whitelexi:Most probably. If that is the case, I advice the poster should keep her distance, otherwise, he'll come round to ask her out. |
@ Agaba, I never said this was going to be easy, smitten or not, she'll be making a big mistake if she asks that guy out. Trust me, this will work if only she'll be mature about it and just be herself. The only thing I see here is that there might be a problem with her her male friends when she starts dating this dude, he might feel insecure and demand that she breaks up with the nice guy she was friends with before they started dating. It's usually a very big and painful sacrifice but after all these first steps have have been achieved, you just discover you're suddenly in charge but that is if you can start by getting a grip on your emotions. |
This will depend wholly on the kind of man. You could called him different pet names depending on your mood. Most common are baby and Dearie, but these are my favourites: Sweet Berry Teddy Bear Super Ted Darl Hon Chocolate Candy Musha baby or Musha belly *yes, i really like this one* and so many others. Just come up with something, most of the stuffs I have up there, I made up. |
How do you mean you can't beat the dead line? Bride price is not that expensive, it's the marital rites that are expensive. I'll advice you go ahead and do what you have to do to keep your baby, if your future mother inlaw is serious about kililng her own unborn grand child, it's unfortunate, but please, do not give her the chance of killing your baby. Go ahead, look for money any how, even if it means borrowing, do what you should and keep your girl and your baby. |
Girl, Keep your cool! Don't ask that guy out at all, if he already thinks you're cool, asking him out will drop your value immediately. I know how frustrating it could be to really like a guy and wonder if he feels the same way about you and the little fear that he might just start dating someone else while you're still there forming the good girl. But Here is what to do: Be friends with him, I mean, pure innocent friendship is what should come first. Spend time with him, but don't be clingy. Talk with him, get to know if he has any other relationship or if there's someone else he really likes. If there's no other, good for you. Have other male friends and let him know they exist, let him know there's this particular one you really like and whom you're seriuosly considering because he's really cool. Go out on date with other guys, but don't sleep with any of them!! Be nice, be confident, be yourself and look good always. If you do all these, if this guy is genuinly interested in you, tell you what girl, you'll open up and tell you, especially when he knows you're serious about dating someone else. He'll not want to loose you at all. But before you get to that level, you'll have to be a trusted friend first. He'll cherish you and will want to keep you. Word of advice, don't go about it with any kind of aggression, don't kiss him, don't go about behaving as if you'll die without him but let him know you really like him. |
Men love sex, they love to take it when they are married because they feel it is their rights. So, if my husband is suddenly not interested in sex with me, I'll know it's not a funny issue, it's a very serious issue and I'll treat it thus. First, I'll ask myself if there's anything wrong with me, like: 1. have I gotten really fat and unattractive 2. do I still take time to make my hair 3. are my cloths sexy 4. what about the room, is it inviting, romantic and neat? If the answer to any of these questions is on the negative, I'll make an effort to put things right with myself. While doing this, I'll call him and have a heart to heart talk with him. Like really discuss with him about my fears and discomfort. I believe that when he notices that I've made obvious efforts to please him, he'll get around and stop acting up. Unless he has totally stopped loving me and he already in love with another woman and just feels trapped with me because I'm his wife. In that case, we'll need a profesional, that's a psychologist. Above all of these, I'll remember to pray and pray very hard, committing my marriage in God's hands. Do all of these sis, and I'm sure you'll have your man eating you all up again. All the best |
@ Emad, Even if we talked natural attributes, we'll be looking at skin texture, hight, built, butts and all, and not just the face. If we put all of those together, Brandy will still have my vote. On the other way round, If it's the way they were born, natural, with no make up and we're looking at the face alone, then, Jenevieve might be able to take the vote otherwise, it's Brandy all the way. |
Emad:I don't give a flip how Brandy gets her looks. It's their duty to look good! That's why they get paid. Looking good is hard job, it's serious business and if you depend a lot on physical beauty *the way celebrities do* to attain success and stay on top, you must be ready to go the extra mile to please your audience. Looking good gives us good value for our money and any celebrity that can't look that way should get out of the tabloids, they are suppose to look perfect always otherwise, the checks simply stop rolling in! Their Nigerian counterparts should look for ways of looking good too instead of making excuses for them for not looking world class. One other thing, look at the question, it says, 'Who is FINER? Before something can be called fine, it has to be in a refined stage. The finished product is what we're talking about here not what would have been. Besides, you still need to be a little ok to eventually get a good look. Look at whoopy Goldberg, she did make some money right, I don't know weather or not she tried but she's physically ugly. Then, compare her with Oprah who is not a physical pretty woman naturally but she does look good now because she knows she's a public figure! Here, I rest my case. Brandy here still has my vote. |
Emad:Ok, Let's start from the skin, Brandy's is Flawless. The height: She's tall Stature: She's well toned, trim and firm stomach Butts: Firm and sexy Boobs: Beautiful and full (With or without cilicon, I don't care, we're talking physical beauty here, not how it was achieved) Skin: Jenny Spoted, especially face Height: Short Butts: Falling ![]() Boobs: I don't know oh ![]() Where are the judges in the house? |

Of course Shania Twain is the better of the two. I think a lot of people have not listened to a lot of Shania Twain's songs, that's why they don't know what this icon is capable of doing. She's good and totally powerful with music. I could listen to her albums a million times without getting bored. Another thing you can't deny are the lyrics of her songs, they are some of the most beautiful I've ever heard. I could go on and on on Shania Twain, but at the end, I think it's a matter of choice. Whatever you do, listen to her before passing your judgement. . . . . . and the winner is . . of course Shania Twain! |
Missy B:Yes girl! yes, yes, I'll love to be locked up with him there for ever and for all times! |
acidrop:@ Acidrop, This guy is sure an enemy of progress! @ LordChaser, Do you have a crush on QL and Marcia Cross?? That you do doesn't make them drop dead beautiful or gorgeous. I beg oh, I just sampled the opinion of some really hot guys around and they all went 'yuck, please don't say'. I'm confident enough of my beauty and sexuality to notice a beautiful woman and acknowledge her as one, but tell you what, these ladies aren't even on the same line as beautiful! Please open your eyes, I'll rather be as skinny, shapeless and totally lanky as Paris Hilton even though I can't stand her!than be as big as QL cos I want to be 'volumtious!' |
I hate all these comparisms of who is fine and who is not, it's just all so childish. . . . . but in their natural state, Genevieve is prettier. If you bring them out tushed up as celebrities, with all the cosmetic surgeries, skin terapies and all, Genevieve can't get close to Brandy, and if we're talking physical beauty here, that's what matters. No one wants to know weather you were born beautiful or not, what you've become is what matters to them, afterall, no one bargained to be born ugly but you can Behind up. As my friend would say, *if my chic is not pretty, she'll use Mary Kay and become a princess* So, the vote for the prettier lady goes to Brandy who was naturally born ugly but wisened up and got beautiful. See her lucious lips . . . . |
gabrywyl:Gosh! are you serious about putting those ladies in a list of beauties? Please open your eyes I love the line up of beautiful ladies, particularly excited about Halle Berry and Demi Moore, but I wish J'Lo wasn't there as well as Angelina Jolie. I don't really see what's so beautiful about those ladies. One person I think they overlooked though is Alicia Keys. God Bless her gentle soul! she's so so pretty! |
Nautillus:I agree with HOTRED. Those guys are crappy, I don't know why anybody still watches or listens to them. They are so outdated. |
I don't know him but may his soul rest in peace and may God grant his family the fortitude to bear the loss. |
Who's Chris? ![]() Usher! where art thou? Can you imagin being compared to Chris? Please someone stop! Usher is my ultimate man, voice, dance steps, looks *I love his abs!* Every thing. He's my greatest secret fantasy of all times. |
Oh my gosh! that is too much an expensive joke to make! Please don't try it again oh. How can God create such a pretty creature and you give us the impression that it was just to tantalize us and make our mouth water, then, he just disappears into mother earth leaving us with broken hearts?! Please the guy is not dead, he won't die but live to make a woman happy and leave offsprings!
|
Brad Pitt is so over-rated he irritates me. I so don't like him. Handsome? I don't think so. Sexy? not even in the same line. I hate his hair, I hate his eyes, I hate every thing about him! As for Tom Cruise, I only know he exists because of Nicole Kidman. But give me George Clooney any time any day and I'd say 'Oh my gosh!' I love that guy! even though he aren't so young |
I need a self contained apartment in Lekki, *not far from V.I. please*, or Yaba. My budget for the Lekki apartment is 500k while my budget for Yaba is 300k. Please contact me via: yimiton@yahoo.co.uk or Yahoo Instant Messanger (YIM) on yimiton. |
@ Nichol(as) This is very useful thanks. The beauty of information right, it's never stale! Merci tres bien. |
You're correct. It works with the men folks too. |
Because a lot of men *like you* made them so. Why do you suddenly make me remember a pig I saw sometime ago when I was serving. . . . it was eating a sanitary towel! yuck, that was gross. |
This is disgusting 10 ladies blasted you in 20 days, poor you, you must be raw all over. People like Philip Emaeguali went to the same America, made something out of their lives, became world renouned men and today, people worship the very ground they walk on, you're busy flirting with diseases and what have you. I hope you'll start paying child support soon. A word of advice, get a life, do something reasonable with your time, lest you come back home worse than you set out. People like you always have others to blame for their sins. |
I'm trying to remember the title of the home vedio. One Emeka Ike guy was the armed rubber who killed the girl's father. Sooo boooring. |
@ seeu Saying no to sex doesn't mean a lady does not love her man neigther is letting you have it with her mean she loves you. From what you've, she loves you but she's a decent girl who is not willing to compromise her morals for love. If you love her as much as you think you do, you'll be able to respect that fact and wait for sex when she's ready to give it, be prepared, it might be until she's married to you; otherwise, you just might want to take a walk. It's just wrong to pressurize a girl into having sex, if you eventually succeed without her concent but out of pressure from you, the probability that this relationship will last will very slim. If you truely love your gilr, focus your attention on other things that you can do together and take sex out of your mind for now. Things will happen naturally when the time is ripe. You don't have to put a date on it! |
These talks again! How many times are we going to endure such posts? Please look out for some other threads, this story has been over flogged. Besides. . . . . . . . What. .ever |
Gamine:@ Gamine, I suppose you're kidding here, otherwise, I'll tell you that you have a few questions to ask yourself. How come you've been involved with so many players, don't you think there's something wrong somewhere? @ Poster, Sh*t happens; when you fall, pick something up, dust yourself, hold your head high and move on. |
TolaniLuv:And today Drew has broken up with her husband even after about 3 kids. Solonje is not example for any young woman to follow neighter is any Hollywood star. These people can decide to marry because *Oh my gosh, he's so cute* and break up tomorrow because *We needed time off* I'm sure the poster doesn't want to be a divorcee after 3 years of marriage. @ poster, take your time, there's no need to rush. Remember you have all your life time to be a woman but only a very short while to be a girl. Relax and enjoy those few years. |
what about the so-called fiance? was he there when his fiancee was being raped? if yes, he should be ashamed of himself that he stood aside and watched his fiancee being raped. If he thinks it's too bitter an experience for him to continue with the relationship, then, it's good radiance to bad rubbish because he's so incencitive that he wouldn't realize that his fiancee will be more truamatized than he. |
@ Poster, This discision is a big one and it depends on you and your boyfriend not what 'everybody' things. This is because, everybody does not really exist when when you're in trouble, the only person you get to see is nobody. You'll have to sit yourself down and think very well. YOu were practically a child when you started this relationship, it's time to ask yourself if this is actually what you want. Being like you're married and actually being married are two very different things. Once you're married, you can never walk away, it's a life commitement. At this age, you might still be too young to fully realize what you want in a man or in a marriage, I'll advice you wait another two years and if you still feel strongly enough for him to be his wife, then go ahead. Meanwhile, you must never make the mistake of feeling like you've dated him for so long and you're mandated to marry him. Neighter should you get yourself so stuck to him that you'll never know what other people are like. Get some fresh air, experience being friends with other people *Make sure sex is not involved in all these experimentations* get to experience life a little and in about two years time, you'll be ready to make your choice. |
