepted the Lagos one, was going to resume in about a week, when the first COVID-19 restrictions kicked in. I was told to hold on by my new employer, but then as the restrictions were further extended, this job was taken away throwing me back into job hunting mood.

I became applying for more jobs, days turn into weeks and weeks into months all I got were interviews, I got interviews sometimes 3 interviews in a day that I have to miss one or so that crashed with each other. The bad part of all these was that most of these interviews, i will go through the whole stage(s) to the point of meeting the CEO / MD of some of those firms and some of these interviews were with Intl businesses.

But I noticed a thread, at the end of each of these, they will be one excuse or one thing, and where I expect to land the job, the job won't just kick in. I reached out to some businesses that I have worked for in the past to follow up on some projects that will fetch money and all I got was excuses also.

Gradually I ran out of cash and frustration kicked in. Then I spoke to a deliverance pastor at Church, because of the COVID issue proper deliverance sessions haven't started, but they started praying with me by the side strictly for JOBS. At this point, I have three more interviews lined up ( Two were remote and the other one was a full-time role )

The deliverance restriction was lifted and I joined my Church deliverance program. Lo and behold few days after my deliverance program, the two remote ones made me an offer almost immediately with the same pay ( Good pay ), and the full-time one also made me an offer a WEEK later. I returned to the deliverance team with my offer letters and gave testimony in church the following Sunday

While at it one of the businesses that I worked for that I was pursuing over some projects, reached out to me themselves and told me that they are ready for business which is also remote making a third.

Two months into my new jobs, The one that took away theirs during COVID reached out to know if I'm still available to come now and start with them among others.

- Yes I have experience in what I do

- I work on my CV / Update it and tailor it to the roles I want to apply for.

- I also write persuasive COVER letters that highlight my key strength and what I will offer the organization I'm applying to.

But this is strictly the work of prayer and deliverance. Obviously, something was blocking me from going beyond my numerous interviews and deliverance cleared that for me.

I know some of us don't believe in God or prayer, and I won't fight those with that belive, but remember. HE IS ALWAYS THERE. and you will find HIM when you do so with all your heart..

So have you noticed a pattern? are things don't seem to work out? Maybe it's time to try deliverance.
