I and my fiancé started going to this church program that helps people with speaking in tongues disability. It’s an every weekend (Saturday’s and Sunday’s) program in one church like that. Which held for 2 months.


The “heaven must fall” prayers for that two month is very tiring mehn!!!

Good day NL fam. I need your help to get my fashion business back.

I started this business about 4 years ago sewing for clients and running a fashion school which had been good. I had a fairly large number of clients which takes care of the business expenses and meeting up with some other minor demands.

We needed space and organisation which prompted me to move into a 2 bedroom apartment of which the difference in rent is small. Most of our clients , over 95% came from online ads and referrals.

As such we had no fear that it will be business as usual since we do not operate with passers by patronising Us.

Since we moved into our new place in same location., since January, business has been dead speaking on a soft term.

We run adverts even better than before , every month is a more sad story. No patronage at all. The school is practically on hold right now as no one is enrolling for our programs.

We have been keeping hope alive but it seems not worthwhile. In 3 months to come , we hope to renew our rent. And as we speak , not even a tenth is available as savings.

Please help me with suggestions on how to revive this business. Thank you.

P.s: Expenses did not increase at all. We didn't employ new staff.

Don't just move business anyhow most especially to just any available building. Did you ask questions about previous occupants before moving into the place? I know compounds in my vicinity where nobody moves into, and there's no one staying there, those who stayed there at certain points in time had to flee because nothing worked for anyone the moment they stepped foot in there. I'm not trying to put fear in you but there's one difference from your success story to your present predicament, you better run as far as your legs can carry you

There is no day she does not take pictures to upload on facebook,Instagram and her WhatsApp status.Competing in social media stunts with her friends and others.

She is also very used to eating outside as she did not think of going to d market to say she wanted to cook for herself,let alone me.

She was always eating at fast food restaurants and I spent about 20-25k weekly on patronising fast food for her.

Sometimes,she even asked me to buy for her friends and siblings.

I also gave her 15k every weekend to make her hair and nails and #50k monthly as pocket money.

At d end of last year,she demanded for an iphone x which I bought for her at d rate of #380k.

Despite all these,I was still tolerating her until she graduated and wanted to go for NYSC.She insisted on serving in Abuja and requested that I worked her posting with #100k which I gave her and another #200k to get all her materials for camping and pocket money.

When she left camp,she insisted that she didn't want to share room with anybody, that I shld rent a self contain for her @ #700k which I did by withdrawing part of my long term savings to do and another #400k to furnish d house.

Since she resumed in her primary place of assignment she uses Taxify @ #2k daily and instead of cooking,she orders food online to be delivered to her at home.Most times,#1,500 per meal,which is at least a minimum of #3k daily.

I was giving her #70k monthly as feeding & transport but b'cos she eats out,had to demand for more pocket money and I increased it to #100k monthly which excludeds now #20k for her hair and nails weekly.

She also sends her clothes to d dry cleaners as she does not wash her clothes herself.

In the last 6 months she has demanded for a total of #120k in total to buy clothes and I send data of about 4gb to her weekly which she exhaust in no time b'cos she spends most part of her life on social media.

Always talking about d babes who drive Benz in Abuja,how they dress and how she wants to be famous on d social media.She even talks about her friends who sleep with politicians and earn #200k and above.

I just bought human hair of #40k for her last month.

I now feel she is just with me for the benefits.

This is a girl I ve made up my mind that I want to marry b'cos I love her so so much but am beginning to ve a second thought,while I don't want to loose her to another man b'cos I ve sacrificed a lot of my time,emotions and finances on her.
