Politics › Re: Northeast/north West Presidential Election Percentages by chinchum(m):
From this analysis, obi has no national spread as he wont be a factor in the northern states.

Tinubu should aim to win in at least 15 states and highest votes. If the candidate with most number of votes fail to achieve 25% in 24 states then a runoff will be with next candidate who won the 2nd most number of STATES. I hope Obi wins all SS and SE states that is 11 states. This election requires strategy a lot. A worst case scenario is Tinubu having the 3rd most number of votes but winning more states than the candidate with the second most number of votes and forcing a run off if the candidate with most number of votes do not achieve 25% in 24 states+fct

A runoff between obi and tinubu is a walkover. Tinubu will win hands down.

No one ever had this quality of a manifesto since contesting for Presidency in the history of Nigeria.

Make no mistake, Tinubu will be Nigerias first intelligent president. A senior professional in reputable companies like Deloite and Exxon Mobil who later ventured to politics at less than 40 years is a rarity.

He combines sagacity needed in Nigerias politics with a great deal of common sense. The latter is lacking in most Nigerian politicians. Those who typically have the latter are not in politics.

Tinubu is the most maligned politician because he was the face of opposition that captured power from PDP after 16 years of failure.
Politics › Re: Throwback 2019 Presidential Election Result How Will Tinubu Win These States? by chinchum(m): 7:53am On Oct 19, 2022
out of 14 states governed by APC in the north, he will win at least 9 states. Remember there are 19 states in the North. and PDP control only 5. Of the 5 states, it is suffering crisis in Benue state. PDP will lose Benue in 2023 presidential election.

Tinubu will win in at least 15 states of the federation.

I haven’t been able to come online as I’ve been busy with work and caring for my wife and newborn baby. I was shocked when I came online to see insults instead of congratulations.

I didn’t beg anyone for money yet nairalanders called me hungry and poor.
Some even went as far as saying my children will grow up to be armed robbers and prostitutes.

Since I married my wife, I have never begged or borrowed. I work hard to cater for my family.
Sorry about that, I see you have a positive heart. CONGRATULATIONS !

Remember this for goodness sake, i know you love those kids, and solely because of that you need to start planning for them now, and that starts from putting a stop to the number of kids you have for now. There are times and seasons for everything. While you are aspiring for better times, what happens if you lose your job? what happens if your wife falls sick for a prolonged time? Do yourself or wife have life insurance? You now have princes and princess. Take good care of them, money is also not the only requirement to take care of the kids, you need time. To adequately raise one is no small task. PUT A STOP please, i am sorry i gave this unsolicited advice, One day you may look back and appreciate it, Our worldview changes as we grow older also.

I will maintain Tinubu will be the first intelligent president we are going to have in 2023. I made this statement when he won the primaries in June 2022.

I am certain to my guts.

Solving Nigerias problems will involve a great deal of common sense, and there will be no magic bullet like many gullible youths believe.

It was a perfect analogy that captured the dilemma of sub-saharan African nations.

No way in hell, someone driven by hate can realise the import of the statement.

The west with many of the climate change direction like kyoto protocol e.t.c is not fair on African continent.

I will prefer Nigeria create coal driven power plants that are easy to run , cheap and realiable to solve our energy needs than to begin to worry about Carbon emissions. USA sounds like a hypocrite when 1/3rd of its power plant is coal driven but wants poorer nations with less industrialisation that have contributed next to nothing carbon emissions to indirectly pay.

1. Pdp will perform significantly poorer in all the 11 SS and SE states and at least 1 SW state(Lagos states), at least 1 NC state( Benue) in 2023 presidential election than in did in 2019 election.

2. 51% of Atikus votes in 2019 presidential election came from the SE, SS and SW

3. Apc still controls 14 of the 19 northern states and will get at least 45-50% of the votes in the presidential election from the NW, NE and NC

4. Apc will perform better at the 2023 presidential elections in the South West than it did in 2019.

5. Pdp performance in the NW and NE will improve in 2023 presidential election than 2019

6. Apc performance at the 2023 presidential election will at the worst case scenario be similar in SE and SS to the 2019 presidential election.

Like you read up there, I don't actually know my age, but I can remember some event way back,
I lost my mum and dad so early and I grew up with grandma.

I remember my uncle coming to take me back to lag, in year 2000 precisely and I remember very well when that bomb blast at Ikeja cantoment happened for days in Lagos.

Now key important things to know is, when my uncle came to take me back to lag it was during third term holidays and I was on my way to primary 2 then but when I got to lag he enrroll me to private school and I was taken back to nursery 3 because baba (me) no Sabi even speak English as at then, and I still remember that very moment very well.

So like how many years of age do you guys think I might be then cuz all the memories are still fresh in my brain so for me to still remember everything then, I am thinking maybe i was 7 or 9 then. I'm so confuse.
bomb blast happened Jan. 27 2002. That is basic and you can find it on the internet. That is 20 years ago.

Tell me one state that he won't get 25% in d north that makes u worry? The margin of this election might be large, just wait nd see.
he may not get 25% in Adamawa.

pinkgoodies:
Well. He is right.. BAT will get much votes in every northern state, same as in the south. Obi won't in most, also he has cancelled out Atikus vote in the SS n SE, even some in SW.. margin of victory for the winner will be little. I see a Runoff coming, unless the winner gets 50% of votes, leaving the other 50% for other candidates. which is likely not possible.
BAT needs simple majority, he does not need 50%, he will get less than 50%, i predict about 38%. To avoid a runoff, he needs at least 25 % in fct and a minimum of 24 states, my little worry, although he has a good chance of achieving that. He may lose in a runoff.
Politics › Re: Pictures From Peter Obi Rally In Osogbo by chinchum(m):
This is not a rally to be worried about.I have maintained that Tinubu is oncourse to be elected, he will get the simple majority vote. what he needs to ensure he achieves is there is no reerun that will exclude both Atiku and Obi on the ballot.

In the south, Tinubu will not lose most of the Southern votes that Buhari got in 2019, in actual fact, he will gain more especially in the SW.

In the North, Tinubu is not Buhari, he will lose at least 30% of the votes Buhari got in 2019. However the strong APC structure in most of the 19 northern states will be useful

Tinubu will win 40% of votes cast in the north and about 30% in the south.

Obi needs to remain strong to really steal at least 70% of bulk votes from SE and SS that went to PDP in 2019. Pdp won about 80% of the total votes from these regions in 2019.

Obi interestingly will harvest pdp votes even from SW especially Lagos.

PDP will be really worried.

Buhari s failings was not primarily because of his health issues, it was because he could not deliver what was not available to his capability.

Our leaders should focus on basic education.

We shouldn't even be talking about tertiary education as our universities and Polytechnics are alma maters of mediocres who would go beyond sophomore year nowhere else apart from this country. The bulk of them do not deserve admission into these institutions in the first place.

A lot of Nigerians do not know numbers. Yes, they do not understand figures.

I have gotten into arguments many times with a lot of them. On one occasion, one told me that Burna boy has 80 billion dollars. He even showed me a Nigerian blog that said so grin.

He may genuinely believe that 5 million people marched grin. It was only about four days ago that one of them said that Tinubu married his wife at 8 because he is 70 and his wife is 62.
quantitative analysis is nil. Critical thinking is also zero. I believe govt should spend bulk of the education budget on primary and secondary education.

Less than 25,000 people are at these rallies. An average stadium sits 40,000 people. When they lose election now , they will claim 5 million came out for the rally. Delusion of grandeur.

What many don't realise is that Lagos could have been a disaster of epic proportion if not for the stringent traffic laws. I remember as of 80s and 90s in some part of Lagos island, number plate of cars with even and odd numbers have days they can ply some roads. I bet the number of vehichles on lagos road have quadripule in the last 30-40 years. Lastma and some government agencies have placed serious fear in many lagosians heart to do the right thing.

The average lagosian or nigerian does not respect the law , they can only FEAR the law. Nigerians are good at criticising and wanting the best but not doing the right thing. There is absolutely no difference between the average Nigerian leader and the average Nigerian follower.

Driving against traffic is a more serious crime than overspeeding. Victims are caught unawares in most cases. It is a manslaughter attempt IMO. The alternative to confisticating the vehicles should be at least 2 years jail term. Offenders can then choose.
Family › Re: Mothers Please Advice A Frustrated Married Man. by chinchum(m): 5:32pm On Sep 14, 2022
Militant1:
I will try to be brief and straight to the point.

My wife stays up late (11pm -12 am) every blessed day.... That's the problem.

We live in Lagos and have 2kids, 3yo and 8 months. My wife was working before but left the job when she gave birth. There is a job waiting for her when the baby is 1y6mnths, therefore she is a stay at home mom.

We live on the mainland but I work on the island so I live home as early as five. In our house we have all the amenities you can think of; 24 hrs light (NEPA plus inverter), running water, gas, 2 washing machines etc to make a home 95percent comfortable but my wife can't seem to cope and it started when we had one child.

She doesn't wash my clothes, my office shirts and suits are given to dry cleaner to arrange while my other laundry I do myself every weekend with the washing machine.

When I get home by 7pm or 8, that's when she now starts rushing to bath the kids and prepare dinner, so we eat by 9 or 10. Before the kids play play and play, by 11pm we are still awake. Sometimes I go to bed by midnight and have to wake up by 4am to go to work again. It's impacting on my health and my work. She will sleep by 12 am and wake up by 8 or 9am the following day.

I have tried to beg and appeal to her. If I eat out and come home to just sleep, she go dey vex. If I just come home shower and sleep the kids who have passed their bedtime will be playing and when madam is ready to sleep they won't agree to sleep. She will beat them, guess who they will come crying to- daddy that just started sleeping and has to wake by 4am, I will now pet and pet till 2am before kids sleep.. I have advised her that kids have a bedtime(8pm). When I man up and off the tv by 9pm and tell everyone to go to bed, she says I am disrespecting her. She reports me to her mum.

Worse still our sex life is horrible... We have sex like once in 2 month.. At 35 I am in my sex prime and can Bleep everyday but she doesn't seem to care about me because she is always tired am I pity her so I don't demand sex so much.

I fully understand stay at home is not easy and I help her when.

I tried to create a schedule for her.

Wake up by 6am
By 7 she suppose don clean finish
By 8 breakfast should be ready for her, kids
9-10am bath herself and the kids
10-12 do any other stuff in the house
12-3pm rest, watch movies, chill
3-5pm... Do whatever she likes
5pm boil water and bath the kids
6pm she don bathe and bath kids
7pm... Food don done... Everything dey freezer
8pm we eat
By 9 everyone goes to bed and we knack 1hr

I throw the trash every day
Na me dey go market buy foodstuff
On weekends I clean the house
I wash my all my clothes
I provide all the finance in the house
I satisfy her on the bed when we naka. She begs me that she's tired
I buy her gifts, drop 3k for her everyday
Why should we have a house help when she is a stat at home mum (for now)

So what's the problem..

Mothers, are my demands too much?
Mothers, please when do you close your kitchen and go to bed?
Are you still awake by 11pm every blessed day.
Am I crazy?

Please advice me.

I have begged her, pleaded, shouted, done everything. Sometimes I intentionally come home late (10-11pm) thinking that the kids have gone to bed but my first child will be watching cartoon.

Please advice me. I am going crazy, Lagos is stressful
She is quite self centered. I can deduce from the fact that she gets angry when you eat out and want to sleep when she knows you have to leave for work by 5am, yet she doesnt care if you sleep by 12am. She can afford to wakeup by 8am and even catch nap during the day. Also, sex once in 2 months is an attribute of self centeredness. It is okay to have low sex drive, but there must be through communication and planned steps to fix and improve the situation as it affects the other party.

Point her self-centeredness actions to her. You must be firm, bathing the kids should be after meal possibly by 8pm and they can go to bed thereafter. dinner preparation should start before 7pm.

Prinxzona10:
Let me just open up a very vital secret now and I would want everybody to pay attention to every details because it came from three different sources that were present in the meeting.

Northerners never wanted to contest for any presidency buh what they did was to first, called Tinubu in a meeting to give a South Easterner a chance buh Tinubu refused, after some weeks, they reconveyed another meeting and repeated the same thing and Tinubu bluntly refused with a serious anger this time and they asked him to at least, allow a South South buh Tinubu also blatantly refused again...

Atiku held a meeting with Wike with few others about the South Eastern candidate though majority bought the idea buh Wike was undecided because his reason was that APC will field Tinubu,Osibanjo or Amechi,so since they are all from South West and South South,he has an equal right to contest, which is partially understandable then..

Then Atiku held a meeting with Tinubu to convince him to support a South Easterner buh he refused again and all these while,APC was looking at Ogbonnaya Onu and Dave Umahi buh by extension of the South South, the only candidate they have in minds was Rotimi Amechi while PDP was rooting for only Peter Obi because PDP never thought about extending it beyond South East.

Remember that Osibanjo and Amechi etc don't have much resistant power because the first decider was Tinubu..

So, when all the pleads for Tinubu to allow a South Easterner a chance in APC failed,Atiku then started strategizing on becoming the president and Tinubu's resistant also emboldens Wike to come out in full force and started preparing himself for the presidential primaries under PDP.

So for this very Oba that said the power must come to the south,he's a very cunningly dubious and hypocritical man because they've seen that Tinubu stands no chance( via at it stands now,the presidential election is between Peter Obi and Atiku),he then started to lament and his useless lamentation is not about the south buh it's all about the south west through Tinubu.

Some of these people are very wicked, selfish and ignorantly hypocritical in nature hence the reason they are not stable and wouldn't be truthful for once in their lives about justice, fairness and equity especially when it comes to the presidential turn in Nigeria.

So because Tinubu wouldn't get it,then they will resort to Oduduwa agitation via their second option and this was the reason some brainwashed urchins hates Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and Chief Sunday Igboho..

Lastly, take it or you leave it,if they(the Northerners) do not rig Atiku in,then Peter Obi will definitely win because the handwriting is on the wall already.

NB: if Atiku become the president, the blame should go to Tinubu by extension Wike...
These two men scuttled the chances of the Southerner especially Tinubu because he was the architect of all these just to satisfy his selfish and wicked ambition buh lets see how his evil ambition will come to fulfillment..

Make an inquiry about my revelation and don't just try to sound woke to gaslight my statement because it doesn't suit any narrative you're pushing especially when it comes to the choice of your presidential candidate.

I rest my case..Gracias!!!!
loads of jargon to brainwash dolts.

Obi must not be disqualified. He is doing a good job on the ballot for the emergence of Tinubu. It is simple strategy, he is APC s pawn on the chess board as long as he does not get to the final row on the chess board. 2023 election is strategy before numbers. A good chess player will understand why APC need Obi doing well in SE and some SS states. APC cant afford PDP to do really well in lagos, SE and SS like they did in 2019.

Obi can not get the required at least 25% of total votes in more than 11 states. He is condemned on that basis. Any smart person should have realised that by now. You cant be declared without having at least 25% in 24 states and FCT.
