You don't know how to tell your wife.... and her sister is not prudent. Indicates your married from that sort of family that is inconsiderate and haughty. Badly brought up by the parents. So you have to do what the parents failed to do. Put down thd hammer and set some rules. The greater the delay, the bloodier the battle. |
Celebrating selfishness and failure and even have the guts to call God into the unfortunate equation after He must have lured you, prompted you to knowing Him and knowing life. Just wasted 13 years of your life and still cannot emerge better. |
lilfreezy:So Julius Berger, a multinational will sweep the walkways, water the lawns and flush the toilets... with some German Project Manager signing off on the toilet rolls and hand sanitizers....Nigerians just amaze me. Behaving like spoilt Oil Sheikhs when we are wretched poor. It is a curse for the poor to be served by the rich. It is damning. |
So sad. Poverty everywhere..... it is real folks. We are in a serious mess. My concern now is the storm clouds of criminality gathering. |
theomerio:Just too many anomalies for a country to bear. Everyone is fed up. |
None of my business. Said enough. |
Of course he will win.... or has Nigerian politics changed? |
I really have nothing much so say other than we are fast running out of animals big enough to contain the kind of money we desire to steal.... reprobate people, dysfunctional country...indolent citizens. |
TroubleMaker47:A lack of universal values amongst Nigerians. In developed climes politicians rank very low in public perception. Hete even when not performing they are still protected and upheld. Why won't he respond like that. The summary is that anyone who expects him to perform.... yes you got it....'needs help'.. |
Ashley86400:I beg to disagree sir. The bee colony, lotus flower and the girl with studded inserts did not but those hand lesions did. I think it has more to do with the irritation of those ghastly injuries or diseases rather than a phobia..... in my case. Btw, barnacles are common for me as I do quite a lot of marine. Just not like ours here. |
CanadaOrBust:That is the law. It is iillegal to transact business on Nigerian soil with any other currency other than the naira. You can store but you cannot transact in Nigeria. Same as any other country I know. |
CanadaOrBust:The Government through the CBN keeps it there by selling dollars at an artificially low price. Like a yam farmer who sells yams to friends and family far below the market price ust to curry favours and maintain 'peace'. He is destined fir bankruptcy as long as his family continues to grow. The solution is either to increase yam cultivation, stop procreating or get a higher earning profession. Since we are stuck on 2 million barrels or so, our population continues to gallop and we can't seem to diversify quick enough but remain addicted to cheap yams, bankruptcy is a sure bet. Fitch is only giving us a snspshot of where we are and where we will be the rest of this year. |
educhigo:Hmmm... the other side that few want to consider. Failure is truly an orphan. That is how marketing works. They show you Zidane and Pep only.... and it sounds like a cool boy band. When you start counting your chickens then you know just how lousy that 'Proposal' was. Of course you didn't consider that snakes love eggs too..... Lampard the player and Lampard the coach are not the same thing. It remains a 50/50 gamble by both sides. |
dapsoneh:The very best players in the world have one thing in common, glory, legacy. They will consider a big club, a vehicle with a pedigree that will enable those lofty ideals to be attained... but they will also consider the driver, the manager and consider whether he has the pedigree to get them there. How many times have we heard that a certain player signed for a certain club because of a certain manager. Just as player power in removing managers is real so is manager power in attracting players. Remember the best players also have the best support structures around them, personal managers, agents, lawyers, personal physicians, etc who know the game very well and can read the prosoects of theur clients from a mile away. That's why the best players seldom make career mistakes. You should consider what they will be thinking of a greenhorn in a club nototious for welcoming new managers with a very short rope. No one likes instability. I don't think the transfer ban is a factor in play here. |
kaorama:The Chelsea I know does not do Cocoa or Palm cultivation. They grow weed and smoke it while its still in the ground. Opportunity to showcase.... space to grow.... ?#%&!!!&?? ... are we talking about the same club here... |
iambabaG:Hmmm.... but the circumstances are different. Chelsea are not in a process of reconstruction/recovery. The challenges at United precede Ole. They are deep lying and systemic. |
prodigyhenry:No doubt but the big question is. Has big Frankie 'GOT IT'. That it worked for/in others does not necessarily mean that it will work in your case. |
Big big risk. It can either go remarkably well or horribly wrong. There are precedents up for debate, some can be deceptively similar....Zizzou....the all conquering Pep.... debate folks. |
MrRhymes101:Oga, there is nothing to judge here. You should not be having affairs with your students. It is unacceptable anywhere in the world. It is breach of trust in the first instance, simple. Even if it is consensual one of either party must leave his or her position. A policeman cannot be having an affair with a suspect under investigation. A judge cannot be having an affair with a jury member. A panelist cannot be having an affair with an applicant and on and on. As long as scrutiny, assessment is involved the interrogator cannot be consideted to be dispassionate and fair. A lecturer is not only imparting knowledge but assessing competence. He is the key to determining if the minimum standards have been attained by his students. He cannot do this dispassionately if involved with the party. Society has determined that. |
Yes, but it is the fault of both man and woman, the parents who bring such a complex piece of engineering into being without taking time to instal the right operating software that will command anything short of key values of fortitude, hardwork, pateince and love. The girl child is still discriminated against in education, vocationals and skills aquisition, employment, etc. What do you expect from them. Where do you expect them to get life skills. Materialism is the antithesis of productivity. You simply cannot be productive if you are materialistic no matter under what guise one operates because the laws of nature says man's wants are insatiable but his means are finite so you simply cannot work out all you want so your mind naturally 'dies' to many wants. It is the idle that imagines every possibility and has uncontrollable lust. This is a key value not taught the average girl child by parents first and society next. It is them to be blamed. |
Simply because he is relegated to Division 3 in his party. Wasn't so a couple of years ago when he was MVP (Most Valuable Presidential) aspirant... before the Jagaban steamroller kicked into gear. |
Professors without innovations, promotions without productivity. Little wonder everyone wants to join the civil service to while away their lifetime at little or no cost to themselves. |
I like the forfeiture part. Just change the colours to that of law enforcement and voila!!!, enough patrol vehicles then those envying the Mercs and Beemers of Dubai police can understand how it happens. |
Fayose's sins though red as EFCC jackets and aprons has been covered by the 'white paint' of redemption. If any man be in the ruling party old sins have been washed away, behold all things are become new.Hmmm....I hope our Pentecostal churches donot tap into this annointing and begin to sell EFCC paint oh..... |
Indeed. Corruption is what my antagonist is doing.... not what I am doing. |
Temple1288:Honestly, this country is a riddle, wrapped in an enigma, locked away in a mystery.... and they expect me to unravel all this wearing a straight-jacket.... ![]() |
Altern8:Just get a mortagage, simple. |
mrgreen4real:Well we have a new government in place and the ruling party having all the cards. Let us see what the change agenda is all about. |
andrew444:They demand performance from their President to their ball boys. That is why they have 13 UCLs, almost double their regular European rivals. Brutal but the truth. That is why it remains a mystery how this government or any individual or corporate entity for that matter thinks it can perform to the highest levels and ultimately succeed above its potentials without unrelenting pressure, solid opposition, sabotage, rebellion and harsh critique. The atmosphere at the club makes mental mountains out of mere men. Now compare that to say, an Arsenal (no pun intended) who will permit an Arsene Wenger to go on a ruinous streak for several years which is now proving to take a while to repair. Once cutting edge mentality is lost, the body is just a shell. Excellence is a mental state. Once lost, it is very hard to rediscover. May the Madristas remain strong. May Nigerians remains ever demanding of their governments. It is their hope. |

When 'Yahoo' was convenient and excusable in your youth..... |
I just hope you are legit. Doesn't sound right. |
