GboyegaD:Did he provide proof that he was detained for 2 months? What does the university handbook say about issues like this? Reputation matters, dressing matters, your past matters, just look at his photo, he looks more like a tout than a 400 level student. Lecturer can only be faulted for throwing a mug, anything else was well within her rights. |
Funny question because men self dey tire of their wives, eating the smae thing every single week is well.......Boring! In this age, unless you're a broke ass, plenty kitten dey on demand with reasonable pricing. The only choice left now is whether you'll be a devoted customer that tastes different meals every week or you'll be one of those customers that only comes in once in a blue moon ![]() Let this be known, never ever force a woman to have sex with you, na only animals dey do that, in fact if your wife is constantly not in the mood and you've tried your best to put her in the mood over and over again, you have done your duty as a man! Let your conscience be clean and fire away ![]()

AlieninPH:You're simply a comedian! China is now your role model? You need to hop on Discord or Telegram and see how their citizens are lamenting, crypto was invented because the future of fiats is in jeopardy. A nation can just print money out of nowhere and claim it is backed by non existent commodity(USA). Trillions can just disppear and a nation will simply restructure its currency(Ghana, Greece) and yet crypto is the pyramid scheme? There's a saying, "you get more threatened by things you do not understand". I suggest you educate yourself rather than spewing garbage! |
Harddiskng:You're right, bad belle everywhere! |
Kiasa:Maybe before the year 2000 this was true but Nigerian women right now don dey para pass men. Dem go first finish you for social media and then deal with you spiritually or emotionally. She'll have you sleeping with one eye open and afraid of your own shadow ![]() |
einsteine:You're not making sense! For someone that is trying so hard to seem neutral your words bretray you. First you didn't bother to read where they said email is not enough that he ahd to show up physically. Next, you find it hard to belive the victim yet find it easy to trust that a Nigerian bank cannot misbahave, how is this different from asking a rape victim what she wore or a victim of police brutality what he said to deserve such beating? Even if there are no petitions, you would still justify such treatment if the guy was a crypto or forex trader. It is obvious your mode of thought is guilty till proven innocent(typical suffer mentality) hence this is a waste of my time and energy.....Don't bother replying......PEACE! |
einsteine:Try and read the post again, a young man who makes money by designing, this is more likely a freelancer. On Fiverr and Upwork, it is not farfetched to be able to make 500k or more every month or two. |
einsteine:I've noticed a pattern in this country, whether it is rape, police shooting or kidnapping, we almost always blame the victim. Something must have caused it, it can't just be a business misbehaving or a power move against the helpless.....SOMETHING THE VICTIM DID MUST HAVE CAUSED IT.....SMH! |
AntiWailer:Yes you expalin to the bank, if they are not satisfied they put a hold on the funds and either send it back to the origination point or ask you for more proof. EFCC over 800k? Madness! |
solasoulmusic:Imagine if your bank called EFCC every time you make or cash out a large sum......Explaining is not the problem, the problem is the EFCC involvement over a measly sum like 800k. |
AntiWailer:You guys just love being treated like animals, if a bank cannot verify validity of funds through the documents provided and must involve EFCC for a measley 800k(Less than 2,000 usd) then that bank is a failure. MUST EVERY YOUTH BE TREATED LIKE CRIMINALS IN THIS COUNTRY? DEM SWEAR FOR UNA? |
faoogoke:Anybody that is willing to work hard and smart will prosper overseas, you might not be wealthy or known but you'll pay your bills, feed your family and possibly build up savings while enjoying greater quality healthcare, security etc. Speaking about racism and police harassment, one can argue that Nigerian police, army, touts are more dangerous than majority of police harassment abroad. One can also argue that tribalism and bigotry is just as bad as racism. So the real question here should be, what is really best for the youth? A country that almost guarantees you have a better future or one that almost guarantees your dreams will slowly die? |
Kiasa:You don't fear the man, you fear what he represents. You fear losing the comfort, losing the affection, you fear having a broken home. All these are valid fears when you have done something unthinkable like cheating, violence etc. Same goes for men, when they get caught cheating, they start fearing their wife's reaction, would she file for a divorce, report to parents, etc? |
While most of you will blame the police you see on the street, keep in mind they are only following orders. Their DPO must meet quota, DPO is also following orders from above, it is corruption that leads all the way to the top. No way to stop it until the Senate reforms police, unforunately that is like asking thieves to monitor other thieves......MISSION IMPOSSIBLE! |
Basalt:There's nothing to be afraid of, just conduct your feasibility study on her very well, also calculate the risk, legally they can't take anything that you own in 9ja but if you married your wife legally in 9ja then she can still sue you and get something from you from a Nigerian court. Ultimately the best assets are those not in your name, those digital or easy to carry. A Patek or Rolex can easily be worth as much as real estate property, always be one step ahead! |
Amanda4life:Define pure heart? Anyone can sin, anyone can become compromised, even Bible said "all have sinned and fallen short", remember it is not about now, it is about future possibilities. Will that man/woman be the same when we introduce millions or billions, would they still fast and pray when the back of their neck is full of fat and their bellies looking like Mount Kilimanjaro? ![]() |
In this life everything na 50% planning 50% blessing. I no date my wife for up to 6 months before I decided to marry her. Brought her to the USA and aside from the normal arguments between couples, no wahala whatsoever, it's been over 5 years now. The greatest advice here is to ask yourself, who does the woman fear or respect? Look at her upbringing, her religious inclination, her views on life and family. It's quite simple, any woman can mess up for any reason, it is a combination of hormones and nature, the key here is what exactly pulls her back to normalcy? Her parents? God? Love for her kids? Love for her husband? If her motivation is money, clout, fame etc, sooner or later the little love that she has for you would poof and disappear, she would find every reason to leave or destroy you from 30 seconds man to woman beater. Abroad no be 9ja where gra gra works, over here you must operate in stealth mode, never ever put all your eggs in one basket. Even tho you love your wife with all your heart, always have savings/assets set aside for the worst case scenario.....May God help us all! |
Omo fun won SWAGA, owo ati SWAGA . Awon werey, everything na cruise for this country, even politics ![]() |
BluntTheApostle:Sorry you're not making any sense! Is Nigeria not part of OPEC? I would advise you to go and look at their charter and realize how ignorant it sounds to suggest Nigeria does not have avenues to sell it's crude oil. U.S has always had oil but it rarely ever touches it, our biggest buyer when it comes to oil has always been Europe and Asia, I fail to see any data that suggests sales from those areas are slowing. Furthermore, can you state the cost of subsidies and importing petroleum? The savings that could be gained from those two wasteful ventures is enough to build one or two refineries. Sorry but science and data does not support your argument! Your rhetoric baffles me, he crushed boko haram yet the North is still not peaceful, he traded boko haram for unknown killer gunmen, kidnappers and murdering Fulani herdsmen. You are not being honest with yourself if you believe the security situation of this country is better now than in 2011 or 2015. Boko Haram was a regional problem in 2011 and 2015 now we have a national problem with kidnappings, killers roaming freely all over the nation. Finally, let me get this straight, you are claiming it was necessary to move us from about 7 million dollars in debt in 2015 to 33 million in debt in 2021, over 350% increase in our debt obligations because we are in a recession plus fighting extremists and dwindling income? Can you show me one economic sector that has benefit from this death trap? We all know in a recession, government must borrow but usually the result becomes apparent in a few months to a year. So let's compare the data: What was the unemployment rate in 2015? What is it now? What was the inflation rate in 2015? What is it now? What was the exchange rate in 2015? What is it now? Compare food prices in 2015 to now? Some items have risen over 1000% and you sit here with a straight face defending this man? Buhari is trying you said, he is trying to do what exactly? Ruin the country through poverty and starvation? You can keep blaming past governments all you want but once again data is not on your side. Obasanjo left the best economy we had seen in a very long time, we actually boast of one of the largest growing economy in the world, Ya'rdua barely lasted 18 months, so the only true excuse was GEJ. This is simple, can you show me any oil producing nation that cannot refine its own oil? You used USA as an example so let me do the same, they borrowed huge amount to come out of a recession, they fought war against terrorists and also have their own internal issues but guess what? The funds borrowed resulted in huge gains for the economy especially the areas of unemployment and social welfare. You said the damages Nigeria received cannot be rectified in 10 years, so what is your estimation for seeing improvement? 20 years, 40 years, 100 years or 500 years? Okay let's forget improvement at least maintain the status quo, what the f*ck happened to the exchange rate? Food prices? It's a good thing that you're Nigerian and arguing on a Nigerian website, if you typed this rubbish on international forums or in front of intellectuals, they might certify you as delusional.....In fact I've already given you too much time....PEACE! |
BluntTheApostle:Reduce wastage(What exactly did we borrow money for?)! If there was no other choice than to borrow then the borrowed funds must be used to invest in security, refineries and other meaningful infrastructural developments. No country thrives on insecurity and cluelessness. You keep mentioning oil price decline but oil was sub $50 per barrel when Buhari took over, now it is over $80 per barrel, how long would we continue blaming oil price? Furthermore, did Buhari and his team show any sign of diversifying from oil? They took control, did their feasibility studies and were well versed in the shortcomings of GEJ's administration, what exactly did they learn from it? What was the plan? You asked would I borrow to build refineries? Is it not better than to borrow money to fund political trips and stomach infastructure? How can a country that produces crude oil be held ransom by those that are refining it to the point that the government has to subsidize prices? RIDICULOUS! Finally, Rome was not built in a day! You can't fail on 90% of your campaign promises and still have the guts to ask Nigerians to trust you. With all of Bubu's fault, if he took care of insecurity and refineries alone, he would have cemeneted his place in Nigeria's history books as the best president ever instead of this charade and demented style of leadership! |
edmaraja:Yea I guess only one option left, cash out like Joshua. |
Ghostmode2two:Unfortunately that's not how it works, in emergency situations you are given commands not explanations. |
Congrats champ but he was sloppy in this fight especially when loading his punches but when you are champ you can afford to take risks. There is no more competition in this weight class, the most they can do now is offer him a big payday to lose a fight or move him into the next weight class, the guy is just too dominant. |
BluntTheApostle:You are the one still missing the point, the president is the number one citizen in the country, he is numero uno, the commander in chief. Failure to build refineries, failure to diversify is HIS FAULT! How long would we continue giving leaders free pass and blame previous administrations? Where does accountability begin? It's been 6 f*cking years now, are things better now than in 2015? Come off it my friend, come off it! |
stayclearofme:Like I said, this is not about the reputation of the police but what is right or wrong in the eyes of the law, it has nothing to do with abroad, forget building collapse, would you advise civilians to rescue people in a house fire when firefighters are present? In dangerous situations protection of human lives comes first, you don't lose the bird in hand in hope to catch one more! |
BluntTheApostle:Guy just keep quiet if you have nothing sensible to say! You can get away with blaming GEJ for the first 4 years but Buhari's failures in his second term is his OWN damn fault! He is a specialist in failure and how long will you continue blaming oil price? Oil is at the highest in over 5 years now, oil is not responsible for killer unknown gunmens, it is not responsible for failing to fix or build refineries and it is definitely not responsible for kidnappings. I know you are a very confident guy so can you list Buhari's achievement and compare it to his campaign promises? Even the most die hard supporter of Buhari would cover his or her head in shame! |
Ghostmode2two:Yes it was very right, even abroad you are whisked away from the rescue site and the rescuing is left to professionals. Anything can happen from dust inhalation to more structural collapse, just because police are terrorists in uniform does not mean all their actions are unjustified. |
bdon123:You're not being realistic, there's no way your father would be Dangote and you wouldn't expect him to leave you anything! Even if na goat or dog, there should be an expectation of some form of inheritance ![]() |
Flamemignon1:What are you ranting about? Must you people pick fights with every word or sentence? We all have a job to educate, whether you embrace it or not, it is still a duty shared by all. I just adviced him to choose love when they throw hate at him but then again you missed the entire point and chose to attack instead....Na wa o, vauhulence everywhere ![]() |
Rydermaverick:You're not going to have honest discussions by being defensive all the time, you claim the responses are not sensible yet you offer nothing but rebuke, try educating or informing them of what you know, you'll be surprised that you might learn a few things yourself! |
rollywise:Na so so rubbish you dey see, same way you see Osibanjo as a good leader.....abi hunger don dey affect your vision? |
rollywise:No wonder you dey hail Osibanjo, werey, poverty don scatter him life ![]() |
