/ What was he expecting when he left his trophies in an empty hotel? If the trophies meant very much to him, he would have made arrangements to secure them. Millions of pounds Sterling made in Europe and he had to borrow money from a Nigerian bank? Kanu is not a serious businessman. That's all. Nigeria is not business friendly. Invest only your loose change in that country. Banks (especially Nigerian banks) keep destroying lives and people keep falling for their shenanigans. Some people believe their parents are wealthy until they die and banks show up. NB: Google it. Many athletes go broke when their careers are over from bad investments or flamboyant lifestyles. It is nothing new. / |
/ The problem is the word "sex". If some useless men are realistic, they will never have problems. How much will you pay to stick your manhood in a hole? Now you are thinking. Yes. Give from the benevolence of your heart. But do not offer anyone money to stick them. That's the power some men have but don't know how to use. Try getting money from MGTOW. / |
Cantonese:/ I will not hire her. NB: I am not a grass to grace story. / |
/ This is an African country. Don't forget that. When people say that Nigeria is a shithole, morons will ask people to stop comparing Nigeria with the West. Kudos Kenyans!!! / |
/ In Nigeria, there is the middle class who feel pompous and arrogant to go and vote. They cannot sacrifice their comfort for one day in four years to stand and be counted. The almajiris will line up and vote in a mediocre. At the end, both the middle class and the almajiris are equally yoked. The middle class get affected negatively the most because for the almajiris, someone on the ground fears no fall. Now that's what the scientists call limiting reactants. ![]() / |
/ For as long as I can remember, there'd always been work on 2nd Niger bridge especially on the eve of elections. OBJ was there. Yar'Adua visited there. GEJ went twice. Now Buhari is pulling the same trick. Remarkably, each time they went there, their vuvuzuelas sounded like it would be completed within 6 months. And here we are. / |
/ Maina will be salivating now. FG securities or not, based on precedents, the money has grown wings. That's all. At maturity, it is either another snake or monkey story. Some Nigerians with little financial education will nod in agreement because the terminologies used sound familiar. But like I always say, the easiest Nigerians to scam are the educated ones. / |
// Good training for the onward travel to the North to get a wife if and when bride price cum marriage list get out of hand. // |
/ The barber that shaved Jubril's hair to look like Buhari's baldness did a bad job. ![]() / |
/ All I know is that Tinubu will be the biggest loser in all these political calculations. The Fulani cabal will run over him like a hurricane. Atiku is barely recovering from Hurricane OBJ. Never ever let yourself be used twice politically in Nigeria. / |
/ cc me when the winner is announced. / |
/ Just as PDP did during OBJ vs Ararume, APC should withdraw any candidate for the gubernatorial election in Imo State. Rochas is crazy for thinking that Imo State belongs to his family. Hope Uzodinma shouldn't decamp to APC in less than six months to an election to take over the APC's party structure in Imo State. There are folks who fought and won for APC in Imo State in the last three years. Lack of equity and fairness surely will bring forth mayhem. The most disheartening thing is the lackadaisical and lacklustre approach by PDP or APGA to capitalize on the confusion in APC camp to wrestle power from the latter. Ihedioha has shadowy presence in this election. APGA is still in court(?) ironing out her candidates. / |
/ There is nothing wrong with the raid. Executive, Legislative and Judiciary are the three arms of government in a democracy. The goal is to have them check the excess the others. But in Nigeria, the Legislative and Judiciary continue to dance to the tune of the Executive thereby eroding the balance of power. Saraki killed all overtures to keep Buhari in check in the Senate. The Judiciary turned the courts to a marketplace where the highest bidder gets justice. A power hungry Executive (anyone who understands power) must definitely strike. Absolute power corrupts. Even in the highest level of government based on precedents, folks still refuse to believe that the ills they engage in will turn around and bite them. The integrity of the Judiciary has been on alltime low. This is nothing more than power play. The Executive is pushing to see how much she can get away with. / |
/ Buhari wants to be the President but is too frail to campaign. I guess his slaves (Tinubu and Osibanjo) will do all the work while he enjoys all the perks. Of course if he wins, he will sideline then and surround himself again with his Fulani goons aka the cabal. It is funny how Osibanjo and Tinubu bought into the bait that Buhari will hand over to them in 2023. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Osibanjo and Tinubu will learn the hard way. Historically, term limits and succession are two promises that Nigerian politicians fail to honour. Tinubu or Osibanjo will never be President in Nigeria. Mark my words. Guess who will kill their dream. The Fulani. I wish Nigerians will dump Buhari and Atiku and give the Yoruba man a chance -- like a breathe of fresh air. / |
/ One cannot help but stand in awe and watch with utter dismay as politicians come around every four years to take the masses on a ride. / |
/ When the ORACLE talks, they must listen. InvertedHammer:/ |
krissconnect:/ You are on the way to greatness. / |
/ This is funny. Their families are already living abroad. Oga's Visa dey ready since November. / |
grayht:/ Many married women will read her post and laugh. She is celebrating her wedding. Will she celebrate her marriage? Every marriage usually starts on a good note. Just saying... / |
anaton:/ It doesn't matter. He has been demystified. If he survives this, his life can only get worse henceforth. The biggest challenge he will face will come from his loyalists and acolytes. I predict that his second in command will betray him. / |
/ Nnamdi Kalu will be laughing his behind off. Playing ostrich solves nothing. It is either Nigerians bind together to show Buhari the red card or things like this are bound to get worse after his re-election. The judicial and legislative arms of government do not fully comprehend the power they have. Silly loyalty does not make a great nation. The more silly loyalty they display, the more Buhari and his cabal ursurp their power and treat them with disdain. Laughable? Yes. I can see the comic side of the atrocity. He who plays with a tiger usually ends in the belly of the beast. The likes of Saraki, Atiku had the opportunity to checkmate Buhari but they played espirit de Corp to protect their interests. They are gnashing their teeth these days. / |
Feraz:/ He shouldn't appear. But he must back his non-appearance with an ex-parte order declaring his invitation unconstitutional. He should understand the power in fighting dullards with superior arguments and calculated judicial maneuver. / |
Stalwert:/ Do not be sympathetic to their plights. History has shown that they are not worth fighting for--they insult their defenders and praise/defend their oppressors. The law of Natural selection is the final arbiter. / |
/ Everyone is always nonchalant until it inevitably strikes too close to home. / |
/ The great ones we remember these days, what benefits do they derive from it? Enjoy your life and let the living worry about that when you are gone. / |
/ Prayer is a lazy man's opium-- the solace of a man who has no confidence in his abilities. Prayers do not build bridges, road, iPhone, TV and other mundane materials that pretentious and prayerful Nigerians chase on a daily basis. No country has ever prayed her way to greatness. They innovate. If action is needed in that process, no holds barred not excluding war. If prayer is the key, Nigeria would be el Dorado. Don't forget that in Nigeria, God is only a means to an end. The true god that Nigerians (including the inglorious clergymen and women) worship is MONEY. / |
/ Black trench coat in that hot weather? When copying oyibo goes terribly wrong. / |
/ Only 150? In a decent society, how many of the SANs can really make a valid argument in court? They thrive only on sharing bribes under the cover of SAN which as typical Nigerians, the appendage/title trumps any intellectual discourse. / |
/ After Amaifeke, that OwereEbiri-Okwudor-Isunjaba road especially around the Njaba River Hill is a dead zone. / |
Lordbellish:/ It is not your fault. As a Nigerian, you are innately prewired to be attracted to anything that portends lifelong suffering and danger. Are you such a loser that you cannot walk away from a bad deal? So your definition of love is this nonsense relationship you are in? Were you raised by a single mother? Grow a pair and walk away like a man. SMH. |
/ ![]() All the morons supporting mediocrity in Nigeria should know that most of their leaders have connections to the outside world. When shit hits the fan, they drive to the international airport and off they go! Who would have thought that Mc Oluomo will invoke his US citizenship in times of trouble and sickness when he was busy deceiving his followers that he owns Lagos? Some of his agbero followers have never crossed Cele bus stop in their lives. If and when stabbed, they will be treated with gbogbonise by agbo sellers. Here they are thinking they are fighting the same cause with Oluomo./ |
