Try to do a full year at your PPA when you know it. Talk to them, develop a relationship with them and try to do a full year. You'll only need to do maybe 2 months extra or so.

You should be able to get her over with family sponsorship much later. That's what you should focus on.

You should be able to use either your GTB dollar card, if you have one, or your GTB naira card. I think some have used the GTB naira card without issues, as long as you don't exceed the monthly limit.

Was this a diploma obtained after a series of courses in a college or just the seasonal courses from Alliance Francaise? If it's the latter, then unfortunately you can't. WES won't evaluate that as additional degree.
If you know French well enough however, you can test the waters with TEF and see if you can have that as second language to boost your CRS.

If you have a diploma which can be assessed as an additional certificate, your score should be way more than 430.
430 is what you max out on with Bachelors only. Your score should be in the 460 range.

Good day great people.
I sent my ATS transcript to WES in October in sealed and stamped envelope as requiered. When i checked my profile like 4days after entering the tracking number, it showed dat it has been( received but give few days for processing). I later checked 3 days after and it was updated on my profile that the transcript had been received and i do not need to do anything at this point. I later checked my profile few days after to see if they had sent to ICAN office for verification but to my greatest surprise, the profile has suddenly changed to ATS transcript not received. I sent a mail to them on this and they replied that i shld send my tracking no which i have done but since then they kept mute after several mails and reminders. The status still remains the same as Transcript Not received. Can anyone advise on what to do? Im really tired of this as this is over month now

There is a chance the transcript may have been opened before deliver to WES. That could be why they've not updated it on your profile after receiving it. You need to follow up with WES to ensure your transcript was delivered intact.

Maybe now then is the time to do a summary. Hope this helps.

Good morning everyone, My hubby has a discrepancy with the name on his BSc. For example, let's say his name is Uchenna or Olusegun but his certificate bears Uchechukwu or Oluwasegun, is it correction of name or one and the same person affidavit he is meant to do? The certificate bears the correct middle name though.

The error was from his Jamb admission letter and he used the name like that all through school and throughout his working career. All his other documents bear the correct name Uchenna/Olusegun, Middle Name and surname.

You really shouldn't bother. This doesn't look like a big deal. But if you wanna put your mind at rest, go ahead and do the "one and the same person affidavit" earlier referred to.

Work reference letter is a mandatory requirement. Or you could use an alternative as some have pointed out here. But you absolutely need to prove your years of experience. Yes, there are those who have attached those other supporting docs and got PPR.

Ensure you and your husband get the max scores on IELTS. Then enter the pool with that. That'd give you about 420-something ish. Between now and next year there's a very good chance it can get you ITA.
And trust me, there's been a ton of people in your exact shoes (Bsc only and no special points boosters) who still got this PPR, whether via PNP or FSW. I can reel out names, but that'd be unnecessary.

I don't agree there's a requirement for "everything" to be in colour. Some? Yes, especially those explicitly specified. But everything? I don't think so.

This is quite unfortunate. While I feel the agent may have indeed applied for you, I think heis being deliberately difficult in order to collect more money from you in the future. Just my feeling

You can actually cancel your representative or file a complaint against him here. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/representative.asp

Note that you can only file a formal complaint if the agent is authorized. If an agent collects money from you, then such agent should be authorized. I suspect this agent may not be authorized, but still have collected money from you. If this is the case, then he's in serious violation of CIC's own regulation and you can under this pretext withdraw from his services. Check out that link above.

If the agent is unauthorized, you can still cancel though. In that form, you don't have to fill your application number since you don't even know it.

One more thing, if you share all your details we can use your CRS score to determine if indeed you got ITA the day he said you did. You can do this privately with anyone here if you want.

Just let your friend know that even if he gets PPR, his papers will be resting on BC not knowing yet. I did some looking into this your case. Some persons on the canadavisa forum have applied successfully with ECA carrying /ab reference. If you are in doubt, I suggest you just send an email to them or call their care line.

And today, woke up to find out the additional documents have changed to "We do not need additional documents"
