Wike's purview was primary and secondary education. There was a substantive minister of Education who eventually ran back to her university after that government came to an end.

There are pros and cons to every side. Abroad, you can easily get financing for anything you want to buy. That in Nigeria is virtually non-existent, except for those working in high-end MDAs such as AMCON or PTDF.

But the cost of living abroad is insane. BTW, Nigeria is the 3rd cheapest country to live in.

Amaechi did well as Governor and no past or present Governor in Rivers State can challenge him on that. A minister is not a full executive like Governor or President but answerable to someone else. A good Minister is one who did well in handling projects awarded by his employer the President.

No governor paid attention to education, health and road infrastructure like Amaechi. He turned secondary schools to mini universities. Look at the buildings, seats, books, sports facilities he built across all state primary and secondary schools. He built THREE new primary health centres complete with doctors' and nurses' quarters IN EACH LGA. Gave each of those doctors a car.

Amaechi dualized NTA road, and several other roads in PH. For the first time, a governor actually cleared all those shanties at Park area of PH and the place was rid of criminals.

Wike knew he will be judged against Amaechi's work, which is why he decided to take it a notch higher with the flyover projects and the road to Opobo.

Amaechi worked well and did not even bother to campaign because he knew his work would easily sell him to the people and he beat Omehia and all others by landslide.

Amaechi's only sin was because he refused to allow Mama Peace to dictate to him what to do. That is why he left PDP and joined APC and became Buhari's campaign team lead to spite Jonathan. Have you forgotten the event when Mama Peace threw all decorum to the wind and was shouting at him with the microphones picking everything?

Good day. I own a betking shop. I also run a POS service in the shop. One day a customer came that he wants to play virtual sports bet. He asked to use the POS cos he doesn't have any money on him. I tried his card and it was saying "insufficient funds". He says he has money in the card and I should try it again.

Meanwhile I saw he was attempting to still play the bet. I told him he should wait let's resolve the withdrawal before he plays his bet. He went ahead and play a bet of #1000.
