Petyprincess:
When will our Nigerian guys be as romantic as this? All they know is asking "when are you visiting me?" this is one of the things i like about white guys, they can go extra miles to prove their love for you.
This society is looking for food and jobs.
Can you provide any?
We cannot be wasting time with art/flowers/romance when the entire country is not sure of Tomorrow's food.
Yes, I lived overseas and even got married overseas. It was so easy to be romantic. There a parks and walkways, places to take your girl to. Name it. Whether you are rich or poor, the environment is set.
Nigeria, here is totally upsidedown.. the only place to flex is ShopRite (?) What a bull shit. And to enter traffic jam because you want to go to beach? You can't even walk on the road without 2000 beggers or 700 area boys surrounding you. Everything in this society kills all the romance you try to do.
You just end up tired and depressed and stay indoors with no light.

How can we separate the 2 Nigerias?
How can we make the educated people less dependent on the ignorant ones?

Those ones will be at home, forming strong man, refusing to go to hospital and busy spreading it more to others.

If I came to talk to you like this, will you answer me?
Will you not be asking yourself, "What's this one reading?"
This is 2020. All world leaders LOOK STRAIGHT at the people when addressing them. Let them SEE that you are talking to them.
Cram the damn speech, raise up your head and look at the camera.

Useless gift. Why not give the money to poor Nigerian, civil servant!
Civil servants better go and look for another work
If this money is given to them
1. Many will travel out of Nigeria permanently
2. Many will buy new phones
3. Many will eat with the money
4. The money will finish
5. They will still remain civil servants and start expecting another money again.

None will solve any problems.
Nigeria will remain in problem and conflict.

Sorry, but this money is meant for solutions.

This is always the attitude of Nigerians.

You are poor, get lost.
-
NO. THE POOR ARE NOT GOING ANYWHERE
They will climb over your fence like living-dead zombies and continue begging you inside your palour and bedroom.
Shey you want to marry? You will go to your village and all the poor people there will climb over you with their demands and requests.

If you like, run overseas. Your foreign guest will continue to point out your Nigerian poor masses to you until you stop ignoring the poor and start helping them.

Jaqenhghar:
Niggeria. Una get researchers? grin
Other countries get researchers una dey form say una dey do research.

Knowing that shithole, the so called researchers ( who will be children, relatives and girlfriends of big men ) will gather as if they are busy, they will assign big pay checks for them and access to one laboratory where they will spend time gisting and little else. They will have lab coats and microscopes but nothing will be going on. If you look more closely you will see that none of the researchers have any research skills or can take a sample.
When you went to school did you do all your science experiments?
If the teacher/school did not have the equipment due to the nonsense of Nigeria, did you STILL go home and try your best to buy the equipment and do the science experiments at home?

Nigerians spend all their free time swiping social media on their phone and attending expensive parties. Whereas your counterparts in foreign countries spend their time experimenting things inside their garage til it works. With this covid-19, they are at it again tirelessly working for a cure inside their rooms and garages

Tomorrow, you will say Nigeria has no researchers. When YOU yourself, never researched anything... And just attended school to pass and run away.

We will all die here.
HealthRe: COVID-19: FG Deploys Nigerian Researchers To Search For Cure by uuzba(m): 3:38pm On Mar 26, 2020
This is a mistake.
SEARCHERS search for cure.
RE-SEARCHERS search for the first search that they searched before...
They don't find anything. They just search for the search that they searched for before.
They're researching the place they searched before.
BusinessRe: For People Who Grew Up Poor And Eventually Escaped Poverty, Whats Your Story? by uuzba(m): 8:05pm On Mar 25, 2020
Vicas2000:
We were so poor...I could not go to uni when all my friends were.

Here's what helped....

1. I read Lots of books. Motivational books. Business books. Marketing books. One that helped me know there was more to life was Robert Schuller book 'Tough times don't last but tough people do'. I borrowed a foto copied version from a friend. That was in 1997. I would Starve myself so I can buy books. Sometimes I foto copy from other people or borrow it.

By 2007...i stumbled on some CDs by Sam Adeyemi and he advised the best way to get out of poverty is to learn a skill and make money from it.

2. I learnt a skill. That paid lots of money. I learnt copywriting. Online marketing. Direct response marketing. I ready everything and watched all videos I could find online by Frank Kern....Dan Kennedy and started applying it.

3. I would read a lot about rich people. Wht they do. What houses they buy....what business they run. How they make money.

4. I would also read any business book. Financial newspapers. I am that person that would buy a newspaper to see the adverts in it and trace what those companies do.

Overtime...I started making money. Made first million in 2008. And then just rinse and repeat.

I have lost millions too. But a lot better now financially. Travelled the world. Met lot of people. Built contact.

And at the ripe age of 35 got a degree from a foreign University.

Funny enough....that degree is now useless. Even in full time employment in my country of residence...i have never been asked for the certificate. What matters most is my skills.
Go to university for yourself not because all your friend's are going.
There are many unfocused idiots out there who went to university and have NOTHING to show for it.
