No, no. You know what is happening? The poor girls think there's this 'bad romance' going on, when actually the man doesn't love them one bit. They think there's passion and he's a bad guy just trying so hard to wipe off my charm but he's falling slowly, he goes away but always comes back because he can't resist me... That's what they think is happening.

In reality, really and truly, guy doesn't feel anything at all for them. All his hostility is not because he's trying to hide/fight his feelings, he actually feels nothing. Lol I heard in South Korea, US, and some other countries, the birth rates are really low. They say that women are slowly revolting. They have many old people but no younger generation to care for them. It's actually a secret team effort. Many women are coming out on social media to say, since we are unappreciated for having babies, you say we did nothing, despite the mental and physical life changes it impresses on me, then why have a baby? Why have a baby and be a breeder only to be treated like nothing by the society I'm raising these kids for? Go through pains and body changes and life responsibilities only to be told you're nothing. I'd rather travel the world. That's what most of these foreign girls are saying. They rather choose to die out as women, than go through all this for nothing.

This particular massive movement of women are saying that until their importance is acknowledged, and they are treated well, they will not have any children. Let's see what happens when men continue with this attitude towards childbearing.

I didn't have a hard birth, I don't mind if her or I teach other women how to make our lives easier bruh, I just want the appreciation and care to be on point for all women regardless of how it went for each woman and how strong she is. Strong doesn't mean we should abuse that strength.

Mind you every woman including myself are not immune to labour pain but if you will be logical you'll agree with me that immediately after the baby is out that's where the whole pain die off even with the placenta still inside you won't feel much pain anymore...

I usually walk into labor ward with my hubby and I won't go to hospital until I'm 6cm dilated to make it easier for me,I bear my pain at home......

I also learned not to sleep on hospital bed while in labor because of how my first labor lasted, whenever labour starts at home I will be walking to make it faster.....

The last time four years ago a nurse said madam sleep na,I said mummy please allow me to move ..I was exercising in the labor room to make it easier...

Have you forgotten how people in the villages gave birth on their way to the Farm, Stream, Market Those women and my grandparents are my inspiration for Motherhood...

Besides my narration is from my personal experience and I'm entitled to my opinion...

Every woman live and grew up in different society, our body and the ease with which everyone bear pain differ.

I grow up in a society where we don't see child bearing as death sentence and hence our women are always prepared for that before hand....

Whenever I'm in labour I always tell myself it's for sometimes and truly it's for sometime...

Before giving birth in my society we have a ritual of taking some natural fruits, regular ones found everywhere which makes the birthing process easier...

I'm sorry if my post belittle women From your society or you in particular but all what I have written are nothing but my own opinion and experience

And after the baby is out via "natural birth" women in my society regardless of any tribe they represent in Nigeria are back to Life......

Okay. I don't know if you're saying you don't need rest or care regardless of how easy it was for you, but...

Despite our differences in opinion, I respect you as a mother. I'm sorry if I seemed to attack you, but even if you didn't mean to belittle anyone or their experience, please have in mind that many men cannot differentiate. Most want to believe all women are like you.

So, for the sake of others who bleed, or die or have pains and complications, could you please factor in that many other women need care after giving birth? It's only being sensitive, because as you can see, many men are learning from your words. Don't let some get home and be expecting your kind of attitude from those who truly went through a lot. It is only an act of kindness to other women. Never fail to remind them that it isn't easy for everyone, though thanks to God, yours was okay.

I am not belittled, I walked right after giving birth, but I was quickly encouraged to rest and I took that treatment with gratitude. In my case, I would still always remind men that it's not easy, so nobody goes to stress a weaker woman that went through a hard childbirth🤷. Happy new month.✌🏾

That's right, guilt trip her for not lying....childbirth is different for a lot of women, I've heard about women who lost so much blood and almost died, my favourite colleague is one of such. I've also heard of women who washed clothes, gave birth, came home and packed the dry clothes on same day. Infact the pregnant lady was washing clothes when my colleague saw her that morning, by the time my colleague got home in the evening, the woman don go clinic, born, come back and packed the clothes she washed in the morning.
Childbirth is not the big bad wolf you people make it out to be all the time, everybody no go get your experience. No need to debase the woman that had a seamless delivery.

There is no guilt tripping or debasement here. I congratulated her and showed happiness for her case, but I asked her not to generalize, because she seemed to be addressing all women in her post.

Men really want to grab at those stronger women as an example of all women. Yes, they mostly do that. Then the ones that need rest and care cannot get it because of the strong ones mouthing off all about how easy it is. I had an 'easy' birth yet I appreciated every little consideration for my health. Even easy wasn't easy but, how would you understand. Maybe you think easy is without pain (I laugh). Yes, even if I stood up minutes after and the nurses praised. I still wanted and needed that petting. Superwoman my foot.

You want women to be saying it's easy so that y'all can deal with all of us and in fact forget about all tender care. That's what you guys secretly want. And the women who trivialize childbirth are opening the door wide for you.

You and the women that want to spring clean after having babies should meet up and get married. They should just not turn back on any day claiming mistreatment, lack of appreciation, stress or neglect, because that's how it usually ends. My soul might come out of my body to slap their mouths.
