Una never see anything. Sop ass licking US. US is far from war zone and all these effects of the war will be minimal on them and their companies, EU no go hear. President Victor Urban of Hungary threw the first bombshell when he said, apart from Hungary, 8 other EU member countries have opened a Rubble denominated account with Russia's central bank. Germany was hesitant about all these sanctions initially and express reservation about the impact the sanctions would have on their economy. But everyone wants to be seen right in-front of the leftist media. EU is facing a major energy crises - I pity Poland and Bulgaria. Hatred will not allow them to do the right thing. Big EU countries will quietly go behind the scene and buy cheap Russian gas while those two poor countries will be flexing muscle with Russia. |
As usual, Man city will win this with 3-0 Anybody waiting for them to drop points go wait tire. These guys have been wounded and they want to use EPL to prove a point this year. Sorry Liverpool. I wish you all the best in the UCL finals |
But who is bankrolling these people?? N100m no be joke o! |
Western media will not give this one much publicity. If it was in Ukraine that a journalist was shot like this by Russian forces, the whole western media outlet will give it coverage for one week. This one just died like that. Nothing will come out of it. |
The way my Eastern brothers are carrying this Peter Obi's matter for head dey suprise me, insulting other people, thinking that voting starts and ends with them. In politics, you have to negotiate your way. You do not threaten or derogate other people. Greater percentage of voters are not from SE. SE people should go and learn about Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe brand of politics. His politics of compromise and no bitterness catapulted him to the presidency of Nigeria in 1963 when Nigeria became a republic, dishing her majesty, the queen, as the official head of state of Nigeria then. It was his association with NPC that gave rise to the first republic government. If he had not done that, he wouldn't have smelt power. His politics of association saw him won most seats in the Western House parliamentary election and was on the verge of becoming the first premier of the western region. Building bridges and alliance ensures success in politics. In 1979, he compromised again and went into alliance. His party produced the speaker of the House of Representative and some cabinet ministers. Compromise, handshake, association and negotiation ensures a place for you. You do not need to stay in your house and be tweeting from morning till night, insulting other people and expect to be served the presidency, alacat. In terms of personality, I would give it to Peter Obi and would love to have him as my president. However, the reality does not favor him. |
The gap between Liverpool and Man city is expected to widen today. In fact, the winner of the PL would be confirmed today ![]() |
I pity young lawyers in Nigeria. Most can not boast of a decent source of income. One is practically relying on me for referrals to do one thing or the other for my clients. If nothing comes, he goes hungry. I am not discouraging anyone, but I will not encourage my child or ward to take up the course. Except to read it as a first degree and move into other areas of social sciences or public policy |
If you intend staying in Nigeria like me, please leave the sector and pursue finance related field. I graduated with a first class in engineering. Today, I am a qualified Chartered Accountant, having worked in an investment bank for more than 13 years before setting up my own independent consultancy in Finance and Management Consulting. Prospect of growth abound in finance related field than engineering. Most of my class mate engineers are languishing in local workshops and factories with nothing to show. Some moved on to pursue personal businesses. They were few that really broke into the so called oil and gas and other juicy engineering position. The transferable skills that my engineering background gave me is quantitative skills and strong aptitude for numbers. However, if you intend to move abroad, retain the engineering and pursue it to the fullest. Those with such qualifications always fits into the developed world's environment. Lastly, please leave women and face you hustle. Do not allow any distraction to get into your way. |
One of our family doctors here in Nigeria, a pediatrics surgeon, graduated at the age of 33. He clocked 45 year this year and was one of the successful doctors taken by the Saudis when they came to Nigeria early this year to recruit doctors and health workers. In medicine, age does not really matter. The lady my wife stayed with when she went to US to give birth was still working as a nurse at the age of 35 because she has Bachelors degree in nursing and was looking to go to medical school to qualify as a doctor. She recently passed out from the medical school, qualifying as a full doctor at the age of 43. Please remain focus and graduate. Except if you are having some academic problems. |
I expect nothing less than 6-0 City is wounded and won't let this one slip. I pity Newcastle. |
Where is University of Aberdeen ? They must refund me my money ![]() UK should have included their own internally high ranked universities UK and money making avenues ? You are given the visa for just two years and if after that, you have nothing to show, na to ask you to leave the country. |
I can't even live in Onitsha for N10m per month. Even though, I was born and grew up there. |
Get out of this country if you can. Canada is becoming the most immigration friendly first world country. However, you have to come in through one of the numerous legal routes to enjoy the opportunities it offers. It will be difficult initially settling in but you are gonna have prosperous future for yourself and kids. Best of luck! |
Just look at how the market is? Like a concrete jungle. People hailing non State actors with guns is an invitation to long term anarchy. They should continue. I wonder how the region will be in the next 20 years to come. |
Social work with specialization on animal care - Na to use the certificate japa be the koko Those courses people used to look down in Nigeria before like nursing, social work and other health care courses are what people are dying for to get because of recent opportunities in developed countries. Use it and apply to school that offers social work at the under graduate level. |
Monkeys!!! ![]() Over religious countries - Nigeria, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka, they all have same thing in common but different levels. |
Imagine a mid air explosion ![]() |
Mindlog:Stop responding to all these SE based Igbos. They are always insensitive to the views of other people, fuelled by crass ignorance. Chest beating is part of the culture there. Imagine going tribal on top Catholic matter ![]() |
Nigeria is a jungle with heaps of concrete. Most African countries have left us behind in terms of liveability of cities and decency. The only benefit or edge Nigeria have is money. All these African countries can't boast of any opportunity for business. |
Loneliness. Gush! I hate that thing. Forget the interactions and gatherings of Nigerians and parties that happens once in a while. After that, you are back to your loneliness. Call your friends for an adventure somewhere, some will tell you that they are working. People were really shuttling between jobs to make ends meet. Rat race everywhere. Racism: I never experienced that in UK. I packaged my self very well, with good sense of dressing. I participated well in the affairs of my parish, Catholic church and made lots of Scottish friends in the Paris that always invited me to their houses for Sunday lunch. Even while working in a hospital, I got along well with my white colleagues and the chief matron. One volunteered to be picking me up from my place to the hospital. I was the only black person in the hospital. |
The supreme court judges appointed by Trump. They're conservatives and anti abortionists. |
Election lawyers are taking note. For failure to resign within the recommended period in the electoral act, your victory at the pull is hereby annulled. The person with the second highest number of valid votes will be returned as the duly elected candidate. There will be lots of litigations after the 2023 election. |
Nigeria's public transport drivers are the most deranged set of human beings in the world. So reckless, careless and stubborn. In some cases, driving with a bottled up anger from the park and the influence of substances on them. |
Confirmed. I have come to the conclusion that no career politician will take am ambassadorial post seriously. It doesn't pay in their own reconning. Being an ambassador or a diplomat is one of the roles I cherishes so much. The government should stop appointing politicians the post of an ambassador. |
His face though ![]() A lot of people are going about with undiagnosed, undisclosed and unattended sicknesses. May God heal us and grants each and everyone of us the unfailing health of mind and body |
I hope it won't be destroyed by IPOB or ESN |
Bushman on the loose!!!. Very soon, people will start trooping to the airport for sight seeing and taking pictures the same way they troop to ShopRite to take pictures only. I hate this chest beating!!! Gush!!!! |
We are about to witness the longest war in European history. For sure, Russia will not back down. They will rather increase the offensive. Wished that Nigeria could capitalize on this war and earn some good money on gas. EU is not considering Nigeria for long term supply contract because of issues surrounding security of supply. They can not rely on Nigeria to guarantee them supplies as at when due because of political and economic instability Algeria and Qatar are going to be the biggest beneficiaries of this war. |
Nigerian Armed forces have been compromised. The reason behind the protracted Boko haram war |
The traffic and stress this morning reach for person to give birth prematurely Starting from inward Marina, a heavy tanker, fully loaded, lost control and rammed into the fence of the Governors lodge, creating a heavy gridlock all along the Marina. Any pregnant woman along that route heading to Ozumba would be forced into labor. Lagos stress is too much. |
Penguin2:Be deceiving yourself. You people always hype yourselves and your chances and at the end, you would just fall like pack of cards. All these may be political strategy. On the day of the election, all these hired aspirants will step down for Tinubu, much to the dismay of top contender like Osibanjo. Stop hyping Peter Obi. Outside the educated and well informed Nigerians, nobody knows him. Ask any average voter in the North whether he knows who Peter Obi is and he would answer no. |
like joke, like joke, this guy may be the PMB preferred candidate ![]() Incompetence knows incompetence when it sees one. |
