Mbdovey:But come here fess, lemme ask you something... Why is it that you people don't like to ask for these kinds of help from your fellow womenss dem? Must it be from men? |

Brothers, please make some money or at least try to. Be your own person and be able to hold your own. Anyone who tells you that money doesn't give you value, run from them...run very far from them. They can't be trusted. |
“Many years of evidence shows that it is the U.S. that is the fomenter of regional unrest, the violator of the international order and the destroyer of world peace,” he said. What sensible adult alive on earth today doesn't/shouldn't already know this? It's much more than two decades even. How about we go as far back as Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, etc... The only people who believe that the US is the good fella, are the US themselves and others who are most certainly high on urine. |
bukatyne:If those laws actually exist (I'm doubtful because I found that news terribly half-arsed), there are still loopholes. ![]() For instance, is there a time duration for how long a man can go home late or not eat his wife's food, before it will qualify as emotional abuse? What if the man tells his wife he's going on a very important trip while pretending all is well, but secretly he just wants to avoid the house and her food? What if he is like me who will continue eating a woman/wife's food, coming home early, even having dispassionate sex with her, but can still 100% maintain my emotional disconnect and aloofness, will I qualify as an emotional abuser since they shot themselves in the foot by specifying the criteria for emotional abuse? Again, I don't think that shít is real. It even sounds extremely silly just reading it out aloud to myself and I can't imagine how someone could be saying all of that and maintain a straight face all through. Well he/she could be a professional comic actor, who knows? ![]() |
bukatyne:Long gist on that end, can't get into the bulk of it..lol . But just imagine NL arguments/disagreements, only much more refined. On the issue of obedience/submission, I very much agree with her. I even made a similar explanation to someone on your thread about dominant men where I told her that submission is not the same thing as servitude. And like the Pastor said in the video, most people interpret these things based on their own perspectives (I would say psychologically-influnced human perspectives), not that of the Bible. It's the reason why these women will hear the word submission/submissive, and their guards just go up... Mental ![]() Regarding sexual positions, this bit particularly did generate a lot of talk in there. Summary from the ladies was, a man will still cheat if he wants to – doesn't matter if his wife hangs from the ceiling to fück him. ![]() Well, that's true but then I figure that the Pastor is referring to marriages that were already godly to start with – meaning marriage to a good man with principles. Pastor Funke is good people in my opinion anyway. I don't agree with everything she says, but she ain't bad... I can tell ![]() |
bukatyne:Like I noted on the first page in my conversation with angelfallz, sensible men will/should continue gaming the system for as long as possible. Every law, or more specifically, laws that have to do with policing the relationship between men and women, will always have loopholes that can be exploited... and exploited they should. Cunny man die, cunny man bury am. |
descarado:I don't like it when people do this, I'm too strong-willed to be dared like this. ![]() Now you've made my curiosity more curious. What was happening inside? ![]() |
bukatyne:Happy Sunday to you too B. About the video, way ahead of you. ![]() Someone posted it on one of my group chats yesterday and it brought up an interesting conversation lasting more than an hour. ![]() The woman does have her good points, I must admit |
ubunja:A very necessary pushback, honestly. |
descarado:Lol... if he's serious, goes to court and convincingly puts forth a case that is based on a genuine need to be included in the child's life, he will almost certainly be granted visitation rights. No fair judge will deliberately keep a child away from its biological father without strong cause. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for that gist form the inner room. That you even thought I would forget means you don't know me at all... ![]() |

Peace talks and deals in every corner of the middle-east. ![]() Only God knows if any of this would be happening had the murderous war-monger called Killary Clinton won elections in 2016. |
Nwaotu:Don't take this argument to court. What you intend doing should ONLY be because you want to be in your child's life, nothing else. |
Nwaotu:If visitation means that much to you and you have exhausted all avenue to reason with her parents, then take it to court. You will spend some money though. |
DissTroy:Lol, as expected. |
MrBrownJay1, anti-spambot? |
These peace deals are not the kind of information some media organizations like to include in their news cycles. ![]() |
angelfallz:I need her to die mad from the constant rejection and inability to gain my attention. That particular alternate will be banned soon just like the last one and she'll create another. Na the work wey I don give her be this. |
MrBrownJay1:No they won't, they can't split property when they break up. So it's not quite exact, is it? Again, it all has to do with the lifestyle you guys live... So If you live and consider yourselves as a husband and wife, then it doesn't matter whether or not you live together, have kids together or property together, you will stIll be considered common law husband and wife. Those are some of the specific criteria for qualifying as common-law couples, and here you are claiming it doesn't matter. ![]() You also talked about husband and wife lifestyle, he called himself her husband, etc... Is this some information you're privy to from an insider, because I saw no such thing on this news. But like I noted earlier, I'm willing to believe you but I can't take your word for it until you provide something from a Canadian website (preferably that of the Home office) that supports your claim about how buying gifts, or helping out with mortgage, makes you a common-law spouse. ![]() But if you can't, then I figure we're done here. |
angelfallz:Lol, you're even responding to that rejected chic who has been reduced to hiding behind alternates like a house rat just to get my attention. ![]() Go through her post history. |
MrBrownJay1:Married people are married under the marriage act, there's a legal contract. Doesn't matter if they live together or don't have kids. This is a false equivalence... ![]() Anyway, let's not engage in too much back & forth. Please just provide a list of the criteria to be satisfied before a couple can be said be in a common-law partnership in Canada. I already have this information considering it's a process I almost got involved in, it's also available on the Canadian Home office/Immigration website. But perhaps you have some source that lists such things like: – Buying gifts for your girlfriend/boyfriend – helping him/her pay mortgage – helping him/her with some money every month (no one actually calls it salary) Go ahead please... Lol |
MrBrownJay1:The list in bold is not confirmation of a common-law partnership/marriage anywhere in the world where it is recognized, not even under Canadian law itself. Those are simply characteristics of a man who was very generous, unless you're now implying that the only thing you need to do as man to avoid paying spousal support after breaking up with your girlfriend, is to never shower her with gifts, never help her with her mortgage, and don't give her any specific amount of money monthly. I don't need to go bringing up the actual criteria showing what must be satisfied before a couple can be said to be common-law partners. I'm sure you can do this on your own, and I know without a doubt you will find none of that nonsense in bold as part of the criteria. |
bukatyne:Lol, it may never get to that. The idea of common-law partnerships/marriages would usually make sense when you consider these criteria that should be met: – Having child(ren) together – Living together/shared accommodation continuously, not intermittently. – Shared ownership of property – Shared bills/addresses on IDs If the two persons in the OP had all of this, the court judgment would honestly make more sense to anyone considering that they had built a life together but simply did not take marital vows – spousal support here would be very understandable. But what happened between those two was nothing more than boyfriend and girlfriend matter, none of the usual criteria for CLM were met. So is that judge not mad like this... ![]() |
Ojukwu was no doubt high on weedLol, you can't blame him. Biafra on its own never really stood a chance in any war against the greater part of the territory called Nigeria. It was a simple military strategy to try getting the Yorubas on his side. Although the part I found quite funny in the letter is where he stated that Biafra will assume administrative control of Lagos... Very big ambition here, lol. The Yorubas have always been historically tied closely more to the North than to the Easterners, and I truly don't see how Ojukwu expected a battle-line to be drawn pitting them against one other. |
angelfallz:Come to think of it, will she keep getting spousal support even if she gets into another common-law relationship within the 10-year period these payments are meant to last? I mean if I were her, I would look for another rich idïot to scam into a long-term relationship, keep him hooked for more than 3years at least so I can cash-out again. ![]() Why stop at just one? |
bukatyne:Have women like the one in the OP or those who would support this news, ever be known to make any sense when it comes to reaping from where they had not sown? They simply want to cash-out. ![]() Being an opportunist and a gold-digger is the new "independent woman". That lady is probably going to write a book very soon on how to be a strong beautiful 21st century woman, lol... |
angelfallz:Well until then, men should keep gaming the system and continue doing so for as long as necessary. When it comes to preventing opportunists from getting paid over absolutely nothing, I'm always on the side of men who find loopholes and game the system to their advantage. It's just common sense and self-preservation. You can imagine $50k a month, that's $600k a year. Professional Canadian doctors in certain fields aren't even earning that much. |
These court judgements keep evolving ![]() They never quite lived together, don't have children together, never bought property together or have shared ownership of anything, yet he is to pay spousal support. Lol I guess what's left for Canadian men is to restrict every relationship to the 3-year criteria so that it won't be considered a common-law marriage – there's always a loophole in every law if you look hard enough. Just date a woman for two years and some months, then break up with her and move on to another. These men are royally fücked. ![]() |
emmaodet:This is really the biggest problem with most of them. Once you start helping out, just expect it to continue...and to make it worse, don't ever remind them you've done something for them in the past, don't try it! They will discount it and make it seem like it was nothing, every damn time like clockwork. ![]() The one you're talking about here didn't have a job, a little understandable. What about those ones who have jobs or something which provides them with a steady source of income, yet also act in much the same way? Lol These ones are only more subtle and will simply drop hints/clues for you to pick up on as a gentleman. I've come to the realization based on my experiences so far, that the only group of women who will never require a dime from a man or feel entitled to his financial benevolence, are those who are much much older (late 40s, 50s) and very well-to-do in their own rights. These group will like you simply for the company/entertainment you provide them, nothing else. What are you even going to offer that she doesn't already have... |
