When I was living in such a setting (compound with well) I used to pursue kids coming to fetch water.

I am not asking for clarification on which sins lead to death or not, I am asking how do you reconcile the assertions that all sins are equal to categorization of sins into two categories of ones leading to death and the others not leading to death and how you can't pray for the man that indulges in sins leading to death but you can pray for the man indulging in the second category not leading to death.

All are equal in that there is no one that cannot lead one to eternal damnation.

"The wages of SIN is death", not wages of some sins.

There is no sin you can be committed to sinning that will be overlooked in judgement, okay?

However, in terms of earthly consequences, of course, some sins are also crimes, while others are not.
