Mammalian milk is highly specific to the needs of the infant of the particular specie. Human breast milk is designed to help the infant with rapid brain development apart from other advantages like immunity, while cow or even goat milk is designed specifically for infant cows or goats. They contain lots of fats to enable the cow or goat grow rapidly. Feline milk is specific to felines.

That some ignorant societies practiced Cross breast feeding in the past, or give milk from different mammals to other infants does not make it right or approximate. If so we would not be spending a fortune to give milk formula to our babies. Goat milk is very cheap to produce. In the north, I hear a bucked is almost as cheap as water.

Mammalian milk is often unfit for other species, and often harmful if consumed by other animals. Even unprocessed cow milk is very harmful to human babies. A woman should never give an infant unprocessed cow or goat milk. With cats it is even worse, I killed by first cat by unknowingly giving it cow milk. It died at only 2 weeks.

The Nigeria legislatives already have legislative immunity on the floor of the national or state assemblies. If Saraki was in any of those countries mentioned, he would still undergo prosecution for the alleged offenses.

Exercise in futility. The National Assembly on its own cannot confer immunity on anybody. Section 308 of the 1999 Constitution cannot be altered by an act, that section of the constitution would need to be changed. To change the constitution will require 2/3 majority of at least 2/3 of all the state assemblies in Nigeria. I do not see that happening.
