FG should please stop the flights for now. How many people will truly self isolate for 2 weeks. How many travellers can be tracked and at what cost? We're sitting on a time bomb. PMB is quiet unlike other leaders. Sad really.
Health › Re: We Are Not Stopping Chinese, Italians, Others From Visiting Nigeria — FG by delpee(f): 1:35pm On Mar 17, 2020
Looks like some people are not thinking deeply. How many people can they monitor? The virus has an incubation period of 14 days within which a lot of damage can be done.

This is not a matter of it is not my portion. Faith without works is dead according to the Bible.

Let's stop these flights for now biko.

We need to stop flights to or from Europe, UK, China etc for now. We're endangering our lives.

Drabeey:
I heard the loud bang this morning

But if this is 'unconnected to vandalism'

And "the implosion is not connected to pipeline but might have occurred in a factory located in the Abule Ado area."

Then why did

"Farinloye said the NNPC had shutdown the pipeline passing through the area as a precautionary measure after the oil company was notified of the incident."

I don't know or this information is not complete.
So that the fuel flowing through the pipeline will not aggravate the situation.
Politics › Re: Why I Won’t Abandon Sanusi – El-Rufai by delpee(f): 11:20am On Mar 14, 2020
El Rufai honours traditional rulers...really? That means the people of Adara kingdom and others in Southern Kaduna are not telling the truth about what happened to their kings and the kind of treatment often meted out to them. Or perhaps, he's talking about Emirs only.
Crime › Re: I Spent 10 Years In Prison For Killing My Wife, Now I Found Out She Was Alive by delpee(f): 11:03pm On Mar 13, 2020
Sounds strange but there's been a lot on such occurrences lately especially in other climes.

If this is true, you need a very good lawyer. She shouldn't know that you're aware that she's alive until you file for damages, compensation and other things allowed under the law.

I had my doubts during the election period but I'm impressed now due to his people oriented programs. I hope he's able to resolve the confused education policy of the last administration very soon to improve performance in examinations.

They should research more on the activities in Wuhan market and the nearby Laboratory for plausible answers.

Ile ti o toro, omo ale ibe ni o tii dagba!

Those who are against it should have presented their position during the hearing at the LSHA. They would have given due consideration to their objections.

Only criminals ( Yoruba or not) need worry about the existence of Amotekun. There must be an end to endless criminal activities of different hues in the land. Whichever security system the people put their trust in should be acceptable to us.

Very good. That's what Universities should do. Good training for the students and more income for the institution.

I remember buying malaria and typhoid herbal drugs produced by Obafemi Awolowo University Pharmacy Department years ago. I wonder if they still produce drugs.

@OP

Your post is enlightening. Thanks.
Hoping that others will see the light and learn to live in peace and harmony with their fellow human beings. The greatest problem is the deliberate act of keeping the majority in darkness so the elites can retain political power and the clerics spiritual dominance over the masses.

There is nothing wrong with Islam nor Christianity. The mode of practice, selfish interest and deception are at the root of failure to adhere to the true tenets of religion.

and BTW, all these other guys that are NOW coming out to identify with this poster, would they claim ignorance of this position that the poster has brought to our attention, or they would rather sheepishly continue to defend the muderous craze of their brethren all in the name of religion. I do not care how literate or educated you all are, as muslims, i have a total hatred for you all, not because you are humans, but because you all are moslems and are trained to believe that human life does not amount to anything. Anything else said by you guys is balderdas.h and simply after the fact.
Which makes you just as guilty!

By the way, is Loko under the Kano Emirate?

So why are the men fighting? What are they fighting over? To be honest, if it is me I will walk out and let them finish. I'll even say 'sorry' to them for accidentally disturbing them. When they have finished, I will conduct mini marriage ceremony for them, collect dowry from him and give them my blessing. I will even help his new wife pack her things inside his car and if his car doesn't start, I will help him push it.
Sounds funny but it's truly wise to hold one's peace and move on. Fighting over a cheating spouse is a waste of energy and valuable time/resources.

How will this guarantee a better relationship with her husband? How many side chicks will she fight? Waste of valuable time. Foolishness of the highest order! The problem is mostly with the men who ho in search of "options".

A wise woman will focus more on her career and her children. Most men like this are full of regrets later in life anyway.
Health › Re: Court Stops Lagos Public Hospitals From Demanding Blood Donations For Childbirth by delpee(f): 9:05am On Mar 04, 2020
noblealuu:
What do you say of a situation where someone's husband donates blood and still paid ₦7000. At the end of the day, the woman was delivered of her baby and never needed blood transfusion. Money was not refunded, and donated blood would have used for someone else. This happens in Island Maternity.
I think whatever is donated freely under such a condition and not used, should be given to indigent patients. Blood donation is done freely in the Western world as a form of social responsibility. If we all do it more often, there'll probably be no need to pay in some cases or the cost will be minimal.

The problem is that there's shortage of blood in the blood bank. People in dire situations need to be given blood urgently but our society us not enlightened enough to understand that blood donation is healthy and a form of social responsibility/civic duty.

There must always be blood at hand for pregnant women who are due for delivery and surgical cases. Sometimes it's a life and death issue. I hope this will not lead to maternal deaths.

I'm sure there's a backstory and once we hear it, we may not feel sorry for the guy.
It could be that the girls s the one funding the guy and he still went on to cheat on her. He thinks a ring will make her forget all his misdeeds since most women are desperate for marriage. Too bad he got served

Still the video is painful to watch sha
Irrespective of the circumstances, a decent/classy lady will simply walk away gracefully. The message is clear without unnecessary humiliation.
