If you're looking for means to invest your money, simply own, a small Cucumber farm, with less than 200k, you stand to make over 30-40k every four days.

I didn't ask you to borrow me. Make independent inquiry online, before reaching out to me.

I have over 10 acres of Cassava. But I'm starting Cucumber January.
shocked shocked 30k every 4 days, are you talking of Lagos as the target market or anywhere in Nigeria?

So you know better than the Professor of Economics who agreed to the idea?

The question from Bismarck is: How do Atiku intend to do that? Is it through the “chronic capitalism” l undecidedike we have in Russia & Nigeria where the likes of Bola Tinubu owned Power distribution plants? Or “It becomes rather than government owned, it becomes Nigerian privately-owned, and part of it you want to internationalise like what Saudi Arabia is doing”?

Simple and logical question.

How much more adopted son like Atiku
You BMCs talk as though your brains and internet connection were given to you after 2015. Buhari's campaign benefitted massively from social media. The wind of change was everywhere, and then here we are 3 years down the line, his administration a disaster and you lots having to berate those using that same media to air their opinions.

We thought we voted for a CHANGE, now it's clear it's another form of retrogression covered in arrogance angry

Religion / Re: FG Should Deduct Tithes From Workers Salaries And Send It To Church - Archbishop by RoyalPriesthuud(m): 1:56am On Oct 30, 2018
MediahelmNGR:
The Archbishop of Kampala , Cyprian Kizito Lwanga , has suggested that the government of Uganda deduct tithe from workers ’ salaries .
Speaking during a mass, the Catholic Archbishop said many Christians don’t tithe and this affects church projects, reports Citizen Kenya .
“Whenever we ask for tithe , everyone gives only what they have at that time . But the Bible says a tenth of whatever you earn belongs to the church ,” said Archbishop Lwanga .
“ Give me your support as I front this proposal because it is good for us . Aren ’t you tired of putting money in the baskets all the time ?”

Archbishop Lwanga said he wanted Uganda to go the German route , where Germans , who are registered as Catholics , Protestants or Jews have a church tax ( Kirchensteuer ) of 8- 9 per cent deducted from their annual income .

“I was told Germans made agreements with their government to deduct monthly tithe from their salaries and forward it to the church and this money they use to build and renovate their churches ,” he added .
https://www.mediahelm.com.ng/2018/10/government-should-deduct-tithes-from.html

For example, a single person earning €50,000 may pay an average income-tax of 20%, thus €10,000. The church tax is then an additional 8% (or 9%) of that €10,000 (€800 or €900) for a total of €10,800 or €10,900 in taxes From Wiki.

It is called church tax and NOT TITHE! 8-9% of your income tax and not 10% of your annual income. Someone is about to mislead people.

It's called personal income tax Akin!!!!! Get that into your head please ..The fact that you are running a one man show at Nairabet and paying yourself outrageous
Reckless salary doesnt mean other business owners are doing so ..Atikus value is in holdings and goodwill and not as liquid as you that runs a a small operation with heavy turnover that allows you to pay yiurself heavy salary ..No wonder Nairabet despite being the pioneer lost 90 percent of its market to Bet9ja which runs a leaner more realistic overhead operations .
It's unfortunate that someone running for a lawmaking office can't difrerentiate between the taxes or was too cocky to get professional advice in setting up his business structure to reduce his tax liability. The worst of us rule the rest of us...

Ok no vex I apologise......we only have 2 choices and I am so adamant that Buhari is the least worst of the 2 candidates. We yorubas must learn to identify where our interstate lies. The ibo just want Obi in the presidency just to feel emotionally better. Atiku can not do anything for anybody.

Well, Omoluabis must also accept apologies, no hard feelings.

BTW, my post never mentioned Atiku/Obi, it was about how low Fashola has become this days. If he had anything tangible to show for the past 3 years plus as minister, he won't have to stoop so low. He did not have to tell Lagosians in 2011 to vote for him because of his tribe or local government, his achievements were enough. Get that into your thick tribalistic skull

Business / Re: CBN Withdraws Skye Bank’s License To Operate by RoyalPriesthuud(m): 4:17pm On Sep 22, 2018
seunmsg:
At the end of the day, the biggest losers are the ordinary folks that invested in the shares of Skye bank. Their sweat and hard work had gone down the drain just like that. After my FIN bank and BankPHB experience, I have sworn never ever to invest in the shares of any Nigerian bank again except I am one if the major owners and a director.

CBN, NDIC, and SEC are all hopeless regulators. If we don't find a way to put in place very strong cooperate governance framework for these banks, sad occurrences like this will still continue to happen. The fact that CBN decided not to sack the current crop of management after taking over the bank raises lots of questions. Is there a timeframe for management of the new Polaris bank to return the over N700billion taxpayers money that NDIC infused into the bank? Will EFCC ever prosecute the Tunde Ayeni led management board that ruined the bank? Sigh!

My fears exactly. If you give out cash to bad performers, you are either downright stupid or you're a bad performer yourself.
