You love who?

God has delivered you; you should go and do Thanksgiving. So many red flags and you are still loving.

How can someone not like so many people? It seems like she's the problem and not them. Just let her go for your future peace.

Already solved above. To those who will think this is simple, we dont have the same aptitude for QR. And No, the teachers rarely explain this assignments clearly for the kids.
I think the examples were good enough to understand it. Probably that's why the teacher didn't bother to explain.

You obviously have leadership qualities for you to keep getting selected for the role. But you shy away from it for reasons known to you...it could be that you don't want to take the responsibility of any hiccup or mess up, or anything.

You can't change who you are and there is a woman for every kind of man and vice versa. Just work on being a better or best version of yourself.

And please ignore those "simp sayers". They don't usually have anything intelligent to contribute.

I had to create a new moniker so as to maintain anonymity.

Had it raw on 21/12/2021.
She is supposed to see her period between 29-30th of every month. Today’s 5th of a new month and she hasn’t seen it yet.

She said she feels fatigue, frequent urination, yellowish urine, and breast heaviness.
So today, we did test using P-Test kit at home and the two tests we had showed negative. To confirm well well, I took her to a clinic for lab test, and the result still came out negative.

So experts here, what could be wrong ? She’s yet to see her period. And pregnant tests say negative.
Your feedbacks pls
I'm into catering for naming ceremonies and child dedication. cheesy

When you were enjoying it raw, you didn't ask for our advice and opinion. Take responsibility and go and do malaria test since pregnancy test is negative.

This is a big lesson to folks who seek advice on Nairaland, especially advice given by women, at least the bad advice from men is borne out of frustration, Hunger, Sapa and the very bad economy.

But these devilish Nairaland family women are all out to break homes, as my yoruba people used to say, "aje egbodo ton' wa eni kunra" meaning someone whose life is already destroyed wanting to destroy others life" that's the case of this op and other women on nairaland family section, they are mostly divorced, Evening newspaper, Psychos etcetera.

This op probably cheated on her spouse or a case of attempt murder on the mother-in-law (food poisoning like we read few days back).

Aunty, I repeat, you're a failure.

Nawa oo.
You sound like you are going through a meltdown. Please try see a therapist asap.

Hello people,

Please can you help with names of universities in the US that have high acceptance for international students (Nigerians) and with funding opportunities.

I don't want to start wasting time and funds on unis that will reject. I want to apply to about 4 and hope for one or more to pull through.

Course is MBA.

Will really appreciate your responses. Thanks.

I think that's a proposed plan. His idea. She can have a look at it and check her own wage to if this is viable for her, she can negotiate and try to speak her own ideas and input. She actually can also share her proposed plan of sharing household chores and other things like time out to spend with friends, etc. Only which you both can decide.

It is a proposal. Surely further discussion and approvals need to be made.

Instead, she walked off. There isn't a sign of cooperation coming from her.
That's why I keep asking that if she was the one earning 300k and he 80k, would he have the mind to plan her salary?

Ok then. No need for stories. Marry a lady that has a million or more in her account. Case solved.

No it's not bad. Just that Joro just likes to create controversy even if he himself might be dating a girl that has only 50k in her account home and abroad. While others that take him seriously will be misled.

even if it was the other way round the man will still provide more
Don't be so sure.

When I got married, my salary was double my husband's own and we spent according to our capacity. Today he earns more and we are fine.

NL guys need to stop this prejudice towards women. It's becoming a cliché.

Sometimes we should let our minds go beyond the Nairaland community and look at examples from family and friends around us to see women that support their husbands.

But on Nairaland, women have nothing to offer. You guys should be tired of this. You should outgrow it already.

I read the post before I made my comment. If she was the one earning more, do you think he would have the guts to do that?

Nairaland is not for everyday bash women, sometimes we should look critically from both sides before we join the bashing bandwagon.

And what she should do was to have a civil discussion with respect to what she thinks will work. At the end of the day in marriage, any party could bring a suggestion and it is for both of them to fine tune it based on their situation.
She's probably not on the same page with him. Or the OP is only telling us the part of the story that puts him in a good light. We don't know his manner of approach and the antecedents in their relationship. What I know is that he has just brought his ex here for bashing and that already says a lot about him.

I know that I would have been mad if I visited my fiance, now husband, and he brought out a financial plan he had concocted with my salary in my absence.

Truth be told, it's because he earns more, and that makes him feel superior and gives him the right to do what he did. Supposing she was the one earning 300k and he was earning 80k, would he have the guts to create the plan?

huh huh really? Let me ask abeg, as a single lady don’t you make monthly financial plans and pay bills? What’s wrong with sitting down with your intended spouse and creating a financial plan for your family? You really think 300k is a lot of money today? Una funny sha
No 1, I'm not single.

No 2, my husband didn't plan my salary in my absence and impose it on me.

Finance in marriage is a whole topic (with sections)in marriage counselling. It is not something that one person will decide on his own.

And at least now he knows they are not on the same page.

Ordinary money to buy fuel for the generator and car in a month will cost more than 50K, where do you now expect him to see money for the rest responsibilities? Make e go thief abi?
Even if he made the plans without her, why didn't she negotiate? Why did she run?
The fact she didn't even try to Negotiate, shows she's not serious. She no negotiate, she just japa straight
The fact that he does something like that without her is enough to make her run.

Family › Re: My Wife Poisoned My Mother With Salt by ImaIma1(f): 2:04pm On Jan 02, 2022
Seems she was too lazy to cook separate meals, not understanding the gravity of her actions and the repercussions it would result to. She thought she could cut corners and it would go unnoticed.

But the bitter truth is that she would have been more careful if it were her own mother and would have taken her life more seriously.
Family › Re: My Wife Poisoned My Mother With Salt by ImaIma1(f): 1:57pm On Jan 02, 2022
soundOsonic:
You haven't forgiven her, if at all you have you wouldn't be here posting this.
The only problem I saw here was lack of proper education from your wife.
Now sir, reason this: if she actually knew feeding her salt will lead to this; would she have fed her?
She was only careless and didn't take her diabetes serious.
She acknowledged her mistake and she had apologized already. I know this trying time is enough to pass blame, but blaming her wouldn't make the matter better or worse.

It was a silly mistake, even doctors makes mistakes, you too make mistakes, she had learnt. Go back to your house and clear it from your chest and celebrate the new year with your family.
Happy New year

Modified:
For those quoting me
For those saying it was intentional, you need to have sense. This isn't Nollywood movie it is real life.
The wife was only lazy and took her sickness for granted. This is the most logical explanation. It is still thesame reason why you poison yourselves taking alcohol, soft drinks, and food rich in oil and fats, though you are conscious of this fact this things are not good for you yet you take them, this is because you are not taking your health serious and you haven't seen with your eyes the implications what this things can cause.
The woman was conscious of the fact this things are not good, but she took it lightly because she haven't seen in first hand the implications.
I myself haven't seen first hand the implications of diabetics. I would have made same mistake due to laziness.

Modified: I heard the mama died OP take heart. Your wife was just foolish and that foolishness led to the costly mistake that was paid with a human life. Such is life, you have every right to be angry but madam did not kill your mother intentionally. Life goes on, I wish you would forgive her one day. Just note it can happen to anybody
Come on! You can't actually say that she didn't know that her MIL was diabetic. Or that the househelp was making a different meal without salt. Won't she know what is happening in her house.

And if truly she didn't know, it means she couldn't care less about her MIL and what she's going through.

It was intentional and lazy on her part not to stick to the plan for the woman's diet. What a pity.
