How do you feel when you see your ex living larger than you especially when you were the one that dumped him/her?

Just met one yesterday living a miserable live with the husband and she has been sending some text messages of remorse and regrets

I am deeply pained, I use to make a lot of money before the lockdown. Infact there was a day I and my babe spent 40k inside the club. I did not save much. During the lockdown she was arrested. I and her had to pay through our nose. I lost most of my clients. We all agreed that she should move out of her accommodation to a new place which cost a lot of money. Today she asked to see me and told me she wants to start runs till December to solve family problems and get money to rent a shop (she is very skilled in hair making). She said after then she will stop. She said is not breaking up with me and will still have my time. But I can leave if I want. I could not say a word, just begging her to give me a chance to make more money. I work and I give her something every month. But I have the believe that when dating you should invest in your self. So I have a project for the future which she is aware but can't wait. The problem is I can't stop hallucinate about other men pounding her. How do I move on.

it is indeed more difficult to be a woman. Women are treated so unfairly especially in nigeria mostly because of marriage. The man will do u anyhow and they say sorry and u are supposed to take him back no matter what. No body cares really how your heart heals or the cracks in it. What I will tell any woman who has a child or children, get busy with your hands, with your head, make money so if a man wakes up one day to say "get out, u simple go because you have a life and a source of livelihood. This life even when lived up to 100years is still short, live your life in such a way you don't look for peace of mind. It should always be with you, in you.

A family friend of ours died yesterday in her parents house because her husband had taken her back to her parents when she fell ill.

My dad's sister died this year also and that was after her husband not only abandoned her but fled from their home when she fell ill and guess what, the said man is even a pastor.

How many Nigerian men do you see get taken back to their parents house for care after they fall sick? But it's an everyday occurence for woman who fall sick.

That is to tell you that men cannot do 1/10th what women do in terms of sticking with a partner for betterbof worse.

My dad was strict when I was young but overall he wasn't a bad father. As close as we are to our mum, there's absolutely no way she can successfully poison our minds towards our dad because we can SEE that he's a good dad though he's strict.

Why not marry a good woman, treat her right, bond with your kids well and let's see if they will push you away in your old age when you need them most

You shouldn't have always allowed that happen. This is the the reverse effect of it. You subconsciously now expect he always be the one forcing you to come thru out life. No, changes happen a lot. This particular change, you didn't prepare for.

Truly, he may be into some things he's not telling you but firstly u can't conclude without confirmation. Secondly, so long he's not stopped calling you, you should keep flowing along with him and reciprocate too, he'll love that more about you.
