i bet ur present pay is better and work conditions to. first bank entrylevel pay is currently around 70-80k( i think??) so make u calculations: transaction officers is a 'Behind' name for tellers whose pay is most likely half of the above.

all companies have advertising budgets which differs with size of company and so spending N150k is very cheap for them, i assure u.
radio ads are quite affordable last i heard cos they (radio) drop thier prices to accomodate more customers cos more companies take TV as first choice when planning their bdget for reaching a mass audience.

radio ads are also classified in 15sec and 30sec rates. i dont have figures now but anyone interested can cal up any radio station and get a quote; its probably half the rate for tv sha.

hmm, having read all these posts my greatest fear is dat this so-called ban will only cause more harm than good. for one, it can never bring an immediate solution to Nigeria's power crisis cos it will take years to bring power to our homes; secondly, placing a ban will only favor importers and goods smugglers who will open up illegal routes to bring the gen into the country thus causing an hike in the prices of generators and other power products.
The bill will only be disastrous like other product bans; though i doubt if it will succed anyway,
